Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. Nice, clean office. My teenager had a lot of work needing to be done. Didn’t make us feel bad or guilty, but took great care of my boy.

Fantastic experience: Went in on November 5th to get a cavity fixed. I was very anxious as I do not like going to the dentist but the minute I walked in, Brooke was at the door greeted me with a beautiful smile and made me feel right at home. She took me to the exam room made me feel at ease covered me with a very soft blanket and my anxiety and stress melted away. Brooke explained what to expect during my appointment. Brooke does her job extremely well. Brooke is a great employee.

Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely fabulous. I've been going to them for years. They're very friendly and competent. they have great communication skills and work to explain all the processes to you completely so that you feel comfortable with the procedures. The offices are beautiful and modern With some added complementary comforts, such as free drinks, ☕️comfy seating and a fireplace. i would absolutely recommend them for anyone adult or children!!!

Negative experience: After my post on my displeasure of my dental treatment, with Dr. Gibbs, you all did post a message for me to come back in to try and get this taken care of. After consideration and after getting 2 other opinions on my dentures I've decided not to accept your offer, I've not had any dentures in my mouth once and it's been months. Thank you for the offer but I'm so disappointed in my treatment the last 2 times, I will not return as a patient...

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing some really bad tooth pain. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get in same day. Being that I do not have dental insurance I was unsure how much this visit was going to be. The office staff was very helpful on educating me on pricing and the multiple ways to go about paying for the visit before I even came in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Shoquist was amazing after he figured out what was wrong with my tooth he educated me on what my options were going forward. Overall I had a great experience and I will be going back!

All the staff, hygienists, and doctors I've interacted with have been pleasant and they all seem to like their job! I've always had pain-free cleanings, fillings, and crowns...which wasn't always the case with previous dentists throughout my life. I've recommended them to family, who experienced the same treatment I've described above.

Negative experience: They did a pretty good job, but they hide their billing. I showed them my insurance. They said my insurance would cover the procedure. but two months later I get a bill for $350 with a statement that the Insurance didn't cover part of the procedure. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes. Expensive place....

Negative experience: These ppl did not even know how to look up simple insurance info to tell me if I was covered for dentures found i as m fully covered and went some where else not to mention thier estimate on dentures almost 50,000 wouldn't go to them foe anything

Fantastic experience: I *HIGHLY* recommend Here is why: I have had *severe* dental anxiety since around the age of 13 (for reference I am 35 now). I wish every dental office were like this- I would have never developed anxiety. After ONE cleaning they removed stains from when I had braces- which were removed at age 16. Stains that at LEAST 6 different dental places over the past 20 years couldn't remove... all the staff were incredibly personable towards me as a client and compassionate to my dental anxieties. They've not judged or given disapproving looks when I have told them depression hit hard and I spent a few months not brushing as regularly as I should have, in fact they were encouraging by saying Im showing up and trying and I should be proud that. Their many small tidbits of kindness, compassion, and reassurance over a few dental appointments has helped me so much with the motivation to go to the dentist (my anxiety is still pretty heavy- i still sweat and my body still shakes a bit and my heart races while im there- regardless of logically knowing theyre not like dentists ive had in the past, but im not fighting the urge to call and cancel when I have an appointment coming up any more). Add on top of that their competence and passion.... So, I say again: I *HIGHLY* recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Mint Condition Dental a few months ago as a new patient for my routine six-month preventive visit. I have a long history of dental problems—not from lack of care, just a lot of bad luck and some past bad dental work—so I’ll be honest: I was nervous walking in. A few years ago, I had two crowns put in by a different dentist, and ever since, I’ve had excruciating pain on that side of my mouth. I couldn’t chew on it at all. That dentist told me to just use Sensodyne and live with it because my root was exposed (which, by the way, only happened because they did a poor job in the first place). I had no idea they had also left my old fillings in place under the crowns. When I came to Mint Condition, the dentist took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and explained that the crowns would need to be replaced—and why. I hate going to the dentist, truly, but this was not the nightmare experience I expected. In fact, it was one of the better ones I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and patient—like, shockingly nice. I’m not used to being treated that well in a medical setting. Here’s the kicker: I can now chew on that side of my mouth with zero pain. For the first time in YEARS. I had honestly given up hope that would ever be possible again. But they made it happen. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, have complex dental history, or just want to be treated like a human being—this is the place.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are traveling across the country, and a tooth that had been giving me some pain suddenly was not bearable. On a Friday afternoon, in a strange city, many miles from home, I luckily got an emergency same day appointment at Mint Condition. The dentist took X-rays and found I needed a root canal and crown. Their practice does these procedures in one day! Although I could have gotten done sooner, I chose to wait for the next appointment with the same dentist, who was knowledgeable and kind. The following Wednesday all the work was done and we were back on the road Thursday.

As a new mom, I was so grateful for how accommodating and kind the staff was, the dental assistant even helped me carry all my things, which meant so much. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the x-rays were quick and easy. The doctor was incredible!!! thorough, conservative, and made me feel completely comfortable. I couldnt be more happy with my hygienist either, so relaxing I could’ve fallen asleep. Annnd usually a little anxious, I felt so comfortable. I also loved the thoughtful touch of a cute gift bag with a branded water bottle! I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend! 5 STARS.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baugus and the staff are warm and caring people! I transferred to their practice a few years ago because I was concerned my prior dentist wasn’t proactive, and I had many really old fillings. At Mint Condition, they found cracks in several of my filled molars. They developed a priority list and fixed them slowly over time. It was fun to be congratulated when everything was done! My teeth are quite sensitive, and they were very kind about pain prevention. I like them so much that I brought my son and partner here too. Thanks to everyone for your care!

Fantastic experience: I went into mint condition in Liberty lake. I had an extremely abscessed tooth, they did their short exam and they told me when I left that they needed to get ahold of my doctor to find out if I could continue taking my blood thinners on the day of the tooth extraction or if I needed to stop for that day. Over a month and a half went by and they never contacted me as they were supposed to. So needless to say here I am with another abscess in that same tooth. An abscess is no joke they can kill a person. When I talk to them on the phone she told me the reason they hadn't gotten a hold of me is because my doctor hadn't responded to their phone calls about the blood thinner. So I had to call my doctor's office at to get pain medication because at Mint Condition they said that they can't prescribe pain meds. She also told me that the Amoxicillin that they called in for me would work the same as a pain medication I just needed to wait 24 to 48 hours. Then she told me that if I took ibuprofen and then 5 hours later took Tylenol that that would work the same as hydrocodone. Anybody that has had an abscess can tell you the severity of the pain. Also I don't know who it would be but who would be stupid enough to believe that Amoxicillin works as a pain medication you just have to wait 48 hours. Or that jogging back and forth with ibuprofen and tylenol would work the same as a prescription pain medication. I'm not sure if she thinks I'm that stupid or if she is just that stupid. As I had said they said that they hadn't called me back in to extract the tooth because my doctor hadn't gotten back to them I contacted my doctor's office both of them they never called them. So not only did she sit and try to feed me a bunch of BS on the phone of her ignorance but they didn't care that they were at fault for me now having another abscess. And then try to feed me the lines of BS that they did on the phone is ridiculous. I have never in my life had such poor treatment with such a lack of professionalism that it's not even funny. Not to mention the lack of care to the amount of pain that I'm in when does tooth should have been extracted well over a month ago. And when they said my doctor didn't get back to them which was a lie because they never called my doctor why didn't they get ahold of me and say your doctor hasn't gotten ahold of us would you maybe want to give them a call and find out about the blood thinner. Oh and one more thing when you're on a blood thinner you're not supposed to take Ibuprofen. That's what she recommended me to do was to jog back and forth with Ibuprofen and Tylenol, when I brought that up to her she just went silent more ignorance. Needless to say I won't be going back there to have anything done and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody 4 numerous reasons. The lack of professionalism, the blatant ignorance, the blatant lack of care. So if you go to Mint condition in Liberty lake I'd recommend that you don't go for any more than a tooth cleaning, but that would be iffy also.

Fantastic experience: They're friendly and they know what they're talking about. Just ask them, they will let you know! So far I've had my teeth cleaned and I have had crowns added to my mouth. They really know what they're doing. So don't be scared, just get in there and have them help you take care of your teeth and gums. Then smile big!! Another successful visit. Thx another great job that was done. I was in and out in no time at all. Very nice people .

Fantastic experience: It is only my first visit, but for how anxious and honestly terrified I was, they gave exceptional service. Quick to return my call, quick to get me in, everyone on staff from the person who made my appointment, the doctor, reception, x-ray, and the last gals to greet me out the door made me feel comfortable amd welcome. They were not to mention super patient and informative with my anxiety and insurance questions. If you're embarrassed and scared, this place will treat you right.

This office provides more than just quality dentistry, it’s an experience. Been coming here for 2 years now and after today I am convinced that there is no better place for dental care. You are in fact getting your money’s worth for sure. The entire staff functions like a well oiled machine. Unlike anything I’ve experienced. Negative experience: I picked this place because there are good reviews and I found a flyer that has a coupon for new customer free exam and xrays, I told them about the flyer when I made an apointmnt and they said no problem bring it with you. When I got there this morning they said that the flyer was old (there was no expiration date on it) but they would honor it anyway. I said thankyou finished my paperwork. Then another lady comes over and says I need to pay 175 and I told her I don't have that and only wanted the exam not the cleaning so she says ok we will get you back here and I'll just talk to my boss. So I go back and get in a chair, the nurse was super nice and the building is very very nice. Then the lady comes back in the room and says you have to pay 75 and I tell her I don't have it and could pay it tomorow so she says I'll have to leave a day reschedule. Definitly made me feel super uncomfortable and disappointed

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist office unless you want to be scammed out of money and told you have multiple cavities when you don’t. I went there last week and was told that I have 8 cavities and I thought that was very odd because that is an abnormal amount of cavities to have when I go to the dentist religiously every six months, brush floss and mouthwash twice a day every day and use prescription fluoride toothpaste. I went to go get a second opinion and they told me there was only one spot that they were worried about and wanting to fill meaning I only had 1 cavity. This dentist office is just looking to get insurance money and as much money as they can from people who wouldn’t know any better. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Positive experience: The receptionists and dental hygienists are super nice and personable, but the doctor seemed so indifferent towards me as a patient. I found out I needed to have a procedure done, but that’s all the doctor told me. The doctor left the room almost immediately and failed to tell me what the procedure entailed, what it meant for the health of my teeth, and what I should expect the following day. I’m not super sensitive and understand that doctors are busy, but you should never leave the room making your patients (who are spending money at your practice) feel as if you’re indifferent towards them. Left me feeling kinda frustrated.

They were eager to help and got me right in the next day at 7 am (Shout out to the receptionist team, especially the blonde girl I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). Dr. Ayer was also super knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about my situation. 10/10 would recommend going here. They’ve definitely got me as a new patient

Fantastic experience: Sadie was so friendly when greeting me at the front desk and Josh showed me around the place with a smile! Lauren was super friendly when doing my x rays and teeth cleaning! Also super comfy couch in the waiting room!!
