Fantastic experience: Dr. Hines is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. Her staff greets you with politeness and a welcoming smile. Dr. Hines took the time to answer and explain all of my concerns. I highly recommend her services. Her hygienist throughly cleans your teeth with a gentle touch and pain free. She suggests and explains what to use to maintain healthy gums and teeth. I left her office with the confidence of the best care I’ve ever experienced in a dentist

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Dr. Hines my dentist and her associates. She had to remove my old bridge and she made me a temporary. My temporary bridge looks like my permanent bridge. It’s beautiful. Dr. Hines informed me of everything that needed to be done before she removed my old bridge. Am going to refer her name to everyone I know. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Let me be transparent, I was afraid of talking to anyone about my issues only I knew what was going on with my mouth so to be vulnerable and tell someone else really scared me. From the receptionist down to the hygienist they felt like my cousins and auntie! No judgment just love and pointers. It’s not about race but this is an all black company ran by excellence. Positive experience: Today’s experience was different; the dental assistant needs some training on cleanliness especially when performing oral work !! While preparing the x-ray apparatus's, she dropped a couple of components on the floor and “acknowledged it jokingly”. That’s fine, but when you are wearing your exam gloves and picking stuff up off the floor, you should change those gloves out before putting your hands on other objects that are to be placed in a patients mouth.

Since my first review I have got two major procedures done and I can say this has been the best dental experience I have ever had. I got a two pulled and an implant. Dr. Hines and her staff are so attentive. Each procedure was painless. If you are scared of needles don’t be, you don’t even feel the pinch. She makes sure you give you numbing gel and wiggle your check so you don’t feel anything. Everything was perfect. Dr. Hines even followed up with me after her business hours. The customer service is amazing. I finally found my forever dentist home. I am so happy and can’t wait to finish my treatment plan. Love this office ✨

Update (7/9/2024) I missed updating my review the last visit, so I'd thought I would make it a point to follow that up. And I have to say this visit is just as warm and welcoming as the last. I just went in for a routine cleaning, so nothing major as far as dental work is concerned, and the amount of detailed dental care and attention paid to me was amazing. I can't recommend Dr. Hines and her staff enough. They are a godsend.

Fantastic experience: I received a flyer in my mailbox describing the services at Aesthetic Dental Clinic. I decided to make an appointment. The receptionist was polite and was able to get me in within the week. The business is in a well marked building in a nice location that is easily accessible with ample parking. The waiting area is bright and reminds you of a smartly designed living room. In other words, it felt like home. All of the staff members were friendly. The financial officer was well informed and caring. He gave good advice as to how I could best utilize insurance company options during my open enrollment period. Finally, Dr. Hines, DDS, was very knowledgeable and professional, as she reviewed my Xrays and dental history. I felt like she personally cared about my dental and medical health. I am glad I received that introductory flyer. Aesthetic Dental Clinic looks like a great choice to receive the dental treatment that meets my needs.

Even with my scheduled teeth cleaning, I am offered the spa experience. A cloth over my eyes to relax, essential oil humidifier and soft tunes. All of the dental hygienist are super friendly and kind. Every time I walk through the doors I know I will be well taken care of. Not only are my husband and I patients, but my children as well. Fantastic experience: I think I may have found what I've been searching for. While playing with a spoon in my mouth I chipped my tooth. While searching for new dentist, I found Aesthetic Dental and Dr. Hines. Luckily, they were able to fit me in same day on short notice. When the reviewers say they are professional and clean it is an understatement. From the parking lot to the exam rooms it was spotless. Each and every staff member I encountered was nice and kind. As for Dr. Hines, she has a gentle disposition that made me feel at ease. I didn't feel rushed even though I was the last patient of the day.
