From the moment I walked in, the office was spotless, warm, and surprisingly relaxing; honestly, I’ve been in spas that tried less. His staff is amazing, so kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They even understood my insurance better than I do, which is saying a lot! My dental hygienist was gentle, friendly, and made me feel totally comfortable. And Dr. Scaffa? Let’s just say this man knows what he’s doing. Skilled, patient, reassuring, the whole package. I would literally travel across states for this level of care. From their sense of humor to their warm and embracing tone I have never been more comfortable stepping into a dentists office. They answered all my questions & Alexa was so incredibly gentle & gave me excellent pointers how to clean and maintain my oral hygiene to avoid cavities & receding. I know there are some people that feel a bit overwhelmed & don’t want to go to the dentist. Dr Scaffa & Alexa warm embracing tone is what you exactly what I needed. The crown lab sent my crown but the shade was slightly off and only become apparent under a certain lighting condition. Dr. Scaffa scrapped the crown and requested a technician from the lab to come witness in person to ensure the proper shade is made. The attention to detail is unmatched. The office is modern and always clean and airy. I am a customer for life.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a new dentist for quite some time now and decided to book an appointment here. I’m glad I made the decision to do so, as Dr. Scaffa and staff made my initial visit one to remember. I was quickly brought into the room and asked general first visit questions. I immediately noticed the modern technology, and how clean and neat everything was. During the examination and cleaning of my teeth, I was explained what something meant in layman’s terms - for example, to determine gum health, my hygienist (Alexa) called out a sequence of numbers - something I never heard or experienced before. Alexa explained what the numbers meant after the exam which I really appreciated. I can go on and on about everything I enjoyed about my visit but just feeling heard was enough to make me confident in my decision to return. Also, they have massage chairs! A great way to ensure a relaxing environment at the dentist. Thank you Dr. Scaffa and staff for the welcoming environment, follow-ups, and expertise!

First of all I called to make an appointment not indicating at all that I was in pain so I thought. Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist! My family and I have used Dr. Scaffa for over 30 years. The staff is kind and the dentist is awesome. From the minute you walk in Chris and Taylor are there to welcome you with bright white smiles. As you make your way to the back you’re greeted by Lisa and Donna who are always ready to make you feel at ease and talk to you like they’re your best friends. As for the dentist himself, Dr. Scaffa - I have had everything from a basic filling, to a root canal, to an extraction and I have NEVER had any issues. I recommend Dr. Scaffa to everyone!

Negative experience: Great guy. But that’s all. They do not stand behind their work. Replaced a crown twice in two months and charged me each time. And Chris at front desk says well we have to be paid for our time? They are expensive and tell you nothing is covered. Also the workman ship is horrible. The other caps look like wads of chewing gum. He always has to do something three times before it works And they just make up prices at the counter. The owner’s wife calls and tries to force a cleaning down your throat like a vacuum salesman. Even if you are there for an emergency. Very annoying. Like I said great guy horrible work. They are pushing him too far there. He needs to be in a breach somewhere. So the moral of the story if your looking for a nice guy he’s your guy if your looking for good dental work. Keep looking.

Negative experience: Dentist is the nicest person. But his work is terrible. Couldn’t even do a post and cap. Tried 3 times to get it to fit. It fell out twice within 2 weeks of installation and they charged me for a new cap each time. Which I feel is wrong. And the work is sloppy the caps look like chewing gum. Super expensive for sub par work. Like I said great guy needs to retire. They don’t stand behind their work. Even my wife had two filling done there and they both fell out within a year.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending regular cleanings at Dr. Scaffa’s office for over two years now and it’s been a fantastic experience. It’s always a friendly and super comfortable environment. Dr. Scaffa and Dental Hygienist Ariana know how important it is to have a patient feel welcome and at ease during a visit. Ariana’s cleanings are always gentle and when she explains the process of what’s she’s doing, it’s very detailed and thorough. I personally like learning about what’s being done and why as opposed to just going through the process. Personally I never felt so comfortable going to a Dentist and Hygienist, which is important to me as someone who never liked going to the dentist in the first place. I highly recommend this office, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to say I just had a bone graft and a tooth extracted, also a crown cut and 2 of 3 crowns removed. This was such an easy procedure, no pain, just nervous due to mind over matter. But Dr. Scaffa is so pleasant and takes the time to explain every step of the procedure. His staff is also friendly, pleasant and happy. What a great experience visiting a Dentist I would highly recommend him, especially for children, he is gentle, kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I went into Dental Arts with tooth and jaw pain this past week. I expected to need a root canal. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were incredible welcoming and friendly, as if I had known them for years. Dr. Scaffa did some tests and imaging on the area and then took the time to explain every step and exam to me in lay man's terms. He determined a root canal wouldn't be necessary and instead found the cause to be grinding my teeth due to stress. With a simple adjustment to my bite, Dr. Scaffa corrected the issue. Nearly a week later, the pain is all but gone. I have been to many dentist offices in my life. This was one of the best I have had the pleasure of walking in to. I highly recommend you do the same.

Fantastic experience: When I am at this awesome office, it is like being at one of their home party. The music, aura filled with fun, laughter. These great people make you a member of their family, not just a patient. The entire staff so friendly but very professional. But the 2 of my favorite the doc, & his wife Donna. Always trying to help you at any time ! Need a dentist go no further.

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience as soon as I entered the office. Every staff member is personable friendly and genuine! The office is pristine organized and has a very Happy atmosphere. Dr. Scaffa is gentle and made me feel so comfortable. For the first time ever I don’t mind having to go back to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I had a Dental emergency, I broke my denture. Every Dentist i called either wasn't taking new patients or had a two week appointment. While seaching Google I came across Dr Scaffa, he had 750 positive reviews. So I called the office and explained my situation, they also had a two week wait. But Dr Scaffa said he could squeeze me in the following morning. Findng an nice honest Dentist is a difficult task. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly. DR Scaffa introduce himself and shook my hand , then promptly took my impression and out the door i went. The price for the denture was much less than other estimates I had gotten. at first I thought I heard wrong. I would recommend Dental art Concepts to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I don’t write reviews; but I had to for this place. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist, to the point where I let broken molars become infected for years before stepping foot In a dentist office. I couldn’t bare the pain anymore so I came here. I was crying like a baby before I even saw the doctor. The entire staff was unbelievably kind to me.. One woman even came over after hearing my sobs. She held my hand and told me stories to keep my mind off it. She was so compassionate and delicate (her name is Donna, and she’s a literal angel sent from heaven). They offered laughing gas as well at a reasonable price and talked me through all the details. The Dentist, Dr. Michael Scaffa, was incredibly patient and kind with me as well. He kept asking me how I was throughout the whole process. I’ve have my fair share of extractions (from extreme neglect), and this was the first time I didn’t feel an ounce of pain. Dr. Scaffa took his time with me. He took my fear into account while also being incredibly transparent about my options. Sometimes I get nervous to ask questions, but I didn’t have to because everything was covered. He numbed the area and took his time to ensure It was fully numb before starting. They offered ear plugs, music, blankets, eye masks… it didn’t seem real that an entire staff could be so kind. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The day after the extraction I got a call and text from Donna asking how I was doing. I had to update my review because I’ve never experienced a place so kind before. I really hope my review helps someone else who’s deathly afraid of the dentist. I have a long road ahead with all the work I need done on my teeth, and for the first time in my life- I’m looking forward to it

Fantastic experience: I found this office through my dental insurance and once I saw the reviews on here, I made an appointment. I am a healthcare provider and the impeccably warm welcome and bedside manner I received here is unlike anything I’ve witnessed. Lisa gave me a nice office tour and welcomed me so kindly into their practice. Ariana has to be the kindest, gentlest and most patient dental hygienist I have ever had. She did such a thorough assessment and explained everything with the details I needed. I have had my fair share of dental work but the kindness and patience Dr. Scaffa exhibited during his exam is a first for any dentist I have seen. He is as every bit compassionate and sincere as you want your dentist to be! I am so overwhelmed by my experience and feel blessed to have found this office and the wonderful team there. I absolutely dislike going to the dentist’s office but my first experience here has turned that sentiment around. I look forward to my future appointments.
