Fantastic experience: I love Heritage Family Dentistry. I went to consult about checking and cleaning my teeth and partial dentures. Kayla's cleaning was very careful and gentle, and she wrapped a warm neck pillow around my neck, which made me feel very comfortable. I lost my partial dentures in my new home, and Dr. Jonathan Bradshaw gave me advice on the best solution. I felt that he was very professional. I'm happy to have found the best dentistry in Knoxville!!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this dental practice due to misleading information provided by the doctor. I was given 2 recommendations for which BOTH were not recommended after obtaining another opinion from a more experienced doctor. This lack of transparency wasted my time and caused unnecessary worry. One only wishes they could trust information that is given; especially coming from someone who is out of network. I highly suggest you not consider this place if you want a trustworthy source. The dental assistant was very sweet. Lastly, the doctor was not very friendly and sent me on my way making me feel like I was less than. Just my 2 cents.

Fantastic experience: Just had my teeth cleaned and they feel wonderful! My wife and I have been going to Heritage Family for 10 years. Heck, we even have our dental coverage through them which is the best deal we have ever seen. If you’re not satisfied with your dentist or paying too much, check out Heritage Family. I am not a paid spokesperson.

Fantastic experience: High quality, professional service. Very courteous and friendly staff. You may pay a few bucks more but sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Remember, the Lord only gave us one set of adult teeth —— don’t skimp on them.

Fantastic experience: The entire practice was wonderful; from Faith at the front desk to the perfect hygienist Kayla, to the professional but warm Dr. Bradshaw. Everything was explained in laymen's terms, discussed and I was given ample time to ask questions. They provided me with a warm, lavender smelling neck pillow and a blanket to both calm me and help me stay warm. Great third visit and I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Knoxville and needed a good dentist with a caring staff. My first visit couldn’t have gone better. Faith at the reception desk was as nice in person as she was on the phone when I called to make appointment. Kayla, who cleaned my teeth, was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Extremely skilled as always,but more importantly made sure I was comfortable and pain free through the process. Her assistant, Alex, was terrific as well and they made a great team. Fantastic experience: Alyssa my hygienist is so professional and friendly. She is super gentle and does a thorough job. Dr. Bradshaw is very kind and professional as well. I love how smooth the office is run—I always get brought back on time, never have to wait long, and am always greeted cheerfully on the phone or when I arrive. I have never been placed on hold for long periods of time when I call, and the admin managers helped give me advice about my dental insurance. Best experience I’ve had in healthcare!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bradshaw said I could get 3 crowns done at once ( I needed 6) ! Was I nervous, scared, you bet! But I did it! Dr.B works fast with care and precision, made sure I didn’t feel a thing! It went so well, I came back and had the others taken care of! I will have my permanents before Christmas. Fantastic experience: I have recently decided to start using a mouth guard during the night. Dr Ashley did a wonderful job highlighting the benefits of using a night guard. Alex did a wonderful job with the scans. Once the guard arrived, it was a perfect fit. Again, Alex was wonderful at patient education for use and care of the device.

Fantastic experience: From walking in to leaving this facility it all about providing quality services. I have dental panic and anxiety. The staff and Dentist made sure that I was okay during even the easiest procedure. Everything is explained and discussed. Pain free during the major procedure. Prices are on track with other practices. So happy I chose this practice/office. They have gained a devoted patient. Barbara Naylor, RDH has had to work on my teeth extensively and listened and was very patient with my needs. Her work is outstanding and well done. Best place in town for outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Great dental work. Easy to understand bill/reciept. I had my first implant installed today and a Molar extraction. It was painless and perfect! Later at home, Dr. Bradshaw himself called me to ask how I was doing. He and his staff are among the best at what they do! I just can't say enough! They treat their customers outstanding. Fantastic experience: I recently had some fillings replaced to remove the stains and add a lighter color. I didn’t get a chance to see the restoration’s until they were finished. Upon my first glance, I was somewhat disappointed. The fillings weren’t as light as I had hoped. A week or so later, I decided to call the office to see if anything could be done to lighten them. Right off the bat, Dr. Bradshaw not only offered to replace the fillings, but do it with no charge! Wow! That’s excellent customer service!! As it turned out, Dr. Bradshaw was able to polish the fillings to my satisfaction and I’m very very happy with the work and his professionalism. He wants his clients to be happy! And I am!!

Fantastic experience: Very nice office and staff. As I was filling in paperwork, I noticed the front desk greeted every patient by name and with a smile. Barbara was my hygienist and was very courteous and explained every step of the process. Dr. Bradshaw took time to explain my exam findings, go over the really interesting digital scan of my teeth (a new experience for me), and answer all my questions. The front desk was also very kind to dive into my insurance plan to let me know what my responsibility would be before I got too far into my visit. As a healthcare professional myself, I can say they seem to be doing things very well at this office! Highly recommend Heritage Family Dentistry.

My teeth cleaning was done thoroughly and efficiently with ultrasonic high pressure water. They stay on top of any problems that arise and recommend several options. I highly recommend them. One of the girls even held my hand the entire time I had my wisdom teeth taken out! Felt so safe there and have even gotten several calls day of and next day just to check up on me. LOL), but Dr. Bradshaw and the whole team were patient and understanding throughout. I’m very happy with the results. Alyssa has always done an excellent job as well. I generally don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff here make me feel much more at ease, starting right from the front desk.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only recently gotten established as a new patient here, but level of welcome and care the staff here provide has to be highest I’ve ever seen. From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave, you’re made to feel right at home. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had. Fantastic experience: Heritage Family Dentistry is a very positive office with happy people working there. It was the same in the exam stations. These folks will listen to you and they really have a sense of humor which is hard to find today. I had my teeth cleaned perfectly by the dental hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name but she was thorough). The exam ended with Dr. Bradshaw doing a final check. Again, everyone there did a great job, was friendly, happy, and good at what they do. I recommend them totally.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentists office, I had been up all night in pain due to a broken tooth. Called Heritage Family Dentistry and had an appointment that morning, it was such a relief. The staff are amazing and so are the dentists, the office is nice and comfortable. My Dentist even called me that night to check on me! No one does that anymore, but they do there. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Heritage Family Dentistry, you gals and guys are amazing.

Fantastic experience: As much as i dislike the dentist, i really like Heritage. Awesome and caring staff, a very nice office and environment. They do things that other dentists don’t think of and are able to catch things that my old dentists never did. Highly recommend. *Update* I've started taking my 3 year old here as well. They're also now located at a gorgeous, newly renovated office that is conveniently located in Farragut. I highly recommend this place. 1/23/19 update: As always everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Bradshaw and his staff provide top notch dental care. 9/9/19 update: I had a cavity filled today and as always I am impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Dr. Bradshaw filled my cavity and had me on my way in no time. It was also my first time ever not needing to be numbed up before the filling, which was just an added bonus. 8/12/20 update: Another great experience at Heritage Family Dentistry. They had me check in via phone call, temperature check once inside, a quick questionnaire, and they were utilizing ALL the PPE. Everything was efficient and safe. 5/12/25 update: I'm still an HFD customer. Today, I had my yearly 3D mouth scan that picked up on some small decay between a couple of molars that was hidden on standard Xray. Dr. Bradshaw had an opening to fill it right away and it wasn't as small as we thought. I'm thankful for the state of the art dental care his practice provides.

Fantastic experience: As a senior citizen, I have had many years and experiences with dental staff. This group is by far my favorite. The front staff, hygienists, and dentist are all friendly, caring, and competent. The facilities and equipment are state of the art. This is a great group for someone like me with a dental phobia.

He has very bad dental anxiety due to bad experiences in the past and they did everything to put his mind at ease and make the appointment go as smooth as possible. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bradshaw, his office, and his team. I am one of those who tend to get really anxious when visiting the dentist, and the staff at Heritage were exceptionally understanding, compassionate, and patient with me throughout my visit. My hygenist, Barbara, was exceptional at her job, and she constantly checked on my status to make sure I was doing ok mentally throughout my entire appointment. The new, high-tech equipment they use for imaging purposes is truly amazing, and the staff treat you more like you are at a spa than at a dentist's office. I am excited to make this place my new home for all my future dental health needs.

Now, from the moment I walked in despite me fighting back the rush of tears and fears filling up inside , I was met with such kindness. From the front staff to Mrs. Barbara to Dr.Bradshaw and everyone I came in contact with are top tier. Dr. Bradshaw took his time and sat with me explaining and answering any questions I had with such care and compassion. Mrs. Barbara is so gentle and warm and focuses on you being comfortable whatever that may entail. (banana for the win!) They care here they care about you about your health journey about your fears and concerns in all aspects. I’m not saying I’m going to be eager to go back to my next appointment BUT I know that when I go they will take the best care. Be open and honest with them and you will never regret going.

So far, I have seen Dr. Ashley, Alex, Savannah, and Rebecca—they and the receptionist have all been very pleasant and welcoming, and they all have great personalities. You can tell that they really care about their patients. I could not be happier with the care being provided!

Fantastic experience: The care ive received at the hands of Dr. Bradshaw and his team have at thr Hertage Family Dentistry facility has met and exceeded all my expectations. That's why I am leaving a review. I'll admit that prior unpleasant experiences at OTHER dental care facilities (out of state) earlier on in my career left me weary of seeking dental care except where and when absolutely necessary. From my initial consultation, the balance of professionalism and human connection has remained exceptional through the years. It's one thing to receive competent care, but I imagube most people prefer to be seen and treated as a human being first and foremost. That is what I've experienced here.

Positive experience: I really liked the dentist and everyone at the office. Super nice and professional. I asked when I called if my insurance covered and they said yes. After all the preliminary work and numerous X-rays they came back and said my insurance did not cover. Wish I had known at the beginning. If your insurance covers it is a great office.

Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in 4 states and always keep my 6 month cleaning appointments. I’ve been to McDentists, hometown dentists, professional dentists, and everything in between. Heritage took the top spot during my visit this week. Alyssa was my hygienist and was very nice and extremely thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Ashley was very friendly and did a thorough examination after my cleaning. The office is well run, clean, and the technology they have on hand to help you make decisions about your teeth is top of the line. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Each hygienist, assistant, and Dr. Anthony made me feel so comfortable throughout and made everything so easy to understand. They all talked me through what each process entails and answered any question I had with no judgement. I highly recommend 100%!
