Positive experience: The overall experience was very nice and the staff was pleasant to deal with. I gave a rating of 4 stars because of the dry welcome, lol. I am accustomed to greeting people with a smile or atleast acknowledging their presence. Perhaps they were all working on something. However, once I was called to the back my experience was much better. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I was kept fully informed of each step of the procedure both before and as it occurred - with pauses to ask if I was comfortable. Afterwards I was provided with verbal and written care instructions. Fantastic experience: I changed dentist for the first time in probably twenty years because I wanted to avoid a tooth extraction if possible. After reviewing my x-rays, they immediately had me go to the endodontist for a root canal and kept my existing tooth and crown. They also followed up with me and scheduled me for a future cleaning. Very pleased.

You need this man in your mouth Awesome experience!! Staff is amazing! Oh my goodness Ms. Melissa was my first telephone encounter and I honestly could have melted in her arms she was so friendly and just comforting to someone like me who haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years. ~sigh~ I know that’s bad but it is what it is. I had a dental emergency and the most available appointment was in December for general cleaning but they had an appointment slot sooner for emergencies. Dr. Fairburn is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent! I describe him as such because I experienced a dental situation a few weeks prior where there was guessing and assumptions. I was referred to Dr. Fairburn by a friend and boy am I glad. I was having pain in my lower right tooth and jawline and was told my cavity needed to be replaced by this other dentist. Dr Fairburn not only did X-rays, but also examined tooth in detail. He saw a crack and recommended I have a CT scan to determine the severity of the tooth, how deep the crack extended, and if there was potentially an abscess. Well, all were true. I had a bad abscess and the tooth was too damaged to be saved. I’m thankful Dr Fairburn didn’t just decide ‘hey let’s just pull it or redo your cavity’. I’m definitely recommending family and friends to his office. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I am a senior citizen and to senior citizens patience from caregivers is very important from caregivers. My dentist was very gentle with me and always let me know what was going on and what to expect next. This was my first visiting this office because I was trying to find a dentist in this area and after visiting with Dr.Fairburn's office, I think I have found a home.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Holly, is wonderful, sweet, and is very gentle cleaning my teeth. She made me feel awesome by saying I was doing a good job taking care of my teeth. Dr. Fairburn was also very complimentary, and informative, with his assessment of my teeth and gums. They both asked questions about my teeth cleaning routine, gums and my current fillings that are in place from years ago. Dr. Fairburn advised me on how to be careful with the older fillings. Holly informed me about why I have trouble with a salivary gland, which was excellent information. I highly recommend Dr. Fairburn and Holly. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and compassionate, too.
