Fantastic experience: My daughter was very hyper but they did a grate job getting her settled and everyone was very friendly very nice and explained everything and also kept me posted of my daughter's progress while getting her teeth done great job to all the staff thankyou for making us feel safe and comfortable

Fantastic experience: 1st visit for my 6 year old autistic son absolutely amazing ! No fight no craziness he sat and let them do what they needed to and they let him be where ever he wanted. Took their time getting him use to the tools and it went perfect.

Fantastic experience: We love sprout! We have been using them for 12 years. I LOVE seeing them grow. We have never had a problem. They treat the kids and the entire family with love and care. My kids do not fear the dentist. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist for my 11 years old. The place is beautifully decorated and dad and I even had a spot to watch the teeth cleaning get done. We felt very comfortable bringing him here. The staffs and dentist is very nice and welcoming. Glad we choose this place. 100% recommend. Kids friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful first experience. My son is a little different than most kids and they were so patient with him, helped me with all the crap I have to carry everywhere with two kids. The nurses or drs assistants or whatever their official title is, were so wonderful and even held my one year old the whole time my 5 year old has his exam. Can’t thank the Dr and staff enough. Also, Julie, on the phones, is an absolute GEM and I love chatting with her!

Vince was the absolute best, the Drs were professional with great patience and personality for the kids, the TVs on the ceiling are perfect. Mind you, this visit was for a 2 cavity fix for an 11yr old new patient. 5 stars for all.

Positive experience: The dentist was very nice, and respected my choice to not apply fluoride on my children teeth (some dentist can be so pushy). The receptionist was also super kind and welcoming. I would just have appreciated if one of the assistant would have been more kind and asked me if it was alright to do XRay before taking my son and putting the protective cover on him (as a mom I judged that he didnt need it), and she could have communicated with me about what she planned to do when one of my son lie down on the seat. But other than that we were happy with the visit.

Fantastic experience: All the nurses and doctors are always so kind and supportive with my daughter who dislikes the dentist. Their patience really helps make the experience better. Dr. Alicia was amazing. Nicole and MJ were also very nice and helpful when administering the sedation medication!

Fantastic experience: I bring all three of my daughters here (6, 4 and 18 months) for ONE appointment for all three of them! Two of my daughters are attended to simultaneously. Which is AMAZING. We are usually in and out in less than 40 minutes with all three kids! Staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are extremely kind and patient, making sure each child is comfortable before proceeding to the next step, explaining what all the tools do and letting them hold/feel them first. They are not pushy when my four year-old is too scared to get her x-rays. I could rave about Sprout Dental all day long. If you are looking for a new dentist for your child, they are the ONE. We will always be a Sprout Dental family.

Fantastic experience: Ms Tammy took extra time with my 3 year old that questioned everything and anything happening during his visit. The way she spoke to him and encouraged him to get through the appointment was great. She was giving Ms Rachel vibes and we love to see it.

Fantastic experience: We had the best dental assistants today.. Nicole was great, she was friendly, funny, and talked my 13 yo through her procedure like a pro and made her very comfortable. My 14 yo was with Vince and had a great experience and enjoyed talking to him. Sometimes the hygienists here speak to the kids in high pitched voices like they are toddlers so I was very happy to see everyone they dealt today treat them age appropriately.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Sprout Dental. They are so welcoming, awesome with kids, and yet very professional. My son refuses to go back to his old dentist ever since we started going to Sprout Dental in Hamlin. Thank you for going above and beyond your duties to keep parents and children at ease!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience we have had here. My son hated going to our previous dentist and the experience there left him with fear and worry, but upon coming here, they have eased his anxiety and fears! He said he now “loves” the dentist, and I cannot say enough amazing things about the employees and staff. They are all so kind, and well trained. Positive experience: Staff is excellent with kids. They are very knowledgable and explain everything thoughly. Only concern I had was that they should tell u if they are monitoring a tooth for potential cavity. They only told me when I questioned what a colored tooth on xray meant.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't say enough how grateful I am to have found Sprout Dental. I have been bringing my kids to this establishment for about 5 years now and they have been nothing short of amazing! I have to drive almost an hour to get to them and it's completely worth it in my opinion. Hands down the best staff , everyone from the front desk to the dentist , and everyone in between are so courteous and care about their tiny patients. My son has sensitivity issues and they have managed to make him comfortable and enjoy actually going. Thank you thank you THANK YOU .

Negative experience: Condescending and rude, dental hygienist Kendra told my 6 year old "open your mouth, I have other people waiting" and was argumentative then started to laugh at me when I voiced my concerns arguing with my child, arguing with me. I just walked out of the office.This is the worst experience of my life with any pediatric medical facility!!!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my 3 children in on Sept 9th and our dental hygienist, Sam, was phenomenal! It was my son’s first time at the dentist and she was so kind and patient. We love coming to Sprout!

Fantastic experience: I had to leave a second review because I thought this was adorable. My son was nervous getting his dental work done so he brought his stuffed doggy named "Butters", and DR. ALICIA gave "Butters" a crown just like my son. He loved it and showed it to everyone when he got home. They really put my son at ease and I would recommend them to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Every time I bring my kids here they are friendly from the time we check in to the time my kids finish. The hygienist are always friendly and gentle and they make my children feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Staff was very nice, highly recommend if you have a little one especially those that are scared of dentists. My little one will be 1 on the 26th and she smiled pretty much the whole time, no crying. They really do know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son here since he was two and is now 16. The staff are always kind, compassionate, and thorough. They made sure it was a pleasant, experience for my son who had to have his first cavity treated. He was a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect, but they were so good he left the office saying (jokingly) "Maybe I should get a few more cavities so I can go back!" EXCELLENT dental office!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Had low expectations after using Sprout Dental in Pittston (2017-2021) BUT this Hamlin location is great. Besides the great job the friendly staff performed, we were seen instantly (even though we were 4 minutes late . Sorry). 'Happy Birthday' texts , 'Appointment Reminder' texts, & the ability to fill out the required forms online (in advance) are thoughtful time/headache savers. 30 July 2025

Fantastic experience: Our daughter was extremely scared and the hygienist was absolutely amazing with her. Super patient. The dentist was equally as amazing. I wish I would have found Sprout Dental for her brothers when they were younger. Thank You again and would absolutely recommend Sprout Dental to parents especially with kids who have a fear of dentist.

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 year old here yesterday and it was honestly the best experience ever. Our hygienist elsy was so sweet and nice and made the experience for my son who is scared of the dentist a great one. I've never seen him sit so well before. Dr Janelle was amazing too. She listened to the concerns I had for him and took her time explaining things to me. My son was so happy leaving and asking to go back the next day haha. Highly recommend Sprout!! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Sprout dental is always amazing, we have been going there for a long time now. The other day, we had the pleasure of meeting Michael! He was absolutely incredible, so sweet and just wonderful with my little guy! Made him feel totally comfortable! He is definitely one of our new favorites!

Negative experience: The dentist and hygienists are always kind and great with my son. The front desk people however, are always messing up my insurance information and no matter how many times I confirm with them which insurance is active, they can’t seem to get it right and charge the services to the incorrect insurance. There has been an issue every time we have been here and it is very frustrating being argued with about which is my correct insurance.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was nervous about her appointment this morning, but they were so nice and comforting, she relaxed immediately. Can not say enough nice things about this place! So much caring and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Yet another good experience with Sprout -Kingston location. Our 4 year old had a cleaning on Monday and much to our surprise she had an infected and abscessed molar on a troublesome recently capped tooth. Stephanie, the sedation coordinator, called the very next day and gave us an emergency appointment for Wednesday that same week. They kept our girl comfortable and pain free, and ensured that there was no hesitation to get her the treatment she needed. The entire staff at Sprout are wonderful. They explain every step, they’re kind and patient with the kids, and they truly care about the comfort, care, and well being of the entire family. We are so fortunate they caught this early so we could keep our daughter from having further issues. Thank you to the whole staff and thank you Stephanie for reinforcing how strong and brave our little girl is!

Fantastic experience: Just took my son for some basic cleaning and sealant at . we had vince who was absolutely amazing i wish we could have him everything we go. He's now called Vince the prince to me he saved the day and mad my son so happy and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: After my two year old broke his tooth and needed an extraction, I called Sprout Dental. They were able to make room for us within two hours. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the entire staff was incredible— making a less than ideal situation as pleasant as it could be!

Fantastic experience: 2 years ago I called Sprout because of insurance my daughter needed a new dentist. But lost a filling before I made any calls, and was in pain. They were so kind in making room for a same day appointment. We got there 15 minutes early, checked in, did the first time patient paperwork, and they had my daughter back before her actual appointment time. The hygienists are absolutely wonderful. They always make my now 12 year old very comfortable. Thank you all so much. Staff was kind and professional. Waiting room is a little small but we're never in there long. The dental rooms are pretty big. Lots of room for parents. My daughters favorite part is the TV on the ceiling. BRILLIANT! Lol Very comfortable for kids with design choice. She never gives me an issue going back. Thanks again Sprout Dental!!

Fantastic experience: I have two children (one with autism) who do not do well at the dentist. The team here knows what they are doing and are calculated in the best ways to get both kids in and out so fast it makes it so easy as a parent and for the kiddos. What could be a really stressful time getting two kids seen was a seamless 5 minute appointment with both kids done at the same time in the same room. Love this place

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love, love, love this dental office! Everyone here is just so delightful, from the receptionist down to the dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants. They are all professional, welcoming, and extremely accommodating. They also take their time with each patient. My son(6) always dreaded the dentist office. He would cry and we would be rushed through the process. Not here! He loved the entire experience and they made sure he felt comfortable the entire time. If you have children, I would 100% recommend bringing them here.

Fantastic experience: This is our 3rd different dentist now and we could not be happier! My daughter needed crowns and they listened to me and my wants instead of pushing anesthesia on my kid. Everyone from the front desk all the way to the Dr was fantastic. I'm at ease knowing we have more dental work ahead.

Fantastic experience: Very great experience. Dr.Christina was amazing with my sons, I unfortunately forgot our hygienist name but she also was AMAZING!! We are So glad we made the switch to them. Extremely clean waiting area and exam areas. The garden room was great for both my kiddos and made it so much easier for me.

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars . This place tried to get me to agree to extensive dental work on a 4 going on 5 year old. Something felt off and after a 2nd opinion I was proven right. Apparently all they care about is money and don't mind unnecessary dental work that will leave a child fearing the dentist for years to come. Please choose quality over convenience and go somewhere else !!!
