Fantastic experience: This as my first experience at a dentist in the U.S. in a long time since I lived out of the country for many years. I highly recommend Middletown Smile Center. All the staff were kind and very accommodating. My dental hygienists, Tracy, was super nice and took the time to explain everything in detail. She explained the x-rays as well as the different things she did with my teeth and the different instruments she used to check them and clean them. She also did a phenomenal job with my cleaning. It had been 2 years since I had a cleaning and she got them looking as if I had never drank any coffee! Dr. David came and checked my teeth at the end as well and was very kind. I highly recommend this office and staff!

Fantastic experience: Every time I have an appointment, they are prompt and amazing. I live 40 minutes away since we moved and this is the only reason we go to Middletown now. Amazing group of ladies and the Dr. Roemisch leads a great group. They also have new ultrasonic cleaning tools, it cut the time down and made the experience so easy!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great family dentistry group. I had a filling come loose and needed a crown. They scheduled my appointment for a few days later but were able to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. I was able to get the crown done in two hours, without having to use a temporary because it was done on-site. I highly recommend Dr. Roemisch and the entire staff at Middletown Smiles.

From Amy at the front desk( she has gone above and beyond for me when it comes to making my appointments, dealing with my questions,AND helping me with my insurance benefits and explanations,GOD SEND) Dr.R is not just a dentist, I consider him an artist. He has done so much work on my mouth and teeth in general, and the technique and mastery he exhibits is unmatched. Shout out to the dental goddesses who help me 95% of the time,Kelly and Dina! I could not recommend a better business when it comes to your dental needs! I have recommended them to my coworkers and they plan on starting to go there as well! When I called Dr Roemisch’s office they not only worked me in the same day (and I was a new patient) but also fitted, made and installed my new crown that afternoon. Amazing! Positive experience: I was looking for a new dentist for the family and called here for an appointment. The staff was very friendly. My checkup and cleaning were done thoroughly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the team, especially Shawn. The final check by the dentist was the shortest I have ever had. Almost no interaction. No helpful advice or information. Maybe he was very busy, or maybe he's just a quiet type of person, but based on my first visit, I'm not sure if this is the place for my family. I may keep searching or go back to my old dentist, even it he is farther away.

Fantastic experience: I have had a few bad dental experiences so I was a little nervous for my appointment to have a cavity filled last week. It turned out to be totally painless and easy! Dr. Roemisch was fast and gentle. He kept me distracted and I was finished before I realized it! Anesthetic was perfect. No soreness or anything afterward! While I hope not to have a cavity again, I know that I won't need to be afraid next time. :)

The atmosphere is very calming and comfortable. While I was being checked out, I was throughly walked through the good and the bad and the suggested courses of action to solve my problems and potential future problems. The front desk was very helpful letting me know what my insurance would cover and what the best route would be for me. Setting future appointments was very easy as well. The conveniently located office and waiting area were clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, only one short form to complete, and I was called back by the hygienist, Shawn, to have my teeth cleaned and checked. She was super friendly and very gentle. I was able to make another appointment for 6 months out, something that has become difficult to do at other dental offices, strangely. I appreciate the great treatment and am happy to refer this practice to others. Five stars. June 2024 ~ My second visit with Dr. Roemisch and staff. Everyone was professional, kind and even witty! I had a crown that another dentist replaced and it wasn't smooth due to cement that was along the top and dried there. Hygienist and Dentist both made that smooth, and I am SO happy with the result. Got my teeth cleaned and evaluated, and got my goody bag with toothpaste and floss... I'm a happy camper! I made another appointment for six months from now. I love that I can do that here because so many offices won't!? Thanks to all the staff! ☆☆☆☆☆

Luckily after my appointment here I realized there is nothing to be scared about! Everyone is always so kind and professional and explain treatment options/plans perfectly so everyone understands and is on board. My 2nd child has ASD and has hearing and touch sensitivity, so we were very nervous taking him to the dentist unaware of how he will react, but the team goes out of their way to make sure he’s comfortable and not scared and talks to him so sweetly! A friend recommended Dr. Roemisch and I just finished my first appointment and am happy to say I have a new dentist. I received the most thorough exam/xrays/cleaning I have ever gotten and the review of the films and issues were both visually and verbally explained, showing what was immediately needed and what could wait etc, which is very helpful in getting a realistic, affordable treatment plan together. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience ever! Before visiting Middletown Smile Center, I went to another dental practice in the area and was shocked at all the work they told me I needed. Before spending $28k, I decided to get another opinion and I’m so happy that I did. In retrospect, I’m certain the other practice was trying to take advantage of me. Dr. Roemisch and his team eased my concerns and advised a lot of the work wasn’t necessary. They addressed all my issues and I’m thrilled with the results. Plus, I spent a fraction of the price, which is awesome. I would highly recommend Middletown Smile Center to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust!!!
