Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Heck. She knew my situation with failed root canals in the past and was super understanding of my fear and hopes for a successful outcome. I was in very good hands with her and she is a very kind person to boot!

Fantastic experience: smooth, efficient, no wait, friendly staff, friendly doctor and, as hard as it is to believe, painless. what more could I ask for? I was referred here by my husband who had an amazing experience with Dr. Forghani, and he was right. the last time I got a root canal before this was 10+ years ago and I remembered it being a longer, more tedious process. when Dr. Forghani told me the first part of my root canal will take 15 minutes I was flabbergasted. he has great bedside manners and was very attentive to whether I was feeling any pain. he walked me through everything he was doing and gave me heads up on what feeling/pain I will be experiencing during the procedure. I was in and out within 40 min total including the 3 min wait time in the lobby, getting ct scans, signing docs, making payment, and discussing future appointment. couldn't recommend it more.

Positive experience: This seems like a very good team of endodontists, and a well-run office. But they appear to have a policy of not sharing images or treatment information with your dentist while you are under their care. Unfortunately in my experience, they posed some midstream question – decisions about treatment – that seemed to me to require input from my dentist (who referred me to them) based on review of some of that information. Absent the chance for my dentist to review and weigh in, it seemed a little pointless to ask me.

Fantastic experience: My first time at JC Endodontics and from the staff at reception to Ayesha and Dr. Choy, everyone was quite pleasant and professional. Dr. Choy and Ayesha showed genuine concern for my treatment.

Positive experience: Dr Choi's professionalism and care throughout the treatment for my root canal was exceptional, which proved to be more challenging than expected. I truly appreciate the expertise she brought to resolving an unexpected infection that developed leading to three separate visits. I appreciate the excellent care and felt I was receiving the best care possible for my complicated situation. Negative experience: I’m confused by the positive reviews. To start, the endodontist came across as very cold and unfriendly. She told me I needed a tooth extraction and that there was no hope for saving the tooth. That turned out to be completely incorrect - I later saw another dentist who performed a root canal and successfully saved the tooth. I’m writing this review months later to confirm that. I also came in with an abscess, and I had to specifically ask her to treat it. She did so very quickly, provided no aftercare instructions, and remained focused solely on extracting the tooth. I left feeling concerned and in tears - especially since the area didn’t look good afterward and I was told to get tooth extraction. I saw another dentist to get right away and she prescribed me with antibiotics right away and was shocked I left in that condition. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and would not recommend this provider. P.s I wrote to them and they didn’t reply my email after I gave feedback.

Fantastic experience: Maybe an unusual thing to say, but I had a very pleasant experience at my recent (first ever) root canal. Dr. Whitmore was FANTASTIC. He saw me for an emergency, same day visit - the day before I was leaving for a two week international trip with my family - off the grid. I was in severe pain and thought I might have to cancel. He did a root canal that day which was remarkably painless and made it possible for me to travel less than 24 hours later. I was 100% fine for the duration of my trip and I am truly grateful to Dr. Whitmore and his team. He is meticulous in his work and has the loveliest bedside manner. The practice overall is professional and runs very well! I hope I never need a root canal again - but if I do, I know exactly where I will go! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Even though I was a brand-new patient, the office went above and beyond to fit me in for an emergency appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, kind, and reassuring, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I've needed two root canals in the past 6 months. I have a decent amount of dental-related anxiety, and Hanna Heck, DMD came HIGHLY recommended. Dr Heck was incredibly respectful and considerate of my anxiety and concerns. Kinda bummed that I'm done with root canals / don't need to go back to her office (still hope I'm not jinxing myself tho!). The other office staff are also wonderful. Her tech/assistant(idk her actual title) was also great. Incredible "bedside" manners all around. They also take the time to explain the cost / insurance nonsense which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment done with Dr. Chubak yesterday. I have extreme dental phobia from oral surgeries as a kid and I was crying from the moment I entered the office (I know, I’m a baby). But, everyone at the office, from reception, to billing, to the doctors and assistants were phenomenal. Dr. Chubak ensured that I was fully numb before he got started. I didn’t feel a thing during the entire procedure. I’ve had cavity fillings more painful than this root canal. My appointment was at 11:30am and I was out the door at 1:00pm. That included consult/diagnostics, numbing, procedure, and the guidance he shared after the procedure was done. The actual root canal treatment took maybe 30 minutes. Before I left the one assistant gave me take a first round of OTC pain killers and another dose for later in the day. Dr. Chubak even texted me last evening to check in on how I was doing. If I ever need a root canal again, I am sure I would not go anywhere other than to Dr. Chubak at JC Endodontics.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this endodontist from my primary dentist. I was also able to make appointment quickly since I was in pain and needed to get the issue resolved. The office was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The wait time was minimal. The dentist and his team were very professional and answered all my questions. He informed me of the process along the way, so I knew what to expect during the procedure. He did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: All aspects of my root canal appointment were excellent. On-time appointment with no wait, everyone friendly, courteous and caring. Dr Jacobson's treatment was smooth and painless during and immediately after the procedure. Minimal residual pain a day or two after the treatment was better than expected. If you have to get a root canal this is where you should get it.

Negative experience: Big copay ($130) that wasn’t mentioned at check-in. While they can’t control the out-of-pocket cost, the bare minimum is to tell patients upfront.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I had trauma on my front tooth and needed to get a root canal because the tooth was starting to discolor from the dead nerves. I had never gotten a root canal before and was feeling really nervous, especially because I was in the early days of pregnancy. Dr. Forghani took the time to answer all of my questions and talked me through all the pros and cons of doing it now vs. waiting. I’ve never had a dentist (yet alone any doctor) spend that much time with me prior to a procedure, and I felt so much more calm because I trusted him. The procedure itself was relatively quick and the only painful part was really the numbing shots on both sides. After he thoroughly removed the dead nerves, my tooth already started to come back to its normal color and with a bit of bleaching, it almost looks normal now. This was honestly the best experience I could’ve ever asked for and I’m so grateful that Dr. Forghani was my doctor for this. He’s not only a talented doctor but is also an incredible human — he’s kind, empathetic, and thoughtful. You will be in great hands under his care. Thanks to Olivia, Tamar and other staff for their exceptional service as well.

Fantastic experience: Due to issues with my insurance, I was seen by two dentists; nonetheless, they were incredibly knowledgeable and had a gentle approach that put me completely at ease. They both took their time to explain each procedure thoroughly and answer any questions I had. The staff is just as impressive. The hygienist is always so friendly. The front desk staff is always welcoming and efficient, making scheduling or any issues with payment a breeze. The office is modern, spotless, and has a very calming atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Every single person who works here—schedulers, receptionists, insurance administrators, dental assistants, and dentists—is an absolute pro. It’s not just that they were extremely competent and skilled at what they do, but that they handled our emergency situation with compassion, empathy, and concern.

Negative experience: I just wanted to make some observations and concerns for a better communication in the future. I went in for in root canal. They said I needed 2. No amount of filling makes it feel normal. Which is ANOTHER procedure with ANOTHER dentist. One thinks that spending over $5,000 would have had positive consequences. I still cannot eat on the right side making the entire procedure useless. Exrays! To charge $300 for PANO is useless. The way they determined which tooth to do was by tapping with a simple instrument. I will never approve these very expensive x-rays in the future. To me it’s just an unnecessary added cost of no value. I can not in good conscience refer friends knowing that a simple small tooth cost about the same as the larger tooth, With the same results. Another $700 cost for the two tooth to be filled. Now it says it needs a cap. Another, 1,500. All this is great IF I got back functioning teeth. Plus, I pray in six months when they recheck it. It’s not a “failed” root canal. Making the entire procedure useless. Note.. I am not complaining about the doctor. I am sure he tried his best . Very nice doctor. The practice changed. I question the practice that charges exorbitant prices and you leave with jagged teeth. Pulling the tooth would have ended the pain as well. I just want to be better informed. Regardless, it seems it’s more about profit than people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to five excellent endodontists, and JC Endodontists was the best. I can personally recommend Hannah Heck and Joshua Chubak. Both of them gave me running commentary, which calmed and fascinated me. In emergencies, they have accommodated me, and have taken special measures to avoid pain. When I need a root canal, it’s almost a pleasure because of the doctors, assistants and the office staff.

Fantastic experience: This practice is a life saver! Highly recommend. They were able to see me the same day I called to make an appointment. They sent me the patient intake form ahead of time so that I only had to wait 10 minutes before being seen. Dr. Jacobson was excellent. He and his assistant took X-rays to verify the diagnosis and walked me through their findings and why I needed a root canal. The care, treatment and communication was excellent.

Fantastic experience: The numbness has barely worn off and WOWOWOWOW can’t recommend Dr. Choi, Ahmed, and their team enough- they are ELITE! I had an amazing experience (after being recommended by Dr. Picone- another terrific dentist). Having never had a root canal, but hearing they’re awful, I was nervous, but Dr. Choi is an incredibly warm professional who answered all my questions- both she and Ahmed explained all their tools thoroughly and they showed me the before and after! My nerve was a little pesky so it took some extra numbing, but once we got going, they were SO efficient and effective and I truly feel a world of difference after 4 months of tooth sensitivity misery! Wish I got to them sooner, but hope I never go back (if you know, you know). Great team- will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone! THANK YOU GUYS!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a total bind as I needed to get multiple root canals before my insurance lapsed while I was out of state. Dr. Josh was able to get me in with very short notice (two days) and tested my teeth and performed the root canals in maybe under an hour. I have been lucky to see some great dentists over the course of my life and Dr. Josh is up there with the best of them. Other than the injected anesthesia, which is painful for a minute no matter who does it - I virtually felt nothing and was able to go about my day immediately after. Can’t say enough good things about this practice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently got my root canal done at JC Endodontics and I had a great experience. Initially, I came in very nervous but Dr. Chubak reassured me that I won’t feel any pain. He reassured that he will numb the affected tooth very good and that he will do everything he has to do to make the procedure less nerve wracking for me. Also thank you to the dental assistant. I forgot her name but she was very respectful and every time I needed to rinse, she gave me the opportunity to do so. I recommend this place! Dr. Chubak knows what he is doing and will reassure you that he’s done about 7 root canals in one day, so that calmed me all the way down. I felt nothing after injection in my teeth and all I heard was vibrations from the drilling!

Fantastic experience: Such a well run, friendly office. I needed a difficult root canal retreatment which was brilliantly handled by Dr. Chubak. He explains every step of the procedure in advance and while performing. Clear post procedure instructions provided and the doctor checked in personally afterwards as well. Felt comfortable as one can be throughout. Hopefully, I will not have to ever revisit but I would strongly recommend Dr. Chubak to any friends and family should they require endodontic care.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist referred me to JC endodontics for a root canal. It was an emergency and they were able to Book an appointment for me that same day. I was very pleased with the service. The office was immaculate And everyone was very nice. Dr. Jacobson, The Doctor Who performed my procedure was so very nice and patient with me. Due to my asthma, I was having a slight bit of anxiety and he and his staff were extremely accommodating and made sure I felt very comfortable before the procedure. I Couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: MUST GO PLACE FOR A ROOT CANAL- Seamless- no pain at all !! 1st time saw Dr. Jacobson & he worked magic; he completed the last part of a root canal before I knew it was over. I was in my seat stressed out and clenching my hands ready to feel pain -but it was painless and done in no time- I have no words other than a BIG THANK YOU! High tech equipment making the procedures faster and precise- very knowledgeable Doctors & staff - professional- very well informed assistants helping the Dr's!!! Fantastic experience: I honestly am not a big fan of dentists but I had a great experience here. Everything was clearly spoken about beforehand. While all procedures are expensive I was expecting the price to be much worse. Asked me multiple times throughout if I was doing okay. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's never good news when you find out you need a root canal, but I was so lucky to be squeezed in for an appointment the same day I realized a root canal was needed. Dr. Heck explained the process thoroughly and put me at ease. The entire procedure seemed to move along super quickly and it was as painless as could have been. Fantastic experience: This was my second time going in 2 years. I am very satisfied. The practice is professional and Dr Heck was great. Dr Heck lets you know what she’s about to do and how it’s going to feel. I felt like I was in great competent hands. Her assistant Olivia was fantastic as well. Both made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: Great dentists and great staff. My 22 y.o. daughter had a Root canal on the 2nd tooth ( very difficult) and the Dr Chubak performed amazing work. She felt great afterwards and had very minimal pain. The staff was prompt , courteous, and followed up with us within the hour to see how she was feeling. I highly recommend this practice for any of your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin. Everyone there made the visit so smoothly. It was such a major operation for me to finally get my root canal. A lot of thought and process went into it, but Dr. Chubak, and his staff reassured me everything was going to be ok. I was recommended this endodontic place from my dentist and with the numerous of excellent review, it lives up to it and doesn’t disappoint.
