Although the initial wait time for a new patient appointment was a bit far out, their waitlist system is incredibly efficient. As soon as an earlier spot opened up, I received a text and was able to book it quickly and easily. The paperwork was also a breeze since it was all online. My dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind and made me feel totally at ease. She took the time to understand my situation, especially since I haven’t been able to properly take care of my health and teeth until recently. Instead of being judgmental, she spoke to me with empathy and explained everything clearly, including the next steps involving a periodontist. I truly felt cared for and respected during my visit. Highly recommend Middleton Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: I walked in with 5 chipped and broken teeth from years of grinding in my sleep- I was embarrassed to smile, but thought it would cost too much to get them fixed…and an hour and a half later I left with no breaks and a great smile - and almost all of the work was covered by my insurance. Fantastic experience: I really don't know how to explain the respect I have for the team at Middleton Family Dental. I came to them in the late 80's and my teeth and gums were a mess. Dr. Lubet and Susan K. really saved me from an early life of wearing dentures. Since then, Dr. Mann and Susan have really not only helped me with my teeth, but also detected a precancerous spot, which I got taken care of before it became a problem. They do all this in a friendly, professional (and painless) manner. Their "chair side" manner makes what can be an unpleasant experience into something something that you don't dread. Big thumbs up for Susan and Dr. Mann! I had an emergency today with a broken tooth right before a weekend trip out of state for a wedding. Dr. Hunt was able to fit me in with less than an hour notice. She painlessly refilled my tooth and I was back at my house an hour and 15mins later. Big thumbs up! Dr. Johnson has done a very professional job in diagnostics of a jaw pain and achy tooth. Superb job! Just had a cleaning today and it was painless and professional. Robin did a great job. I had to have a couple of fillings today. I had a fun time! By that I mean that the process was painless and both Ellie and Dr. Ford were a delight to deal with. Explained everything. Put me at ease. Made sure I understood what was going on. Another successful cleaning! No pain! Delightful conversation! Robyn is amazing! Broke a Tooth on Friday ... Fixed painlessly by Noon! I have been struggling with an extraction since January. Finally, got it under control from Middleton Family Dental. The post and crown will be on in two weeks.

Fantastic experience: Having required multiple crowns in my lifetime, this is by far the best experience I’ve yet had. Dr. Suz and her assistant were friendly and efficient. They allowed adequate time for the topical cream to work prior to administering the novocaine. I never felt pain during the entire procedure and my time in the chair was much shorter than in the past. The best part is that the crown was made in house so the entire procedure was done in about 3.5 hours, all in one visit. I would absolutely recommend this dental practice, one which has the most advanced tools in dentistry and where patient comfort is the top priority. The copay was also lower than of my previous crowns.

Negative experience: Dr. Ford, the hygienist and the rest of the treatment staff are great. I have dental phobia and they work hard to make sure I am comfortable . However- I never get the promised estimates, bills, overpayment refunds, insurance info from the people at the front desks and it is frustrating enough that I will likely look for another dental care provider.

Fantastic experience: We changed dentist when we moved to Middleton. I am not someone who loves to go to the dentist...have had bad experiences as a kid. MFD sets the stage early and provides positive experiences for kids. they are SO WONDERFUL. I have 2 kids who have no qualms about going to the dentist because we have been at MFD and they have done so well for years. The staff explained everything to the kids…Just amazing group of women and men. The dentists are just Amazing. Kind they also explain everything. Super positive and encouraging the kids. We are lucky to have them.

Fantastic experience: Note - Second appointment, 6 months following first appointment, shown below. Same comments as before! Consistent! First appointment with Middleton Family Dental. Welcomed by receptionist who checked to ensure I had taken an antibiotic prior to my appointment. Also checked for antibiotic by dental hygienist before beginning. Hygienist was warm, pleasant and explained what she would be doing during the appointment. She took careful measurements to establish a baseline. Both she and the dentist were thorough and gave me high marks for maintaining good home care. They didn’t rush me, and I wasn’t just a number to them. I felt extremely well cared for!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience. I am always embarrassed and self conscious about the condition of my teeth due to health related tooth loss and lack of money to replace them. Dr. Ford was very laid back, she never made me feel uncomfortable or worse about my unfortunate tooth loss and kept things prompt and simple. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Staff was also very nice to me and overall I felt welcomed as a new patient. I’m looking forward to getting my teeth fixed and working with them.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I had what turned out to be a minor dental problem taken care of at Middleton Family Dental. It was quickly and (almost) painlessly dealt with. What I particularly liked was how I was NOT talked down to. There was no "we're the experts here" mentality pushed my way. Fantastic experience: Historically, I have tried avoiding trips to the dentist. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, mostly around practices placing more importance on making money than serving people. Recently, my wife scheduled an appointment for me. I was apprehensive. My experience: 1 person at a time I was greeted, helped and treated like a valued person. I interacted with 5 different team members over the course of my appointment. Every one of them happy, helpful and adding value on behalf of their clients. To say I was happy, is an understatement. I even scheduled an appointment before leaving for 6 months later. I typically go to the dentist every few years. Five star review, 6 if I could!

I called Middleton Denistry and they got me right in the same day. Moreover, Dr. Ford and her assistant Taylor took such good care of my dental anxiety. I felt awesome! Fantastic experience: Honestly, I have never left a dental review… or hardly any review before… but there is always a first time. Had a cleaning that I’ve been avoiding for awhile since I’m 47 and just a bit stubborn. Missed my scheduled cleaning 5 months ago and they let me know. Finally came in and Bethel and I conversed about dental history and also other things that put me at ease. Bethels style of work and technique, and out right professionalism really blew me away.. I work with skilled millwright craftsmen and while this is a bit different, I could not help but think how well the entire staff experience is at Middleton. While getting teeth examined, cleaned and the final verdict of your oral hygiene is a sensitive mater, they actually made it an experience. I’m not sure what kind of training or recruitment that happens there, but I felt like I was given a masterclass in professional service and it’s made me reconsider and evaluate how I can improve in my day to day interactions and smart buisness acumen through good solid examples. I tip my hat to you and want to acknowledge that the work you put in is seen and appreciated.

But I have to say everyone of the appointments were perfect no pain during or after. The staff know what they’re doing and do it very well. Highly recommended. Came in today for a deep cleaning. Had one done years ago and remembered it hurting for days after. As usual they did a great job and no pain.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them 10 stars!! ⭐️I have major anxiety from the dentist! Mostly from them making me feel guilty for my mouth/ teeth. If I had a cavity- they would make sure to tell me it’s because of what I’m eating, my daily routine. I stopped going. Recently I found myself needing to go, I had a full exam/ x rays done here and LOVED IT. Never did I feel like I was horrible for my teeth. Instead, they got personable and made a plan for attack! Fantastic experience: This has to be the most exceptional dentist office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Ford was just amazing. She explained everything to me in ways that I could understand and even provided images to soften my anxiety and fears. But that’s not even the best part, usually (I experienced) providers scale problems within the teeth the wrong way and either give you a root canal or just pull the tooth, Dr. Ford decided to tackle my concerns by eliminating a pressure point!!! Something I’ve never even thought about! And with no pain whatsoever. I’m excited they’ve came to the neighborhood and I have a place I can call my own and can back 100%! (I only took one picture , but just to respect people’s privacy but it’s really clean inside and they don’t share x ray machines. From what I saw there is one in every room) oh, my tech who helped out Dr.Ford and did my x rays, was very nice as well. At a 7am appointment she was refreshed and informative! Her pleasant demeanor changed my whole morning around!

I used their website to schedule an appointment and the next day I received a phone call to confirm it and set up appropriate paperwork. They send text and email reminders that are helpful. At my appointment everyone was so friendly, the facility was clean, and my dentist, Dr. Ford, was great! She explained everything she was going to do and was very thorough. Positive experience: Everyone was friendly and the work was done quickly and efficiently - with just a little delay between xrays and the dentist herself. I would also ask the dentist to move to where the patient can see her for the initial introduction. She was behind my shoulder from the outset and I had to crane my neck around to see her.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was unavailable and I was having a lot of pain. They got me in right away that same day and explained everything going on in a way that I could understand. I received referrals right away to an oral surgeon and had the issue fixed the next day. Highly recommend.

But my visit was just fine--everyone was pleasant, and because it was my first visit, Dr. Ford spent quite a bit of time and care, getting to know everything she needed to about my teeth and gums. Negative experience: Miss Dr Killian! Was told our insurance downgraded coverage between back and front teeth when it was due to how they did the fillings. Would have just been nice if they had taken ownership and agreed to split coverage difference. Dr. Killian did it so it was covered in past.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an intensive gum cleaning. I was very nervous about the level of pain I would experience but the staff did a wonderful job making sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. My mouth feels clean, less sore and inflamed, and my gums aren’t bleeding when I floss anymore - truly great work. One of my best dental experiences and I will be returning!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a broken crown replaced. Dr. Ford was so gentle and thorough and she and both of the Dental assistants that worked with her, Lety and Destiny, put me at ease. I am beyond pleased with the care and treatment I received. Everyone in that office, including the front desk staff is so warm and friendly!!
