Fantastic experience: Dr.mezy is awesome. So is the rest of the team and all the receptionists. I called with horrible tooth pain and within 3 hours I was back on my way home with a rootcanal and crown in place- on a tooth that most dentists wouldn't have taken the time or effort to save. Dr. Hunter is great too- and always prioritizes keeping and fixing a tooth instead of pulling it which ive found is a hard quality to find anymore amoung dentists. Couldn't be happier or recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: No cavities in my life. But grinding caused a crack and an infection. Leading to a root canal. I'm an absolute chicken when it comes to the dentist. And I can say this was the best experience I've ever had. A lot of my fears erased after one visit.

The assistant and dentist explained my treatment in a way that was easy to understand, and the hygienist really took her time walking me through how to properly maintain my at-home care. It’s a wonderful office all around. If you’ve been anxious about going to the dentist like I was, this is definitely the place for you. Professional, personable, and reassuring. 10/10

The root canal was easy and painless. They were great to work with trying to figure everything out between payments and insurance. Definitely would recommend!

The dentist was extremely skilled — the procedure was quick, smooth, and surprisingly painless. They explained everything beforehand so I knew exactly what was happening, which really helped me stay calm. The staff was also amazing. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and gave me clear instructions for aftercare so I could heal properly. Overall, I’m really impressed with how well everything went. If you need any dental work done, especially something like an extraction, I highly recommend this place. They really take care of you.

Fantastic experience: E V E R Y O N E there was so so kind and helpful. I genuinely felt comfortable. I'd give 10 stars if I could! I had Dr.Atchoo and him and his assistant spent several hours helping me and did a root canal. All of the ladies at the desk were wonderful as well. I drove over an hour and 20 minutes to come here and it was well worth it. Also, bathroom decor was the best touch. Had me laughing!

I was late to my apt (morning rush hour coming from Bay City) and was still treated very respectfully when I didn't deserve it. Hopefully stay a patient here.

Fantastic experience: Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day for a tooth that was very painful. They took care of me. Staff and dentist were outstanding and professional. Waited 2 minutes to see the dentist and was finished in just over an hour. I know have a family dentist.

Negative experience: I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly accept for the dentist. She came in to the room and immediately said I needed a root canal. Never introduced herself ( it was my first time there), didn’t even come around to the chair face to face to tell me I needed a root canal. She rubbed me the wrong way from the start. I was not in any pain and I’ve had many root canals and can usually feel horrible pain. Past dentists I’ve been to told me I had a suspicious spot in that area but were not convinced there was a problem. I just went to a new dental practice and was blown away with how much time the dentist spent with me, introducing himself and explaining the suspicious spot he saw. He asked for previous dental records from a practice I went to a few years ago to compare if the spot had changed. It had not and I do not need a root canal. I know many people have great experiences there, but mine was so disappointing and I will not return.

It was my first visit and will definitely return, I went in expecting to spend a large amount of money. After talking extensively with the dentist he suggested other options for me to research and consider. Then told me to call if I have anymore questions, and to call when I’ve decided. I walked out only paying for the exam a few Xrays and valuable information about my choices. I left paying $700.00 LESS than I expected.

Fantastic experience: This office is great they always get me in right away and do a great job it’s not easy to find a dentist that excepts my insurance I had to have a crown put on and luckily I found found them. Not only did they do a great job on my crown they accept all insurances I would definitely recommend this office .

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Devoted Dental from Great Bay health in Saginaw for a root canal. I'm very afraid of the Dentist, they got me in the same day and from the second I stepped into Devoted Dental everyone was so kind to me and the pain was minimal. I will be back.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience ever .. Aside from Chelsea at the front desk... I had to ask everyone their names, the hygienist Jessica will rip your mouth up.. I literally had to stop her and ask her why so aggressive, she with attitude said I guess I can be more gentle. And Dr. Mezy came in and was like I went to prom with a girl with your name she broke my heart now I'm going to break your teeth. His words... Terrible bedside manor and not what I expected with all those positive reviews.
