Fantastic experience: Always kind, outstanding pain management. I have a longstanding fear of dentists, but Alpine is erasing that fear.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alpine Dental Health for the past 5-6 years and I can honestly say they are the best dental health practice I've ever visited. For example, I just had a wonderful cleaning with Terri - she was methodical, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I experienced no pain or discomfort! She also has an amazing way of gently reminding you of places to take special care of over the next 6 months. I've also seen both Dr. McDill and Dr. Roth, both of who have always taken care of me!

Fantastic experience: Used to hate going to the dentist but this office makes it easy. The staff is very nice and walk you through everything so you understand your teeth better and learn what works best for you. Not to mention, they really care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had scaling and root planing performed yesterday by Laurel. I've had this done before at another office and it wasn't pleasant but Laurel did a very good job, explain everything she was doing as she went. Going back in a couple weeks to have the other side done and am definitely less apprehensive now.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist was thorough and personable, and explained clearly the procedures she used and the reasons why she did them in that order, and she also provided good recommendations for oral hygiene.

I have to admit that it has been a long road but I was always informed of what was next and what to expect. Which I appreciate very much. No surprises. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Alpine Dental Clinic. Dr Rosenzweig has been caring for me for several years, including doing periodontal surgery. Dr. McDill did root canal- it was totally painless. Both are very professional and meticulous in their work. The hygienists are all knowledgeable and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at Alpine Dental Health. Pre-appointment communication is very helpful, the office has all the latest dental technology, yet the staff treated me with old-school personal service. I moved 75 miles away from the office years ago and I still gladly make the trip for my semi-annual checkups!

Negative experience: Friendly staff. Very thorough. Didn’t mention when we made the appointment that cleaning would not be done same day as exam. Was then offered date for cleaning 9 months in the future, which would have put me at 1-1/2 yrs since my last cleaning. This is not the recommended time between cleanings. Wish they had mentioned because now I’m going elsewhere to get the cleaning done in 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: For my visit, I have work that needs to be done. But the bedside manner of my dentist and hygienist was wonderful. Comfort is important with dental treatment and I feel really safe having this provider helping me down the road.

She takes care of me with sensitivity, and thoroughness that my teeth really need! She is also the most wonderful person! Dr. Rosenswag is the best too, I really trust him to make complicated procedures easy and pain free. Dr McDill is also one of the best! This is a great team of dental professionals!

Fantastic experience: I have been here three times now. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & joyful. The offices are top of the line. I worked in construction mgmt so I feel like I can say that. The lobby has big picture windows so you don’t feel boxed in and always have a view. They provide coffee, tea, cocoa, juices, Gatorade, & water during your short wait. I have always been seen in a timely manner and I am always welcomed in a friendly manner by all the staff. The last time I was here they were celebrating an employees’ birthday and today they still had decorations up from a celebration yesterday. It means a lot to me to see mgmt show appreciation and value for their employees bc I believe kindness and compassion start from the top down. The professionalism starts at the front desk and comes back there again when your visit is over. This group is absolutely at the top of their game and you will be treated with tender, loving, care by the entire staff from start to finish. I wish this was the standard in healthcare bc I normally deal with the VA. You’ll be happy you found this gem.

Fantastic experience: I found my experience with Alpine Dental Care to be exceptional. The clinic was warm, clean, and inviting and I can say the same for all the staff. It is a very professionally run office and Dr. R and Corrie were especially patient and thorough in my exam. It is probably the best dental care I have ever received. I would highly recommend them.

I was only there for a cleaning so spent most of my time with the hygienist Tammy. She was awesome and very thorough. Will request her for future visits.

I told them when I was in for a visit recently that they set the standard for customer service in my life, and was very serious in saying so.

Positive experience: Loved the dental work and the office staff, but couldn’t deal with getting bills with no itemization and constantly having to call to clarify what I ‘really’ owed. And the dentists passed off my frustrations as ‘not their problem’ - so I’ve gone elsewhere. :( not a problem since leaving, but the reason I left - one shouldn’t have to call about every bill received. Just ITEMIZE them so customers know what is what…

Negative experience: I am really sad to give a low rating because someone I respect recommended that I come here. The truth is that I didn't even make it in to see the dentists. I had such a poor experience on the phone with the person who answered the phone today, and with the office manager right afterward. I didn't care for the culture of difficulty that the office manager created and condoned with her subordinate. You all have really great reviews and tons of patients so I am sure you won't miss me. I spent 6000 dollars on dental work 4 years ago and still need two implants and a bridge. My front teeth are crowding a bit and my front two teeth are mostly fake except the roots. I have great insurance that will pick up a lot of the cost. I am honestly disappointed because I want the best care, and this office has almost perfect reviews. I just cannot vibe with such an untoward staff. The lady who answered the phone actually suggested I speak with her manager because I asked if we could bring in the insurance card at the time of the appointment. So I took her up on the offer and found that the manager was encouraging this culture of over-explaining and curt lack of empathy. I am sorry it didn't work out.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Rosenzweig's for over a decade, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth. Not only do I see him for regular dental visits, he's also done two gum grafts, along with a couple root canals, and just today, a crown. He always shows the utmost concern with my comfort level and is very caring. The level of professionalism and competency in the office is outstanding! Erica was Dr R.'s assistant today, and she was wonderful! Friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Although I was getting a crown, which is no fun at all, it was a pleasant experience because of Dr R and his amazing staff. I highly recommend Alpine Dental Health to anyone in search of a great dentist who really cares about you and your teeth!

Fantastic experience: There I was eating pizza when BAM! Molar cracked and I need a crown. During prep for the crown Dr Roth numbed the exact tooth, no weird numb face, no drooling no talking funny. Temp installed I went about my life as of if I didn’t have teeth that can’t even handle pizza. Came back for real deal and it fits like a glove. Don’t get me wrong, going to the dentist for busted teeth shouldn’t deserve 5 stars, but as far as dental teams go Alpine is pretty great.

Fantastic experience: If I could give them a 10 I unequivocally would.1at sorry if I misspell anyone's name but I will give it a shot. Ok if you need dentures Alpine dental is where you must go. Ally you are incredibly good about getting the measurements accurate and Dr. Roth always does a follow up right there in the office before you leave. Believe me you want this staff on your team! The atmosphere is quiet and calm(my dentist growing up threaten me and was verbally abuse with my siblings .The entire staff is so kinda really make you feel at home. Maddie will go our of her way to help with your insurance coverage. I am soon grateful to have them all on my team! If you're searching for a dentist stop in.the staff is very welcoming and do their best to accommodate you.would love to see them in a softball team,they compliment each other with their outstanding skills and positive energy making them all,the team you want to be one and if you would like a bit a character in your dentures,they will accommodate,i have a very small space in between my two front teeth thanks to Ally and her amazing eye for design .love to all. Negative experience: Im not sure what happened but these guys cant get their billing stuff figured out. The dentist and hygienist are great BUT I find out 4+ months later the claim was "denied"...but when i talk to the insurance company there is no record of the claim they supposedly submitted in may. Or they needed to resubmit the claim with the office location but it never happened...(from my Oct 2024 visit) I've had issues with my last two visits and so far I've had to pay out of pocket for one because they cant submit the paperwork in a timely manner...and im guessing I'll have to do the same for the one i had in may...even though I am supposed to have 2 cleanings a year covered with decent dental insurance. Something is broken at this office, but they are blaming me or my insurance...avoid these guys and find a dental without the admin follow up afterwards!

I was a dental assistant for 10 years and I have never experiencde such personal, caring, gentle, and expert dental care. Today, I had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist did such a thorough job! I have never had my teeth feel so clean and fresh after a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: For the first time in several years, the hygienist who was Stephanie understood my issues with my mouth. She treated me well and I had a good experience.

Negative experience: As others have said, they're very friendly and the place is very clean. However, I had two crowns placed, and the work, which was done by an assistant, was shoddy and painful. When I complained, I was gaslighted and told I must be wrong, without the work even being checked by a dentist.

Fantastic experience: GREAT! What else can I say. I've been going here for maybe 15 + years now and I would never go elsewhere. I think I might be heartbroken if i had to. All the staff are great, the hygienists are all great and the docs, tremendous. Dr. R has been my dentist for that long and he is just a great guy. Not only is he good at his job, but its the little things. He remembers personal details about my life, asks about family and truly, truly cares. Some of my family members don't show the care and empathy Dr. R does. This place is A+++++. I dont know who loves going to the dentist and being poked at, but Alpine makes it a great experience. Kudos to Dr. R., Jennifer, and all. Best dental experience i've had in my 35+ years going to get my teeth taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this office! I have had numerous dental procedures starting with multiple extractions as a child as well as root canals, mercury filling removals, braces, extractions, implants, etc and there has ALWAYS been a complication and multiple courses of novacaine, and return visits. I needed 3 implants and I was recommended to go to Alpine Dental. I did and it was the first time I had EVER had an easy, pain FREE experience and it was for 3 implants at once! I was astounded at how easy, effective and did I mention PAIN FREE my experience was. That has never happened before. All the dentists and assistants there are amazing. They have the playbook for the "Perfect Dentist!" I am not going anywhere else and I recommend you receive your dental care there!

Fantastic experience: Dr Rosenzweig & his team have been superb. He was able to get me in quickly when a crown broke. He identified a potential problem with a root canal (performed by an endo 15 years prior) that might be having an issue. He referred me to an endo who cleaned it up. Dr R and his team completed the temporary crown and a new crown in a timely fashion. Thank you!!

Rileigh (hygienist) is gentle, encouraging, and has helped problem-solve some sensitivities I’ve had. Dr. Todd is kind, thorough, listens well, and avoids unnecessary procedures. I have never felt pressured into a procedure or purchase (all recommendations are followed with “think it over“), and I know that the health of my mouth is their #1 concern. On top of all of that, they are fun people to be around. I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough!

Recently, I had a cleaning with Terri, who took special care to listen to my concerns with my cold sensitivity and made adjustments that prevented me from having any discomfort throughout. I am going to request her as my hygienist from now on!!

Fantastic experience: We've all (most of us) have been that adult that put off their dental health for way too long and is embarrassed to go back to the dentist. If you're that person, this is the place for you. Fantastic experience: This has been my main dental clinic for almost a decade and I love it. The front staff is friendly and the closest thing I've had to a problem has been when an appointment was cancelled the morning of, but emergencies happen and I'm far from upset about it. In the past, my doctor has been Dr. McDill, but most recently (I don't remember if it was less recently as well) it was Dr. Roth, who seems very nice even though I only interacted with her briefly. Terri has been my hygienist for years and she's great--I have very sensitive teeth in one area and she's great about not aggravating them and has also given good bits of advice over the years. I also have to mention the tech--I believe her name is Laura--who managed to squeeze me at my most recent appointment for a scan so I could get a new nightguard. I hope I don't need that for a while into the future, but I appreciate that for the one visit!

Fantastic experience: This office is very clean, and Dr. R is great. However, there’s nothing like a highly competent hygienist, and Terri is the absolute best! She is extremely conscientious and meticulous when she cleans my teeth. She also educates as she goes. Frankly, I won’t go to anyone else!!

Fantastic experience: I was needing some periodontal work when I discovered Alpine. They have been nothing short of a miracle for my dental health. Terri has been my hygienist for the past few years. I am definitely not the perfect dental patient. She is kind, caring and has tremendous patience. She explains everything and continues to coach me on what I should be doing to improve my dental hygiene. I appreciate her! Fantastic experience: I am a retired dental hygienist and practiced for 25 years in California. Upon locating to Ft Collins, it took me several attempts with other dentists before I found a good one. What makes a dentist good? In my opinion #1- one that is technically masterful - an artist who gets margins, contacts, and alignments perfect. #2- Evaluates your oral care within reason and does not over prescribe. #3- Has a reasonable chair-side manner, good communication skills, and listens to my concerns. #4 - Really cares about ME and my MOUTH Dr Roth was recommended to me by an independent dental hygienist (worked for herself). If you want a recommendation for a dentist, ask a hygienist or a Periodontist because they can really SEE how good a dentist is. I highly recommend Dr Roth and all three of the dentists in Alpine Dental - S. Taft hill Rd. Ft Collins. Lynn

Fantastic experience: The staff here is excellent. I called to see about them looking at a 2000 concerned about and they were able to take me in within an hour. After a few x-rays, we found the issue in a scheduled the procedure. Again, the staff is very friendly and professional I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can understand what happened. After an initial misunderstanding with my dental services and insurance coverage, I was asked to call back to resolve the issue. However, when I did call back, I was not made aware of the errors on the office’s part, nor was I offered a clear solution. Instead, I received voicemails that did not address the issue, but instead offered advice on how they could improve their processes. The estimate I received was intended to confirm coverage, but when I later inquired about the potential cost if it wasn’t covered, I was given incorrect information. While I understand that dealing with insurance can be complicated, the lack of transparency and clear communication regarding both billing and coverage has been frustrating. I did appreciate the offer of a fee adjustment, but it still left me hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket for a routine teeth scaling and cleaning appointment, which I feel should have been covered or handled more clearly from the start. The main issue for me is the lack of accurate information and accountability throughout the process. I hope this feedback helps the office improve its communication moving forward, and I hope future patients don’t experience the same misinformation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McDill is fantastic! He is very thorough and always makes sure my smile looks great! I love his new dental assistant, Tami, she is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Alpine Dental!

Fantastic experience: UPDATED REVIEW (2024) Alpine is still our Dental Service provider, and they still get 5 stars. They continue to do a great job - but how do you improve on that sort of record? Providing top-notch care isn’t trivial, and maintaining that high standard of service is even tougher. I believe the secret is professionalism, teamwork, and consistency. My favorite member of that team is JENNIFER, who has been my regular Dental Hygienist for as long as I can remember. Her gentle, confident manner is reassuring; she is pleasant, engaging, and listening to her interact with other members of the dental staff is enlightening. She is only too happy to explain dental terminology and practice in an easily understandable way. Thank you, JENNIFER - for making a visit to the Dentist’s Office a pleasant experience. OLD REVIEW (2020) Alpine Dental Health has been providing dental services to my family for over 10 years, and I have always been pleased with their work. Dr. McDill is easily the best Dentist I have ever had, his reassuring manner and calm technique have made dental visits much more palatable. The support staff is equally awesome, and the offices are clean, bright, and well-thought-out. Having said that, I need to give a shout-out to the young lady who fitted a permanent crown for me today: ERICA brings an enthusiasm and efficient professionalism which is hard to describe unless you have experienced it. She works fast (without feeling rushed), is careful and considerate of patient comfort, and displays such sheer competence that I needed to write this review. If there is a Dental Technician Hall of Fame, she needs to be in it. Thank you, ERICA.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roth came highly recommended and somehow managed to exceed my expectations. She is kind, warm and funny, while also communicating effectively to make sure patients understand the big picture and the minutia of their dental health. Kudos to Ali, who was also an absolute dream to work with. Terrific environment, people and care. #1 dental practice in the universe.
