Fantastic experience: I started at Odyssey Dental due to a recommendation from a friend. I’m so glad to have Dr. Joseph as my dentist. Every experience I’ve had so far has been wonderful. I called Odyssey to see if they could accommodate me due to a perceived hole in one of my upper teeth. I thought I lost a filling. Under her expert and gentle investigation, the procedure turned out to be a little more complicated. I’m so pleased. First and foremost, I was pleased that my request to be seen today was accommodated. Second Dr Joseph and her team provided me with another true epic experience at Odyssey. I’m no longer fearful of going to the dentist.

Negative experience: I have been once and had a extremely welcoming experience with great people great atmosphere and good service. I'll commit suicide before I ever step foot inside this office again! They were rude insensitive I was talked down at and because they messed up with communication with there office made to feel that there there falt was my problem not there's. If your looking for a dentist I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else.

Negative experience: Be aware that display does not provide any kind of great service. They take the money and give you minimum effort with no follow ups, rips your teeth out of your mouth and send you on your merry way and God forbid you need to go back because you feel like it’s something wrong. The nurse will punish you for coming back to see them You can hear it down the hallway how she talks about me to a doctor and when the doctor comes in and looks, she’s only offer to refer me to some other doctor why I am 10 out of 10 pain with two infections and no pain relief whatsoever oh and the police she recommended has opening a week from that day so trust me when I say this, don’t waste your time and money. It looks fancy and nice but the people are nasty and very money oriented!!!!!! Stay away !!!

Fantastic experience: On my first visit the staff extremely professional yet personal. This has not your ordinary dentist office it's more of a spa vibe. A tour of the facility was provided that included a relaxation room with snacks and drinks. After my initial visit which, included pictures, a complete evaluation of my treatment plan was provided. The other thing I learned is that Odyssey is a one stop office that provides all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Today, Friday, May 10th, I had my teeth checked and cleaned at Odyssey Dental. As usual Dr. Joseph and her amazing team took excellent care of me. If you're nervous about going to the dentist , this is the place for you. Everyone there is kind, gentle , respectful and reassuring. They know just what to say and do to ease your fears and make you feel comfortable. I had a pain free, totally pleasant experience. I'm so grateful for such exceptional care. Had another exceptional experience at Odyssey Dental on August 25th ! I'm a senior and I have very sensitive gums. As usual, Leticia was thorough but very gentle. I felt relaxed and comfortable while she took her time thoroughly cleaning my teeth. Dr. Joseph was so warm and friendly when she came in for the final check. During my appointment I heard people laughing and sounding so happy. What an uplifting atmosphere! I left the office in such a joyful mood.

Fantastic experience: i don’t usually write reviews but the amount of compassion and understanding i was given has influenced me! i have severe dental anxiety and avoided making a dentist appointment for a long time, but when i saw everyone’s positive reviews of how their anxiety was understood and not dismissed, i decided to take a leap and book an appointment. i was still really nervous leading up to the appointment, but my doctors were so so understanding and helped walk me through everything so i knew what to expect and they listened to everything i was nervous about!! writing this now i feel emotional because im just glad to finally have a place to go to that has no judgement and is kind and considerate about something i fear. trust, if anything dental related makes you panic and fills you with anxiety, odyssey dental has your back

Fantastic experience: Odyssey is aptly named. There is a comfort menu including blankets, essential oils, and snacks. There’s low frequency lounge music playing throughout the whole facility that gives this office a very chill vibe. It’s very classy, professional, and unlike any dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Joseph has established a fabulous office worth the drive out to Summerfield.

Fantastic experience: Extremely nice and friendly staff. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. My appointment was at 9 AM, I arrived early and was seen properly. I was given a short tour of the facility. My x-rays were taken, and I was seen by the dentist very quickly. She explained the things that were found and what she recommends. For my first visit to Odyssey Dental, I was impressed with their service and attention to details.

Negative experience: I set an appointment up in February and the only available schedule or opening was May 12th at 9:00 a.m.. it was supposed to be a free consultation to let me know what it would cost me in the future, but I was asked to pay $95 because I was told my insurance had not paid for an x-ray at any other dental facility. That's not what I came for. I spoke on the phone and told the receptionist in February that I am looking at other places and wanted the free consultation that was advertised on Facebook. I asked if I could be billed for the $95 and the receptionist went and spoke to the dentist, when she returned, she asked me if I had $25 so I chose to leave because it was supposed to be a free consultation. I was not satisfied with taking time off of work to be discouraged. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They three months to notify me about the change in service they were now providing.

Fantastic experience: Had my first experience here today, went in with a bad situation and the staff was so welcoming and kind, there a lot of services there that will help your experience. From Glasses to kill the glare from the lights to music to help keep you calm. It's a very nice place with a wonderful staff. They made me feel at ease. I have a fear of the dentist but not here. I still have to go back for more work but I'm not nervous at all. I would like to say thank you to the whole team for the effort they put in to be very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ll never complain about coming to the dentist! I found Odyssey Dental Of Summerfield through a friend’s recommendation a few years back shortly after they opened. They’re not even in my network, and that’s okay! I’ll pay the extra bc the experience every time is worth it. I tell people often it’s like a spa experience. You have anxiety about the dentist?! That’s okay! They have a calming room! They have warm blankets. Soft music. The essential oils fill the room and that dentist chair suddenly feels like a spa bed and each time; I could nap! We won’t get started on their level of customer service! I don’t wanna call it that bc these days customer service is so bad everywhere that this is wayyyy beyond! This is treatment like none other! A snack bar and mini fridge ! A nice cozy waiting room! I know you’ve been debating on a dentist that you trust and depend on- so let this be your sign !!!

Fantastic experience: I came in to the office with painful TMJ and tension headaches, at lost of what to do. Dr Joseph gave me a thorough exam and addressed all my dental needs as well as oral facial pain and came up with a treatment plan for me. She treated my TMJ/ tension headaches with Botox treatment and it has improved my quality of life dramatically. She also was able to improve my self confidence and smile with lip filler, she snatched my face! She is so amazing and talented. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the nicest dentist office I have experienced. They have a comfort “bar” where you can ask for a blanket, pillow, meds, laughing gas or music, etc. I chose the blanket and pillow, before my appointment even started I had relaxed to the point I was almost asleep. As someone with severe anxiety about dentistry in general, I am amazed at how at ease the staff made me. This office goes above and beyond for its patients. Ensuring that everyone has a pleasant experience; along with the ability to empathize with patients! They are amazing! I am actually looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Very very very friendly staff and relaxing environment. Each room has televisions in them with netflix in case you want to watch your favorite show while having dental work done. There is a relaxation room and drinks and snacks in case you want to sit back and relax before or after your appointment. ASMR relaxation music is playing throughout the office for a nice relaxing environment. Highly recommended

The office has a spa-like atmosphere with a relaxation room, snacks, TVs in each space blankets, pillows (just to name a few), all which immediately made me feel at ease. Their own App to handle all of the administration side of appointments to check ins. Welcome to the New Age! Dr. Joseph's bedside manner is the crown jewel of the operation! Fantastic experience: I have an extreme fear of the dentist and Odyssey made me feel very comfortable. Barely felt like a dentist's office from the moment you walk in! Everyone was very kind and the doctor was understanding of my anxiety. I got IV sedation and 4 teeth pulled and the procedure was super quick! Would definitely reccomended this office to anyone with severe dental anxiety :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Joseph and her team at Odyssey Dental in Summerfield North Carolina is a very professional organization. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. They are so friendly and kind and they truly care about your needs they do their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr Joseph and her team is one of the best dentist and organizations I think I've ever been to.

Fantastic experience: So, I am (sorta) local to Odyssey dental in Summerfield. I seen it go up and every time I drove by I thought, I really need to change my dentist. 5years later... I contacted the office for an emergency, they fit me in same day. Thank goodness because I truly was fixen to wander down a back alley for this dental emergency and yes I was afraid. But needed no fear because Dr. Joseph and her team to the rescue. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I felt a sense of belonging. Into the office itself the entire staff was warm and inviting. Experience a dentist office like no other, y'all need to go here. Dr. Joseph she really has taken the comfort level of each patient to a whole other level. I am extremely excited to be on this journey w/Dr. Joseph and her team. I'm brand new here but will update as I go. Till then..

Fantastic experience: 10/10 one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was amazing from the staff all the way down to the amazing scent of the essential oils filling each room. Dr. Joseph was very professional, very welcoming and well mannered. I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What I experienced at Odyssey Dental Tuesday was customer care and exceptional customer experience all in one. I was greeted by name and taken on a tour of the practice upon arrival. Claire took my X-rays and photos with care and precision. I have never felt more seen and supported in a healthcare setting than I did in her care. She was warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. She informed and empowered me to create habits that will support my dental goals. Dr. Joseph was a light that I know the dental world is brighter because she chose this path. I’m certain that I’m in good hands. She was thorough and optimistic, which instilled hope and was an overall sigh of relief. The EPIC journey I’m embarking on is one I wouldn’t want to take anywhere else. Odyssey is already changing my life after 1 visit.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. All of the staff are super friendly and do what they can to make you as comfortable as possible. They communicate very clearly with what is happening and what to expect. This I appreciated because I don’t like it when companies don’t let you know what’s going on. They do whatever they can to make you as comfortable as possible which is amazing because I hate the dentist. They will help you to forget all of the bad experiences and allow you to move forward with a great experience. Choose this place and you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit at Odyssey Dental of Summerfield. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at this dentistry. Everyone including the dentist was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist and her assistent were very professional. I will look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and I found the office through a google search. I went for an exam and cleaning. I found that it was a clean, nice office with friendly and informed staff. They were all super helpful and thorough. I actually had to call in the day after my appointment because my one year old son knocked a tooth out. They were able to refer me to a pediatric dentist but also said if I couldn’t get into one that I should bring him in and they would work him into the schedule. It’s nice to know they are there for you if there’s an emergency!! I definitely recommend Dr. Joseph!

Fantastic experience: Simply excellent! From the time that you walk in the door, you can tell that this is a distinctly different dental experience. It is definitely spa-like. I was warmly greeted by Lakecia who provided a tour of the VERY clean facility. Not saying that you should, but you could probably eat off of the floor in this place. Lakecia was also very helpful with confirming my insurance information. After a short wait, I met the very personable Claire who performed xrays, took a few photos and then inquired about my dental goals. I was soon introduced to the extremely knowledgeable Dr. Joseph and we further discussed goals and options. One thing that really stood out to me is how thorough they all are and the considerations taken for treatment options. And most importantly, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I've never been excited about going to a dentist but I will definitely return to Odyssey for my dentistry needs! If I could give them more stars, I would!

Fantastic experience: From the call to make the appointment to the end of our services the experience was very pleasant. We received a tour of the facility and snakes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be returning. I was very impressed with the decor and the high quality of the equipment. Everything was so clean, modern, and inviting.

The nurse that I had was very good at answering my questions that I asked and she went over the instructions very carefully of what i needed to do after my procedure. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Dr. Joseph and her staff have a bedside manner that is unmatched in this industry. My entire experience from start to finish was very much white glove. Everything from a warm blanket and a pillow to price transparency. Top tier service! They even have a play area for the little ones, spa like waiting area with aroma therapy, tv’s in each exam room (with Netflix etc.), ample parking and complimentary snacks and water. Highly recommend!
