Fantastic experience: Update: This office has expanded, added Dr.s and is now accepting new patients. They continue to offer excellent Care and are genuinely concerned about the satisfaction and comfort of their patients! I was treated wonderfully with my regular cleaning and then subsequent double filling. The whole staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable during the whole process! I will again state that I have no intentions of looking anywhere else for any of my dental care needs. This office has always treated me with the upmost respect. The Dr and hygienist are kind and efficient! I've no plans on looking any further for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Within 15 minutes, upon arrival, I was called back for my appointment. They are very conscious of your time and get you right in ! I was first asked about the condition of my teeth, if any were bothering me, if my medications were still the same, and if I was having ANY problems with my teeth they should know about . The hygienist than started cleaning my teeth. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing!! After cleaning, she polished them( my favorite part), and ended with flossing. I was in and out in a matter of minutes, with everything done VERY professional !! I would recommend them to anyone!! ( And I loved the look of the new office!! ) Very professional!! Becky

I have seen three different hygienist over the years and all explained what they would do, asked if I had questions, and did a great job. Dr. Canter is very knowledgeable, honest and caring. Negative experience: Oh so nice to have an option for a new patient then someone picks up you start to talk and it becomes Automated with them telling you they will not take new patients. Don’t recommend it …you will be wasting your time.

Fantastic experience: The dental team comprises highly skilled nurses and doctors. The front office staff at the reception is exceptionally welcoming and promptly addresses all inquiries. They are professional, friendly, and meticulous in their attention to detail.

Positive experience: They are friendly and professional. Their billing is weird sometimes. I got surprised bills a few times though they assured you are covered. It should not be like this.

Fantastic experience: Most aspects of my regular checkout were very good. However, It turns out that I needed a filling. I did not understand this, until I was back out at the front desk. Had I realized this while I was in the chair, I would have asked which tooth needed the filling, and if it was a new cavity or a replacement filling.

Fantastic experience: Had for the first time Dr. Will for my doc. Very nice doc and I would see him again. He replaced a filling that came out and did a great job. Thanks, Dr. Will. Also, the dental assistant (young man don't remember his name) was very thorough and kind. The receptionist was great to!

Negative experience: went in for a routine cleaning and what was supposed to be a 30 minute appointment turned into an hour appointment after my dental hygienist popped off my permanent retainer. while they were able to put it back on, this was completely avoidable and unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: I feel like they now have too many patients to prioritize those of us that has been patients for years!!! Cavity fell out and couldn't get a appappointment for 4 weeks!!! Then need a root canal and have to wait another 4 weeks for a appappointment

Fantastic experience: I have had many positive experiences with Macomb Dental. Rhiannon at the front desk is on the ball and knows how to get to the bottom of something within their system if I ever have questions about my account or insurance. Avenlee is a wonderful hygienist and takes extra care with myself and children. Sharon is extremely empathetic to the patients and make sure they are always at ease during procedures outside of normal cleanings. Sharon has also taught Evan tips and tricks to be a major asset to the team. During my daughter's last filling he talked with her and gained trust to make her more comfortable. Probably too many laughs came out of the room that day, but we had a very positive experience and she was a lot calmer during her procedure. Thank you Macomb Dental for feeling like family.

Fantastic experience: Macomb Dental is so welcoming and homey. Reception did a great job greeting and assisting me and Tara is my favorite hygienist! The Dr helped me feel comfortable and I left feeling like I am on the right track with my oral health. They really care and take their time. I never feel rushed and my teeth feel great afterward.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and was anxious to go back and get a cleaning but Avenlee was so amazing and just so kind to me. The front staff was so amazing and helpful as well. Even Dr Canter was kind and thorough as was Avenlee.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Canter and all his staff are wonderful. He is very patient, kind and understanding. He takes his time and explains the procedures. He always does what he can to make sure I'm not in pain. His "shots" aren't even bad! I highly recommend his office. You will receive professional, courteous care. The front office does a remarkable job giving you very accurate information about your co pay and what insurance will pay. I like the fact they are always on time and I do not have to sit in the waiting area.

Fantastic experience: Love the people who work here! Best group ever!

Negative experience: The one star is for the hygienist. They were gentle, thorough and nice. The dentists were unprofessional and I question their abilities. I was told I needed a crown. When he put the crown in it was poor fit so he started grinding the crown and real tooth next to the new crown. I stopped him and he took on a an arrogant attitude. He ruined the crown he ground on and left grind marks and ruined the smooth finish. The next time I went in for check up I asked the other dentist to fix the affected crown. He had a attitude too and after taking xrays didn't even check my teeth. His attempt to smooth the grind marks was unsuccessful. I guess I live with it. I will never go back to them.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for years! My entire family and many friends love this place! Professional staff always! We sll habe been treated very kind, gentle and most important they thoroughly explain everything before they do it and everything after the appointment is completed!

Negative experience: Google hours say open until 4pm on Thursday’s however they were closed before 2:30. Don’t answer their phone and changing their hours as they please.

Negative experience: THIS THE WORST dentist in town. This is the 2nd time they told me they accepted Aetna, did they ever ask of it was MEDICAID NOPE just said they accepted it. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this dentist after waiting a whole year for an appointment not knowing they don't accept medicaid. WAITED A WHOLE YEAR!!!!! Then I go back in because yes I'm upset that their STAFF didn't saying not one word of we had Aetna PPO or Aetna medicaid. The girl straight up lied at the front desk trying to cover her staff. Then I say fine well pay cash but since I had a attitude they won't see my kid. That girl behind the desk gave a bigger attitude then anyone in that officer Then gets up off her chair like she is gonna fight me. Very professional NOT. They are liars there so make sure you specify if your using medicaid before waiting a WHOLE YEAR!!!!!
