Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here! I’ve always been insecure of my teeth and the whole staff made me feel soooo comfortable. The whole front desk is amazing!! From booking my appointment, wait time(what wait time??), and billing. I know with the help from Davenport Dental my insecurities with my smile will all soon be nonexistent.

There new office/clinic is amazingly beautiful I appreciate the TVs on the ceiling found in the actual procedure rooms.. you really don’t want to leave! My yearly checkup and 6 month cleaning was excellent! Roxy was exceptional throughout the cleaning process and Dr. Vallone provided a thorough examination. Roxy’s genuine spirit of support and care is appreciated. I travel every 6 mos for my cleaning and or any other process necessary. Friendly and supportive staff !!!

Negative experience: Been a nightmare to just even contact this office or the windfield location to get support with a billing issue. Call and rings once and says "Application Error Has Occured, Goodbye" and hangs up for the last two days. Not sure how a dentist office cannot have a working phone number. Please go elsewhere for your dentistry needs because I sure will.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! The environment was very calm. I felt anxious going in at first since it had been a while since I went to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable. I was scheduled at 2 and went in for my X-rays at exactly 2 which I liked I wasn’t waiting past the time I was scheduled. everything that was being done was very well explained without causing to much confusion.

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been seen here in the past and we love it so much we decided to switch our children over from their dentist office that they have been going to their whole life. They were seen by Dr. Vallone and they had such a great experience. My daughter joked that she had a photo shoot for her teeth because of how thorough this office is with taking x-rays and pictures. Which we love. My son loved how nice everyone was that he did not feel scared at all. From the time we got there till we left everyone was so kind and explained everything. We never felt they were rushed to get to another patient and the Dr. took his time to explain everything in detail to us. We definitely will continue to recommend this office to others.

They were able to see me at 8:30 am. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Chantel the dental hygienist, was very friendly, nice, and helpful. She explained everything that she was going to do and was patient with me. Dr. Vallone saw me and was able to provide the information for me to get the necessary procedure done.
