Dental hygienist Lisa was very meticulous in cleaning and polishing my teeth taking her time and being delicate throughout the process. Dr. Brenda Paul was thorough in examining my teeth for any issues, which thankfully there weren’t any, and checking for cancer of the tongue and mouth. I received a goody bag of products they recommend. Wonderful atmosphere and staff! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: They were great. Had issue with a tooth that felt chipped and called after hours and they got back to me right away the Monday after I called on a Friday. They got me in to see Dr Brenda and of course great bedside manner also got to meet a new assistant in which she was also very nice. I’m hoping this issue with my tooth doesn’t get worse but I see them the beginning of the new year and will deal with any issues then. Thanks gals for your great work;)

Fantastic experience: Everyone at River City Dental does a terrific job. Dr. Paul is an awesome dentist with a fun personality and good sense of humor. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m in her chair. She also has an eye for detail when it comes to identifying dental issues early on before they can become bigger problems. Fantastic experience: I'm a person who hates going to the dentist. My dentist retired and my daughter in-law recommend them. I'm so happy she did. Everyone is so kind. I needed a crown and the whole time asked if I was doing ok or if I needed a break. If anyone is a chicken to go to the dentist this is the BEST office ever. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Positive experience: My hygienist, Allie, is outstanding. She does a great job of explaining what I do right and what needs to improve. Brenda needs take some lessons from Allie in how to communicate with a patient. When a patient needs to improve something, they don’t to be lectured.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul and her team were very kind and attentive to me today when I came in for her to repair a broken tooth. I used to be frightened of anything that had to do with being at the dentist. Dr. Paul takes such great care to make me feel comfortable and today I was able to get my tooth fixed without any numbing! The entire office cares for the entire person.

Fantastic experience: On time appointment. Dr was very thorough and thoughtful. Got a full mouth exam and xrays and have decisions to make now. But very friendly staff, very clean and bright inside, and plenty of stations it appears. My Dr said she had 30 years experience and I love my dentist to have that and know what they are doing. I was pleased and will not be very apprehensive when time comes for drilling or other work. At end end of visit was able to request and received vis email a copy of the xrays and all photos they took inside my mouth. Wow, the pics are crystal clear that they can take now. Highly recommend. Add on 8/6: 1st dental work done here and am very impressed. Got 5 of my 14 fillings in one sitting and never felt a thing. Was numb within 2 minutes, and I'm usually a tough number, and she went right to work and a great chairside manner to entire time.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at River City Dental for over 20 years now and I'm very pleased with every outcome and every appointment that I have completed. This time I needed a crown. Abby greeted me in the waiting room and was very pleasant explaining every detail of what was going to happen. My only criteria for dental work is that it be painless. Dr Jordan came in, re-explained everything that was going to happen, numbed me up and proceeded to replace my crown. As has been the case in the past 20 years I felt no pain whatsoever. I'm happy to tell you that River City Dental is a great place to work with dental personnel and I will continue to use them in the future as I am very happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always very friendly and my last visit was no exception. They were able to fit me into their schedule even though they were short staffed. Dr. Paul addressed my concerns and put my mind at ease. Being new to the area I’m glad we found her practice. We won’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I tried having a fairly simple procedure without numbing medication, but the nerve pain, along with my elevated anxiety, became too great for me to deal with. Both the hygienist and the dentist assured me it was okay to ask for numbing meds and did their best to take away any shame I felt by "chickening out". I've never had a bad experience while at River City Dental. The front desk staff has always been cheery and kind, even when I've had to reschedule. The office is clean and efficient and they clearly take care of the staff by giving them summer hours and every other Friday off, which (in my opinion) makes them enjoy what they do more and do it to the best of their ability. My advice is to try River City for yourself. Oh, and go ahead and get the numbing medication! You'll thank yourself later!

Lisa was my hygienist today and she worked miracles with getting my teeth all cleaned up. They’ve never looked so good! Dr. Brenda is always kind and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and is a wonderful dentist and person! She takes time with her patients and explains everything so you have a clear picture of what is going on and what needs to be done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs!!
