Positive experience: Was asked to fill in a survey... but there was no questions. Just this box to fill in... As I entered this practice, I put my name on their clip board at the receptionist desk. Waited until I was called; and sat in the exam seat. Got bite-wings done, then cleaning and a dentist came in to examine and probe my mouth. When leaving, due to only having my dental insurance since the first of this year (today is 1/5/2026), it was expected I would pay $357 for today's visit. I told them to settle with my insurance and bill me the remainder.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was very friendly, and gave great instructions while taking my X-rays. I was a little nervous because it had been awhile since I had been to the dentist. She made me feel totally relaxed. Dr. Englebrecht was very thorough in my oral examination. She took the time and explained what I needed to have addressed. I am now scheduled to have my teeth cleaned tomorrow and two small cavities will be filled as well, so they don't become an even bigger issue in the future. The office staff was very polite and I was seen in a timely manner. The waiting room, restrooms and patient rooms were very clean. I was recommended to Vassey Dental Partners by a dear friend of mine. Everyone was polite and professional. I will definitely recommend this dentistry to all my friends and family members!

Fantastic experience: Been going to vassey for years now. I have a streak of horrible luck with dentists which ended when I found Vassey. The staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in until you check out all you will find all the staff friendly, helpful, and considerate. And they give everyone with any anxiety free laughing gas which my husband appreciates immensely. Although they do not take insurance their team is professional and are knowledgeable about your insurance, even filing out-of-network claims for you. I appreciate how they let you know upfront what you can expect to be covered before even scheduling any dental needs. Dr Konwick is fabulous and goes above and beyond every single visit. I appreciates how she finds ways to work with your insurance stipulations and will cater your treatment with that in mind. I brought my kids to a follow up appointment and she made them feel so comfortable, kindly answered all their questions, and showed up with a big treasure box for them! They no longer want to go to their fun kids dentist, with video game because want to go to mom’s “nice dentist” with the awesome treasure box. (Seriously the treasures box has awesome stuff) Dr Naik does excellent work. He and his team have placed multiple implants for me and I have had 0 problems. I appreciated how he let’s patients choose the music that plays while getting a procedure done. (Hopefully soon he will have Spotify as an option, which is so exciting).

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Trisha goes above and beyond. She really cares about her patients and I look forward to seeing her every 6 months. Dr Harrah spends the time needed with me and answers my questions. He helped me to get a mouth guard and it has saved my teeth and helped me rest better.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Dr Vassey's office since I was a very young children! Now that he's not really practicing, I see Dr Morgan and Lauren. They're awesome, and they understand my issues, including my other medical issues that compound my dental health. They're kind and caring and make my visits a lot easier and much less anxiety-inducing than they could be elsewhere (I know cuz I lived out of state for a while!). I take better care of myself when I'm going to Vassey Dental Partners! Thanks y'all!!

Not only was the office patient with my cancellations due to these timing issues, but they worked me in per my rheumatologist’s recommendations. The dental staff is enablingme to start a new treatment for my medical situations. Fantastic experience: Fabulous practice! I have to add, my son chipped his tooth, he’s still at a fabulous pediatric dentist whom we love. They, however, don’t see patients for chips on Fridays. Even though my son isn’t a current patient, my husband and I are patients, they were able to squeeze him in the next day so he didn’t have to deal with it all weekend. Amazing customer service! They genuinely care about their patients and their families!

Every time I am met with friendly and thorough receptionists, dental hygienists, and dentists. The hygienists are always very gentle and I feel like i’m at a tooth spa. Negative experience: I would steer clear from this place unless you’re in the market to be scammed! My son recently moved and this office was closer to his new residence, so he went there for his routine cleaning. He was told he had five cavities and needed surgery. Needless to day, he went back to his regular dentist since childhood for a second opinion and he had zero cavities and did not need the dental work they were trying to do on him! Unbelievable that a dentist would do unnecessary work on someone to make money! Shameful!

Fantastic experience: I am new to PTC and found Vassey. The experience was great. Very efficient operation. I was lucky enough to have exam, x-rays and clean all in one day. The staff and facility were great.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Vassey since 2014. Treatments included a thorough initial workup; a small number of fillings & a number of rebuilt ones; two upper front teeth; tooth removals; a bridge; a partial; and routine cleanings. Vassey has been very careful of my health, keeping current with my meds and proactively diagnosing potential indicators of oral cancers. Pain and discomfort have always been carefully managed and have been virtually non-existent. Wait times are very short, prices have always been fair, and the staff has always proven themselves very technically competent, pleasant, and helpful. There are a number of excellent dental offices in the Fayetteville- Tyrone-Peachtree City areas, but there are none better than Vassey.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from extreme dental anxiety and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during my appointment! From the moment I walked in and was greeted, through my dental exam, and checking out they ensured I knew what was happening every step of the process! Fantastic experience: Excellent dental first exam on Friday June 28th. Dr. E was amazing looking forward to the entire family coming. Scheduled extraction with Dr Naik on July 3rd. He was amazing and I felt very little pain. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Can’t be more happy with choosing this dental office since my family relocated.

She made sure that I was comfortable and pain free during the entire procedure. She is very smart and skilled. Bailey, Dr. Konwick’s assistant is equally kind, thoughtful, gentle, skilled and smart. They worked very well together and made my 4-hour procedure seem much shorter and my temporary replacement bridge looks and feels great.

Fantastic experience: I have recently switched to Vassey Dental. They are friendly and professional. They have the ability to put you at ease with what can be a stressful experience being at the dentist. Hannah is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever seen.

Negative experience: Dentist did a good job. They are way overpriced! Told me I needed a crown on a tooth that felt fine. So I follow the recommendation thinking a crown is $1100-$1400. After it was done they tell me it’s $2120! Sticker shock to say the least! Shop around especially if you are self pay!
