Fantastic experience: Anna is absolutely amazing! She is typically who cleans my teeth. The staff members are always kind and upbeat. Dr. Wargel is always kind and reassuring. They have a gentle touch and I have really bad anxiety with dentists and I have found so much comfort going here as has my daughter who had anxiety about dentists as well due to previous experiences. I cannot brag on this office enough.

Annie does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and accommodating my sensory processing disorder. I was extremely nervous when I finally went to get my teeth cleaned again after years of not going. I explained my nerves to Annie & she was so kind & understanding. I was able to wear my noise canceling headphones & sunglasses the whole time I was in the chair. I’ve visited this office multiple times now & each experience is just as great as the first. I could go on and on! This will be my dental office for life!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! The entire team from check in to check out was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. I came from a dentist office where I felt very uncomfortable and did not trust the provider, they also provided terrible work on my teeth which is what caused me to make a change. This office is truly so great. They were kind, informative, and even when I explained the previous wrong doing from another office they provided a positive alternative as to why they may have done things a specific way. Huge of them to do that and not bash another office. They provided me a second opinion and laid out an entire treatment plan with me. I will be sending my entire family here for sure!

She was incredibly thorough and gentle during the cleaning process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail was impressive and she took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. Not only did she provide excellent dental care, but she also gave me some valuable tips on maintaining better oral hygiene at home. 10/10 would recommend this office! :-)

Fantastic experience: I can't say I love going to the dentist but greenwood springs makes it as painless as possible. I love greenwood springs dental. Every visit goes smoothly. A very friendly competent staff and all of the newest high-tech equipment. Most recent crown prep went well. Temporary crown fits perfectly. As always they do a great job at greenwood springs dental. June 2024... back for my 6 months cleaning and dental check. Smooth appointment and staff is great. June 2025. In for my 6-month cleaning and exam. As always, they do a great job. I'm glad to say I had no new issues that need resolved. Greenwood Springs rocks! Dec 2025... appointment to check tenderness on an upper molar. Looks like I'm going to need a crown but she has me back tomorrow for prep and we'll get it done by the end of the year so I can use my dental benefits before they expire. Love Greenwood Springs dental.

Negative experience: I had a VERY bad experience here. Just moved to the area, needed a local dentist, and I knew I needed a few fillings. I called and said I already had recent X-rays from 4 months ago, just needed a cleaning and to discuss fillings. I asked if their resin material was BPA-free, she assured me I could choose one that was BPA-free no problem. Awesome- I emailed them my X-rays, they confirmed they received them and all was good to proceed with treatment. Fast forward to my appointment. I had no cleaning and was apparently scheduled ONLY for X-rays. I told them they should have them on file, I very recently had a lot of radiation exposure with a head CT and dental X-rays, not interested in more. They INSISTED I do 2 separate X-rays (including what appeared to be a cone beam CT) and that I needed at least ELEVEN fillings and that they actually only used materials that contained BPA (a known hormone disrupter, currently banned in food packaging in Europe). They said IF they tried a new resin without BPA that they would have to special order it and I may have permanent teeth sensitivity and they could not promise that it would hold up over time since they’re inexperienced using it. They also said I may need my wisdom teeth out (mind you, I have had my wisdom teeth for TWENTY YEARS), never have I had any issue with them or has any dentist told me they may be an issue. And I have been to 6 dentists in this time. After so much poor communication and coaxing into invasive and unnecessary procedures, I faxed my X-rays over to a new dentist. He said that he 100% agreed with my original dental plan, not this place. He said eleven fillings were completely unnecessary, my wisdom teeth were fine AND -icing on the cake- the X-rays that this place sent him were so terrible that he couldn’t create an informed treatment plan around them. Awesome- all that extra radiation for literally nothing. I showed him my X-rays from my previous dentist that were at this point 5 months old from my phone, to which his eyes visibly lit up with excitement as he said that they were “so much better”. He said 5 months is plenty recent enough to form a treatment plan around. I would caution anyone from going here. And would ask the staff here to honestly reflect on how much of your decisions are based in the best interest of your patients vs trying to max reimbursement from their health insurance. You have peoples’ trust and wellbeing in your hands and have a profound opportunity to help others, please don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dental office that I am thrilled to leave a review. First of all the inside of the waiting room is beautiful, not your normal boring waiting rooms. The staff is what made the experience top notch. Everyone is so welcoming and very friendly. My hygienist took the time to explain everything that she was doing and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. And when. I did ask questions I felt that she really cared about answering them. My doctor was very nice and made me feel very comfortable about everything that I would need done. My daughter also expressed how she really like this office.

Negative experience: First time appointment, they did all my xrays, and then proceeded to ask me to reschedule my cleaning appointment. Very unprofessional, didnt call to ask me to reschedule. Just went to work like everything was all good. Then unprofessionaly asked if they could reschedule. Would not reccomend this office. Find another dentist office!

If you have children they have a play area to keep them occupied. Overall great experience with great people and a convenient location right beside WalMart. Update: 8/14/2025 Still great service as always will say I usually have a different dental hygenist each time I come while this doesn't bother me others might find that they would like the same dental hygenist and doctor, which generally isn't the same so its who ever is on duty unless you ask.

Fantastic experience: I'm fairly anxious when going to the dentist. I was pretty calm here and my dental hygienist, Annie, was friendly and easy to talk to and gentle. I'm used to my mouth aching a bit after a cleaning--not a thing :) My insurance decided to drop their dental plan (smh) and one of the reasons I chose Greenwood Springs was for the discounted plan they offer those without insurance. It was certainly the most reasonable one I've come across. Really appreciate this place!

I’ve had bad experiences from other dentists and I always feel well taken care of and at ease when I come here. They are very transparent with pricing and their rates are fair. I was recommended by another dentist to get a crown put onto a healthy tooth while completely ignoring the tooth that actually needed a crown. Dr. Wargel actually showed me the difference with photos and I instantly trusted her with my dental care. Bonus, the price of that crown and the replacement fillings I needed here were less than half the price of the crown the other dentist wanted me to get. I’ve been getting Invisalign through here for almost a year now and I’m super happy with the results! - Anthe

Fantastic experience: The customer service and care I receive every single time I come here is absolutely incredible. Going to the dentist makes me extremely nervous and I usually get nitrous (which they do for a flat fee instead of per 15 mins or whatever which is great) and I didn’t today, so I was extra nervous but my hygienist walked me through every single thing and made me super comfortable even during the worst parts. I forget her name unfortunately, but huge shout out to her for making my cleaning seamless. Plus, she got my teeth SO clean! They were pretty bad cause I was overdue. I don’t know how prices compare in greenwood necessarily, but I can tell you it’s far more affordable than dentists I’ve been to before! Huge thank you to everyone that makes Greenwood Springs Family Dental Care great!

Cleanliness, always answer the phone like I have never been on hold with an automated robotic system, everybody is polite to patients and each other, the dentist is so kind and friendly, the first time I went to a dentist and didn't feel like I was being belittled about the condition of my teeth and judged.

Negative experience: Overall the staff during my cleaning were very nice and non judgemental, which is very important to me in dental care. However after not being given my entire treatment plan upfront, getting a crown and fillings without nitrous that I was promised was available, having a poor crown fitting (and it almost falling down my throat), referred to a root canal specialist, and being quoted thousands more in care, I just could not come back to continue treatment. I am disappointed that I wasted time and money here.

Pregnancy destroyed my teeth and I was so ashamed of the condition of them but the dental hygienist was so kind and gave me tips and helped me figure out how to get back where I want to be and the dentist was so nice too. Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area from out of state and found Greenwood Springs on google. Have had rough experiences at prior dentists and I was blown away with how personable everyone was. My hygienist was so down to earth, truly listened, adjusted her approach to my cleaning, and was so knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly, to the point that the Dr. came in later and explained it just how she had. Also was a fun plus that that had two TVs to watch, one while you sit upright and one while you are laid back getting your teeth cleaned! 10/10 recommend!

My favorite Experience was meeting my hygienist "Savanah ". Savanah, was extremely warm, friendly, compassionate and gentle. Savanah, listen to me explain my terrible phobia with being seen by dental with previous dental clinics. I had a horrible experience at a dental clinic during my military career in the NAVY. I must say without a doubt ; Savanah is the most gentle and friendly hygienist that has ever treated me. I plan to continue to be a patient at Greenwood Springs Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: Gave a call on a Wednesday morning at 8:20 or so, was in slight pain from having a very tiny piece of tooth coming off previous night. It had a filling or sort at its position, I could see a visible cavity formed at its position now. Didn't get an appointment straight away, was told their system was down. The helpdesk team said they would call me back. After an hour, I gave a call back once again, this time, got an appointment at 2:30pm with no guarantee of any procedure being done on the same day. A digital form was sent to my mobile to take in personal details, insurance information etc. I submitted the form online before going to the location. I had purely picked Greenwood Springs Family Dental by going through their reviews with no reference from anyone. Reached location on time, was warmly greeted by the helpdesk team, got checked in and was informed that Dr Samantha Wargel & her team were already getting ready to examine me. The location looked very neatly kept. Only one other person was waiting in the lobby other than me. After like 4 minutes, I was welcomed by Tazia into the procedural room. She was very very patient in taking X-rays of the particular tooth and overall took great care of me during my entire time in the room. I had mentioned in the digital form that I was very sensitive to dental procedures, that was followed from start to finish respectfully. While I was being taken to the procedural room, I did see about 3 to 4 other patients being taken care of in other rooms. It didn't look like the place was very busy. After like 10 minutes, me nicely settled in and X rays taken, Dr Samantha thoroughly investigated the tooth and suggested a Crown with tentative on root canal if the nerve was found to be damaged during further evaluation. Luckily it was not, I ended up getting a temporary Crown with a return in two weeks for a permanent one. Dr Samantha performed the entire procedure with great care, giving ample amount of breaks, continuous point by point communication on what she was doing on the tooth. Felt like a breeze. Special mention to Hannah for taking care during making me numb at the tooth area. Will be re-visiting in 2 weeks to get my permanent Crown put on. Some of the words which summarizes the whole experience with Greenwood Springs Dental Care : Not Overly Crowded, Precise, Neat, Put At Ease, Gentle, Respectful, Time Keeping, Great Communication, Proper Care, Professionalism.

Negative experience: I will NEVER go back to this office. After a perfectly healthy check-up just 6 months prior to seeing this dentist I was told I needed 5 crowns, had 3 cavities and needed my wisdom teeth out. A total of over $7000.00 worth of work. I decided to get a second opinion, and that Dentist completely disagreed with them. In my opinion, they saw an opportunity to make money off of me, but thank God I got a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: This little one had his first appointment at 2 years old and the staff did amazing at handling him and meeting him where he was at developmentally. Here is him playing with the toy kitchen they have in the kids area in the waiting room. A big thank you to the dental hygienist who went above and beyond and took him back out to the toy kitchen while I finished my cleaning The entire staff were all so friendly and animated to make it a fun experience for his very first time at the dentist. Positive experience: I haven’t had a great experience the last two times I’ve been here. I was here for a cleaning late last year, and it felt like a part of my filling had been chipped off when they were cleaning. The assistant had even said, “Wow, a lot came off of that tooth!” I started experiencing pain right afterwards. I had radiographs done and was told that it was “most likely” food stuck under the gum due to my wisdom teeth, which were removed 7 years ago, and I have never had an issue. I feel like this was pushed to the side. I go in today to have my tooth fixed and it was not great. I had the air spray thing fall down my throat which caused me to be extremely nauseous for the remainder of my visit. I had small cuts on the inside of my mouth (which I can push aside, I understand there’s a tool in my mouth to grind down the new filling) but as they were taking the tools out and such, they would hit my front bottom teeth, and this happened multiple times. I now have an ache. Just not a great experience and I’m very upset with how things have transpired.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience. Dr Hani and staff treated me with the utmost care. Professional, provided options and explained things in great detail. I highly recommend, for those with and without insurance. They have plans which makes Dental work affordable.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Thank you Thank you! I went to another dentist recently who messed up my alignment and left me with a thick filling that broke. I called there office desperately needing help and they got me in same day. Equipment is top notch and nobody can compete with there customer service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is need of help or a new dentist like I was.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt comfortable at a dentist... always feel judged and weird! The staff at the Greenwood springs dental office are all incredible!!! They are so very kind and make me feel so comfortable! Not to mention... they do amazing work!!! I m so happy with them and can finally feel comfortable going to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: The best around ! Very nice crew all females. I have an extreme phobia of dentist! They take that in conditioner and accommodate me in every way they can! Fantastic experience: I’m usually anxious to go to the dentist as I’ve had many negative experiences. I had a lot of pain from wisdom teeth coming in for my appointment, and everyone from the x-ray tech to the hygienist to the doctor was gentle and helpful as they cleaned my teeth and examined me. My experience at Greenwood Springs Family Dental was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both had 8 am appointments, and we were seen on time! The hygienist that I had, was incredibly sweet and answered all of my questions! I never felt judged once, which is a lot of peoples fear with a dental office. The girls here were all so friendly and helpful and explained everything to myself and my husband so we could understand better. I can’t say enough good things about them! Overall a 10/10 experience and I hope everyone considers Greenwood Springs!
