Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality care at every visit, and we’re happy to hear that came through.
Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I was charged ridiculous amounts for unnecessary add-ons such as extra retainers despite already having permanent steel wires in place. The wire placement itself felt rushed, and when I returned to have it checked, the technician insisted it was “perfectly done,” even though I can feel how uneven and aggressive some bumps are. My teeth are still uneven despite years and thousands of dollars invested, and I can only assume this is because of how greedy they are only to take money from you, and not spend time truly taking care of your teeth. What made this even more disappointing was speaking with a friend who goes to a different orthodontist. His office offered to extend his treatment at no additional cost due to a minor change the dentist believed would be beneficial, as it was something not even my friend saw, which was never offered to me here despite many visible and large issues with some of my teeth. Overall, this office seems to prioritize the dentist’s opinion over what the customer themselves feel is happening in their mouth, and charging ridiculous amounts for a sub par service. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this place to others, especially knowing my friend had a greater experience at a very close cost to what I already paid, at a different orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: Staff was amazing. Hilary stood out the most, she was extremely informative and welcoming. She answered all my questions and we figured out the best payment solution. She shared her experience of wearing braces and demonstrated well what i would expect. I was late to my consultation but they all still welcomed me with a smile and great service. I was able to be seen the same day by Dr Santana and his Assistant Yousef. They both worked on my braces and were extremely gentle and communicative of what they were doing. I walked away feeling confident and Yousef gave me my instructions. Dr Santana was very calming and answered my questions about the time frame this would take. Tiffany was very nice to me the day I randomly walked in to this location in passing and answered my questions as well. Overall wonderful experience. Would recommend this location to anyone even if they’re just looking for a quick consultation. -Onika H

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience of my life. I came to this office to remove my braces and complete my orthodontic treatment. Instead of removing the braces, the doctor performed an unauthorized and extremely unprofessional procedure on my upper teeth. The inner surfaces of my teeth were ground down, dental work was damaged, and a metal wire was glued in a careless way. The result was disastrous. The wire broke and fell off within days, my teeth were damaged, and the braces were not even removed during that visit. I had to remove them later and continue treatment at another clinic. I also paid for a plastic retainer, which I never received. Because I was left without braces and without a retainer, my teeth started shifting. My dental condition became worse than it was before I ever came here. I had to pay out of pocket at another clinic to fix the damage and continue treatment. I have video evidence recorded at the front desk. In the video, I ask them to complete my treatment. The office clearly states that they refuse to work with me. When I ask for a refund because the service was not provided, they refuse to return my money. This office took my money, failed to provide the paid services, caused damage to my teeth, refused to fix the problem, and refused to issue a refund. I am sharing this review together with the video so people can see and decide for themselves. I strongly warn anyone to think very carefully before trusting this office with their teeth.

Negative experience: Bad orthodontist office, this is why: Paid in full for our daughter’s Invisalign, yet treatment ended with gaps still in her teeth. When we politely asked them to finish the job accordingly, the staff rudely hid behind “the contract” and refused to help. We spent thousands of dollars with them and appealed to them as existing patients but they did not offer any support, even after they failed to meet the contract and patient expectations. Shockingly, even though we had subsequently brought our son there for Invisalign they showed zero loyalty or care. Extremely disappointing, we will not return and will warn others to avoid this office.
Negative experience: I paid a lot of money to have my teeth still crowded. I recommend not going to this clinic for Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: Overall, my experience at Diamond Braces was amazing to say the least. I was met with friendly and attentive front desk workers, as well as a great Doctor’s Assistant-Nino, who was able to inform me on braces, and was able to fulfill the purpose of my visit, as well as another Assistant, and front desk worker Natia. In addition to the Doctor whom was at our service was magnificent, she was able to help my family and I interpret the outcomes to any questions that were asked, visuals and imaging were also shown. Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with Diamond Braces. They promised me straight teeth, but after months of treatment, my teeth are still flared if not even more. The staff kept assuring me that progress was being made, but it was clear that nothing was improving. I wasted my time and $3,000 on a treatment that didn’t deliver results. Now, I’m left with a smile I’m even more unhappy with. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for real orthodontic care.
