Comprehensive Dental Care

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosenleib has been my dentist for more than 20 years. He is the consumate professional and I trust him completely. On occasions when I needed immediate attention, he had me in right away. The whole practice is that way. He did some complicated work on me recently which required a lot of thought and work. He and Jill made it look easy, though it wasn't. I'm grateful for them both.

They were also able to get this 40y/o to start flossing without using guilt or shame tactics. Truly, a major achievement. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Not sure if review from July was posted but posting today after another “urgent” appt. Not much to add to July. The entire practice has amazing people from my dentist and asst; Dr ROSENLIEB and Jill and all support staff. JULY, 2023: After a couple of recent routine visits to Comprehensive Dental I was surprised to learn from staff that they actually read the reviews or comments from patients. They thanked me for my previous posts and I shared that it’s getting harder and harder to provide feedback after posting glowing words with regard to the practice as a whole; my personal dentist, John Rosenlieb; Assistant Jill (probably not her correct title); Hygienist Kelly; and the ladies who answer when a patient calls. And to that end; these ladies are the first contact with patients as they facilitate scheduling and much more. They’re true professionals; part of the practice as a whole which runs like a well-oiled machine. Worth mentioning again; the way a patient; in this case, me feels like part of a “family”. I think the warm and welcoming and obvious cohesiveness the staff projects is facilitated by happy people in a practice in which no one seems to leave to go elsewhere. A staff; no matter what business or practice, that never changes speaks volumes about each and every person. That pleasant consistency is a testament about the practice; top to bottom indicating that those who are there day in and day out are happy and like their job at all levels. When asked to do a review; it’s not an easy task when all I find I can say is how special this group; Comprehensive Dental Care is. END JULY, 3023 Feb, 2023: Before I got text to provide feedback on “emergency” appt I just had, I was reflecting on Comprehensive Dental Care practice as a whole. My initial fearful call was answered by a familiar voice and that in itself was comforting; especially in hindsight given my distress. Additionally, a support staff that rarely changes speaks to the standard of excellence and care of the practice. In short time; I had an emergency appt and Tina’s kind reassurances were calming to me. Dr ROSENLIEB and Dental Asst, Jill, really know their patients beyond procedures and/or dollars. That more intimate professional to patient relationship inclines the quality of care standard that allows for the efficient and quick response to a dental emergency along with the usual maintenance throughout a year. So my early musings about my recent experience were that it would be so nice if all professional/patient practices had the continuity of familiar staff; along with quality of care; respect for the patient and for those working beside them. In spite of my attempt, I don’t feel my words do them justice. Very special! 2/2023. I couldn’t ask for or ever find such a talented and committed dentist who happens to have an unbelievable team of support staff. The work done is so much more than I ever expected and am so so very grateful for. Hats off to Dr ROSENLIEB et al Adding to an earlier review; just had emergency appt when an unexpected issue with painful tooth presented and was seen on short notice. Dr ROSENLIEB and his Asst Jill are the best. The previous week I had a cleaning with Stacy and she was also great to work with. The entire support staff makes one feel like part of a family. Can’t say enough!

Fantastic experience: What a great first impression! Hygienist was skilled, friendly, attentive to my comfort and I left refreshed! The dentist was also very courteous and skilled; returning next month for some minor repairs (I hope minor).

Fantastic experience: Was told they accept Anthem when they don't. Was given a bill of $354.30 for services rendered via insurance app. When I called in they agreed someone did say it. They told me I now have a zero dollar balance since I was under the impression that I would be covered under my insurance. I called back again to get it in writing. When I received the letter in the mail they couldn't even manage to spell the street I live on correctly. I had even told them how to spell the address correctly. Also, there is no proof of services rendered since on the letter sent there is just the zero balance, wrong street address and their address and info. *EDIT* for some reason they got the correct address however the printout was incorrect. They updated next letter for correct address services rendered and zero dollar balance.

Fantastic experience: This office is clean and well run. I am in and out quickly. Everyone is so friendly in the office. I have had the same dental hygienist for the past 9 years showing that it is a good place to work and the dentists are always nice and don’t push product/services.

Fantastic experience: I had some pain for a while after a large filling and went to my Dr. Cruz for an investigation. She did a series of tests to find the source and told me exactly what was going on and what I needed to do about it. I’m so grateful as she put my mind at rest.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Able is very patient and is extremely good with caps, crowns, and root canals. I’ve been his patient for over 10 years. I travel approximately 30 miles to have him work on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nicole Cruz and her assistant were incredible. I had a filling break and was a little nervous about going in. They took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. It was quick, smooth and totally painless. They made sure my bite and floss spacing were perfect before finishing. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their patients. My new filling is much better than the original — highly recommend!

There was a misunderstanding about my insurance and Michelle was absolutely fantastic. She walked me through everything I needed with patience and so much kindness. Fantastic experience: Dr Parets and hygenist are a solid combination of professional, expert, and personable/friendly which put me at ease. Today the hygenist explained all she saw and she and the doctor gave me options and a plan was made that I felt a part of. Even better, I understood and I felt a sense of trust. Fantastic experience: Calling all scared-y-cats… if you are like me and so petrified to go to the dentist… this is absolutely the place to go. Dr. Paret and his amazing Team are so kind and understanding of the fear we have. They explain the process until we know exactly what will happen and then reassure you that all is going to be great and you/I did a great job. These are very skilled professionals that truly care about you and your immediate needs. You need more Novocain? No problem! You need a break? absolutely! Need some gas? We got it! They have the ability and will to put you in La La land if you need it. Anything to keep you comfortable and feeling confident in their skill set. Trust me when I tell you… they got Skills! Fantastic experience: My six month check-up appointment with Kylie was terrific again because I did a better job of using my electric toothbrush and flossing for cleaning my teeth prior to my appointment. I felt no pain during this appointment and Kylie was so helpful again especially for answering health questions. I am eating lunch at the moment, and then will floss afterwards :)

Fantastic experience: Free WiFi, polite staff, never have to wait long. Parking is horrible, especially for people with limited mobility. Even the drop-off area is horrible, since you can't get in and out without blocking driveway traffic for the time it takes to get a handicapped passenger in and out of the car and in or out of the building.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over 50 years. I fainted and broke some teeth..had to see someone new..they couldn't have been more caring, and Galina, my regular hygienist. Checked in on me...never go anywhere else...I was a mess, and were so wonderfully patient and caring

Fantastic experience: I started out with Dr. Sorokin many moons ago and transitioned to Dr. Rosenlieb after Dr. Sorokin's retirement. Karen is my hygienist. The whole team is the absolute best - such a pleasant and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I recently went from checking out a sore tooth during a cleaning to a root canal and crowning...my dentist and assistants were not only meticulous and efficient with the work that needed to be done, but also courteous and friendly. I felt taken care of and that my best interests were in mind the whole time, and while there's unavoidable pain and discomfort with these processes, I felt safe and confident that they would succeed and they did. Tooth has felt tremendously better and I am glad I was able to find this place for the work to be done.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with an old filling. I had an appointment right away. I was seen by Nicole M. Colon Cruz, DMD. She is very nice. Her dental work is excellent and done thoroughly in a modern, clean office. Her assistant is also excellent. The staff are friendly. My cleanings and exams are done twice a year by Kylie, a hygienist. She is excellent. I am very pleased with this dental office. I will recommend anyone looking for quality care to come to this office.

Fantastic experience: My experience at comprehensive dental care is nothing but excellent. Friendly staff and wizards for dentists. They start early and stay late to accommodate anyone’s schedule. They don’t let you talk much while you’re there since they have the upper hand, but give you the opportunity to voice your opinions and this is mine. They are great!!

Fantastic experience: Was "crowned" yesterday by Dr. Stasulis and couldn't be happier. This was an extraction and implant followed by a crown, a lengthy process but the end result is a new tooth in the very front of my mouth that is a perfect match for the rest of the existing teeth. I can smile, eat whatever and kiss my wife again. Dr. Stasulis is an artist.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Comprehensive Dental Care by our dentist at CT Pediatric Dentistry. The level of service we received at CDC was exceptional! Laurie at the front desk took great care of us on the phone and in the office & got our son in on a same day basis to have my son’s front tooth bonded. Dr. Colon-Cruz and her dental hygienist took wonderful care of my son, put him at ease and did an amazing job bonding his tooth. To say he’s relieved to start middle school with his two front teeth intact is an understatement. We are incredibly grateful and truly appreciative for the level of professionalism we received today.
