Fantastic experience: 11/4/25: You will meet Kathy that runs the show and does a Great job. This office is exceptionally well organized and runs like a clock, so don’t be late for you appointment. Everyone I’ve met after 3 appointments is nice, friendly and very good at what they do. If i had to pick a dentist office today, I’d choose Bliss Dental over and over. I’m retired and have chosen not to pay for dental insurance. They have a price sensitive approach to helping out their patients and it’s worked well for me. Give them a chance to provide dental services for you and i believe they’ll impress your socks off.

The practice has many long-tenured employees and professionals which, I believe, speaks to the quality and high ethics of this practice. They are timely with appointments and very accommodating when there is a dental emergency. I have been in health care for nearly 50 years and I highly recommend Bliss Dental.

Negative experience: Cleaning was good but the wait for the dentist was too long. I was just left in the chair with no updates. After 20mins with no updates I had to leave. I’ve also asked not to be assigned to Dr. Hadley. After the first two sessions I found her to be unprofessional. Her conversations were inappropriate talking about how she didn’t really want to be there. She is not gentle, her work was painful. So to find out she was my doctor today was frustrating and not worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: I never expected to be so pleased when going to the dentist. But Dr. Bliss is full of such positive energy and expertise! He is so gentle and makes sure you don’t experience any pain. Explains the procedures in an understandable way. Love him. The reception staff is wonderful, especially Kathy! Fantastic experience: Dr. Bliss is warm, attentive, and unrushed. I walk away from my appointments with him feeling well-informed and confident in his recommendations. For a few decades I was with another group that recently got acquired by one of those corporate conglomerates. Suddenly the personalized attention was gone. Time with the dentists started being rushed. Some of their treatment recommendations started to feel under-considered and expensive. More conservative treatment options were not explored. Bliss Dental is the opposite. Dr. Bliss looked at the exact same issues and recommended a much more reasonable treatment plan. He stayed with me and walked me through all my options. He looked at every tooth to ensure he had not missed anything. I made a decision to move forward with his recommendation with full confidence that we were doing the right thing. I’m so glad to have found Bliss Dental!

Everyone was very person-centered to my needs and took care of me with my receiving the best quality of care. Negative experience: We have been going to Dr bliss for years and had always had good experiences. Would not recommend this office anymore. We have them our new insurance months before our appointment and they neglected to put it in the system. They charged the old insurance for 2 visits without us realizing. The only reason we did realize was because my husband needed a cavity filled and when we asked how much they didn’t know. They then told us that they would call insurance to get a price before the cavity filling appointment and when we showed up days later they still had not called. They had us wait in the waiting room a hour while they tried to get ahold of the person who was supposed to call insurance. The dental hygienists have become unknowledgeable and rough at their job. If you want a stress free dental experience, I would NOT recommend bliss dental.

I wanted her to finish up my dental work so I visited Google and was able to track her to Bliss Dental, thank you for your service and for seeing me!

Negative experience: I had previously visited Dr. Bliss and had great experiences, as did my two sons. However, on my last visit, I saw a new dentist in his practice. I had a broken upper tooth that was visible when I smiled. After he removed the broken tooth, I felt like he made a mistake. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past, but he stitched up the gum all the way up past the gum line. Then, he made me a retainer for the tooth, but it didn't look good; there was a big gap. He mentioned that I might be grinding my teeth and suggested I need a mouthguard, but he never quoted me a price. I would not have been willing to pay $400 for that, as I've always paid as I went. Consequently, I had to find a new dentist.

I already loved this place from when I called for my appointment to be set. Dorothy the hygienist was very kind and communicative during my deep cleaning. Fantastic experience: On 9/30/2024, I was a patient at Bliss Dental. I saw Dr. Bliss for a loose tooth. He re-secured the tooth by & scheduled me for additional repairs of other teeth needing repairs, in a few weeks. Always friendly, professional & thorough in their analysis & treatment. I even saw kids who were leaving an appointment that looked really happy about their visit (very unusual for kids). Bliss Dental provides excellent services for all ages patients! (Previous comment) On 8/3/2021, I was a patient at Bliss Dental. Dr. Heward & staff were excellent, AS ALWAYS! They repaired a painful tooth. They administered medication as needed to numb the area and placed a “temporary” cap until the new crown is ready. I can highly recommend Dr. Bliss & Dr. Heward, at Bliss Dental. I’ve been going there for years and really appreciate their expertise, and always excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Dr Bliss and his team for years, and don’t know that I’ll ever go anywhere else. The front desk staff is the BEST in the industry, and very easy to work with. There have been a few times when I needed to change an appointment last minute, Dr Bliss and his staff have always been accommodating. Dr Bliss is a great dentist. He communicates clearly about what is going on with my teeth, and offers a few solutions to each problem. I have always felt like my opinion on my treatment mattered. That isn’t always the case with other dentists. Five starts for Dr Bliss and his team!

Fantastic experience: It was great as usual. I love the hygienist. I can’t remember her name, but she’s the one that sounds like she might be French. Dr. Bliss is always so friendly and everybody make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of.

Negative experience: WORST experience of my life! Do not get a crown from this business. I had a crown replaced which messed up my bite, then they said I needed a root canal, then they tried to fix my bite by grinding down a few of my teeth. They had to replace my crown because the first one didn’t work so they had to grind that one off to put the new one on. My bite is still off my mouth feels awful, jaw hurts and top of the roof of mouth gets soar. Not sure if it was the Dentist or whom ever made the crown? I think the crown is the problem it’s too big!

Fantastic experience: I am from out of state and am in town on business. I lost a veneer and Dr Bliss fit me into his busy schedule to do a temporary fix until I get home. He and every single member of his staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and I’m so pleased with the results!

Positive experience: Tia is the best. She shows that she is genuinely concerned of the patients’ wellness. She’s experienced and I can tell by how well she explains things and she is thorough. Dentist was in and out, very quick with minimal interaction. Billing of this dental office needs improvement. Every time they send a statement, the amount is off, whether it’s because of the insurance pending reimbursement or the claim was left with one attempt (one claim was rejected but the office didn’t reach back again - we had no insurance change, the amount should have been covered entirely - but they just billed us the full amount). The dates of service on statement are months ago. I had the negative balance in the last statement but it said “it’s past due!” I did not overpay but the negative balance…? And they asked me to pay?? They need to check before they send out the statement because none of that made sense.

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Bliss is one of the most caring dentist that I’ve had in my life of 77 years! He is not aggressive but knows his stuff and when to go in and fix things and went to wait. His work is excellent and hIs office staff is amazing. This is why I keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly, professional and caring. The Office is inviting, clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Dr. Bliss was very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and kind. He took his time getting to know me and encouraged questions and concerns. I switched from my other Dentist after 35 years to Bliss and the experience was fantastic for me and my family. The service and care is exceptional. They look for signs of cancer in your mouth. This is the only place I know of that encourages you to stick out your tongue and get away with it. Awesome environment. Strongly recommend Bliss Dental from the way I was greeted, through the appointment and check out visit . Hygienist Hope was amazing. Dr. Bliss is a conscientious and caring professional, who has surrounded himself with similarly caring and professional staff. Nice people making the dental experience as smooth and painless as possible in every way. I will recommend them every chance I get.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The hygienist was great, painless, and even offered me lip balm before getting started when she noticed my chapped lips. The dentist was efficient but thorough. I very highly recommend Bliss Dental!
