I dreaded going to the dentist most of life. Dreading just going in for a basic cleaning. I now do not mind it at all. Catherine my dental hygienist is the Catherine is so enjoyable to talk with and makes my visits painless and quick. All, while doing a really good job. We always have a great chat when I go in. You can tell this Practice has focused deeply on hiring the right staff. Employees have always seemed to care about their jobs, coworkers, and most importantly the patient! Everyone is always in a GREAT mood. It’s just an enjoyable setting. The office also has child watch anvailable and a kids area as well. Magnolia Family Dental has that family feel. You feel taken care of and important. Dr. Matt, The Practice Owner, is also a joy to talk with. You can tell he loves what he does. Truly. Everything about this office is done in the right way. Treatment is affordable and the office is beautiful. It does not feel like a dental office at all. Rather, a nice peaceful space to wait with tons of natural light. Makes treatment less anxious. Fantastic experience: Magnolia Dental is a well run office. The Front Desk staff are friendly and professional. Hygienist, Deanna is friendly and careful not to cause discomfort when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Matthew Sperber replaced my crown, and I was told the procedure would take 2 hours. I was a little concerned of the time frame but because of their in-house technology in making sure the crown fits perfectly, I was pleasantly surprise how fast the procedure took. Dr. Matthew and his assistant Sophia ensured I was comfortable and the pain was well managed. Lastly, I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and was very impress that the office is nicely painted in white. Office, exam rooms and restroom are kept very clean.

Fantastic experience: As a mom I’m completely guilty of putting everyone else before me in terms of care. The staff at Magnolia Dental is fantastic with littles, as my toddler has had a great experience with them. Now I’m sold too. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with the dentist which makes me have some anxiety about going. I finally caved and they were able to get me in the same day I called about my concerns, and able to get me in two days later to get one issue fixed. I haven’t felt this at ease since my dentist in California. Movie on to keep me distracted and great communication by Dr. Matt and his team. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist I highly recommend coming in and at least talking with the Magnolia staff they truly are the best!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Magnolia Family Dentistry and I’m so glad I found the practice. (Well, my daughter recommended the practice, so I need to thank her!) Chloe was my hygienist and she was so patient despite the extra care needed to clean my teeth (I haven’t been to the dentist in about two years due to life situations and not being happy with my former dentist). Chloe is the best hygienist I’ve EVER had. I am actually looking forward to my next visit and hope I make her proud!

Fantastic experience: I didn’t expect it, but I got an appointment on the same day that I walked in to arrange one. Lucky me, someone had cancelled. In spite of having no notice Dr Matt and his team were able to fit me with a crown on a tooth that I cracked over a year ago. They did a great job, are very friendly and the office is beautiful.

One thing I noticed that you do not see often in a dentist office is the dentist never once had to tell the dental hygienist what she needed while working on my teeth, they worked very seamlessly together. (Due to dental procedures as a kid) So of course you can imagine I only go when i absolutely have to and well I absolutely needed to make an appointment before things got worse. So I made my husband set up the appointment and made him drag me up there. Long story short I have found my forever dentist! I have never felt more seen heard or welcome than ever before. When they said they were a judge free zone they meant it! I came out feeling like a weight was lifted off of me. They have some work to do but I feel confident they will get me back on track and they have a great plan set up for me! Fantastic experience: I went to Magnolia based off a friend’s suggestion and other remarks on FB that they’d be good with someone who has an absolute terror of the dentist. I have not ever been treated so warmly and attentively at a dentist office. Sophie and Dr. Matt explained each step as things happened, checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, and most importantly listened when I explained I’m hard to numb. The caring, respectful service was beyond my expectations in every way. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a second opinion and was glad that I did. I was facing a much more extensive and expensive procedure but the dentist determined my issue was different. We made the plan to treat it and I’m now out of pain! I’m so glad I did get their second opinion. Super friendly and empathetic staff. I have a fear of dentists, and they really were great.

Fantastic experience: This review is long over due. I went to Dr. Matt with 9 pretty ugly teeth. He proposed a treatment plan that included pulling those ugly teeth, and replacing them with shiny new dentures with implants. When picking the color of my dentures, I told him I wanted them to be just shy of the Ross (from Friends) white! Dr Matt and his whole office staff are the best! Go! Make an appointment now!

Fantastic experience: I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done. Each visit they made sure I was completely comfortable. Dr. Matt and his team are unbelievably caring and patient with me as I don’t do well at the dentist and get high anxiety. They were so accommodating from a cold towel to a warm blanket as well as taking my mind off of things (as much as possible) by watching tv. Going to the dentist is never fun but here they make it doable! We have a household of 6 and this will be the only place me and my family will go! Thank you so much to Dr. Matt and his amazing team! Fantastic experience: Earlier this week I went to Dr Bethany Leedy’s office for a hygiene appointment. Dr Leedy has a beautiful office and an excellent, highly skilled team. As usual everyone at the front desk was attentive and friendly. Next I was greeted by Jennifer, the hygienist. She was pleasant, friendly, and on time. She gave me an update of what she and her family did in the last 6 months. I always enjoy our conversations; it seems to make my visit more relaxing. She first took the necessary radiographs and then started cleaning my teeth. I appreciate how thorough and gentle she is. After my teeth were cleaned, Dr Leedy came in. She reviewed the radiographs and gave me a thorough exam. She was efficient, pleasant, and friendly. She described the status of teeth and surrounding tissue. We then discussed treatment options. Everything was clearly explained to my satisfaction. I accepted the treatment plan and we are getting started on it next week. I feel very comfortable that I will be well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Magnolia Family Dental. I called the other day because I was having a problem with a tooth. They got me in immediately. I am set up now to have my tooth repaired. My husband is going to transfer over now to Magnolia as well. So very Happy.

Fantastic experience: If there were 10 stars available I'd give them 15! This has been the most thoughtful, thorough, kind, caring, and empathetic dentists I've ever known. The doctors are amazing and the hygienists and front desk staff are caring and respectful and friendly. I went in there for an emergency root canal and not only did my dentist work with my budget, but the procedure was painless and I got to watch TV on the ceiling. They're also gentle and provide medication for those who have anxiety about seeing the dentist. I can't say enough about how amazing this place is. Thank you so very much everyone at Magnolia Dentistry!!!! You have a customer for life!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had been blessed with good teeth, most of my life. Unfortunately, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and poor genetics have led to me losing several teeth. I’m in the process of restorative dental care with Dr. Michael, and his staff. 1. From the moment of 1st contact they (Natalie, & Erin) were very pleasant, professional, and super accommodating of my schedule, financial needs and overall comfort. 2. Dr. Michael is the most genuine dentist I have ever encountered. (Didn’t think they existed to be honest!) He has drawn up a very transparent, and easy to understand treatment plan. Everything is outlined and because of that, I am able to schedule out my dental work accordingly. 3. When I came in for my first procedure (1st of what will be 7 total) it was 3.5 hours. But that time went by incredibly fast! 4. They have flatscreen TVs on the ceiling so when you are on your back with your mouth open receiving dental work, you are able to watch TV to pass the time. It’s quite nice. I had never experienced anything like that at the dentist, in the past. 5. Clean. That is a great word to describe their office. Very clean and very beautiful. It reminds me of a country farmhouse with super quaint decor and lots of natural lighting. Classic Southern hospitality! 6. Today I had a root canal, crown, and something else, but I forget… Anyway… The bike block they gave me made it to where my jaw did not get sore during the 3 1/2 hours I had to have my mouth open. 7. If you are struggling with your oral health… These are the people you want to call. Especially if you are someone who is gun shy of going to the dentist. This place is great. Truly. If any of my family live local, I would recommend all of them here!

Fantastic experience: In my nearly 40 years I have NEVER received better care nor kindness from staff. As in, all of Magnolia Family Dental’s staff. I went from sedative level fear due to past experiences, to the polar opposite of complete comfort and They know my name, they remember and ask about my boys BY NAME, yet are top tier in their field. 5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: Love the entire staff from The reception to the dental assistants. Dr. Mat is so gentle and has very good bedside manners. He is patient and takes time to answer questions. I’d highly recommend MFD.

Fantastic experience: Amazing care! I always make sure to take care of my dental with the best. Magnolia Family Dental was the best choice! Best use of up to date technology! Friday afternoon, almost at closing time, had a crown come off (from another dentist) and when I called in, the Reception immediately asked me to come in as they would wait for me and do everything to help. Repaired quickly and they just treat you like family.
