Negative experience: My family has been going to Mac for over two decades and it used to be great but for the last couple years, they are cancelling appointments too often and scheduling is almost a year out. My family is going to look for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr noble for many years. My wife also. He has always done great work for me. As of the past couple years I have had Gina and Brook as hygienists. Both have a delicate touch and are very professional. My wife and I are both very satisfied with our past results. I would definitely recommend them.

I was kept informed of what was taking place at every step, I asked a lot of questions and had them all answered, and everything worked out as I was told it would. I got my 2 dental implants placed today by my wonderful dentist, Dr. Nikki Kollath! I am so excited to be able to chew on both sides now. THANK YOU! Great experience from start to finish. Check in was smooth, we were seated fast. My hubby and I had appointments we were able to reschedule from 3 weeks ago when we ended up sick (thank you!) We had the BEST hygienist, Katie, she was thorough, gentle and she explained everything she was doing throughout the whole new patient process and cleaning, x-rays and evaluation of our teeth and gums. A+ to her! and Dr Nikki was amaZing, kind, friendly, thorough and she took the time to make sure my new implant fit perfectly! It did and I'm ecstatic we chose MAC Dental and Dr Nikki. THANK YOU

Positive experience: My appointment, today, was to place a new permanent crown on my very old tooth that needed a replacement crown. The new crown fits perfectly! I was very happy with the friendly and kind service provided during today's visit. Dr. Heuer and her staff made my experience a pleasant one. The only 'wrinkle' in today's appointment was the disappearance of my old crown, which happened to be gold. I was promised the original tooth when we initially discussed putting a new crown on, and then the old gold tooth was, I believe, thrown away. Dr. Heuer did apologize, repeatedly, for the mix-up and did provide some compensation for the gold. While I was disappointed that I didn't go home with my original gold crown, I was pleased with the service and understanding I received today from everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a very thorough exam of my teeth and gums, which surprised me as I didn't expect the first exam to be so extensive. My doctor is Nikky and I like her a lot. She was kind, and caring and explained everything in detail. I would recommend her to my friends for sure! The reception woman was also very caring, respectful, and kind. I am glad that I chose this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for 24 years and I'm very disappointed in the service I received. Appointments have been getting pushed out for a couple of years now. You can't be seen every 6 months anymore, it's more like every 7 to 8 months. I was seen on June 4th and explained that I would only have insurance until Dec 31. The soonest I could be seen was Jan 28th. That won't work for me so I will be leaving them. It's unfortunate that this had to happen. But I can't afford to pay out of pocket for dental services. Update- I have found new insurance and will be able to stay with MAC Dental! I am so happy that this is possible. Changing my rating from 2 ⭐to 5⭐. Hopefully they can get more hygienists hired so we don't have to wait so long for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend! Their serve is top notch. Everything from scheduling, to transferring records, to finding the location and customer care during an appointment is perfect. I went in for a second opinion on something and ended up switching practices. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and already recommended to friends and family haha. They’re great!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at MAC Dental for many years & really should have put in a 5 Star Review long ago. All their Receptionists are outgoing & friendly...Dr Hoyer is a gentle, yet thorough, dentist...& each of the hygienists has been wonderful, with Gina being especially good at her craft. Recently, I fell & broke off half of my front tooth! Each person who worked with, or on, me was so sensitive & kind, since I am very upset over how long the process usually takes with insurance denials & delays. Lisa took additional time to talk to me & Shelly assured me that she will be there, should there be any medical or dental insurance issues. I came away, today, recognizing what a true team they are there, at MAC Dental, willing to do what's needed for their patients.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was cheerful, and concerned about her promptness. Both were important. I was there for an early morning, appointment, so her cheerfulness was appreciated. I needed to head to work as soon as the appointment was completed, so I was happy to understand that she was working to mitigate that morning's challenges. That helped me to get in and out in as timely manner as possible. I thought she was thorough and professional with her work, making sure she got all the spots that needed cleaning. And, while cleaning my teeth, I was grateful that she was gentle. I've been to hygienists who seemed oblivious to the pain they were causing, so this was especially appreciated. I would recommend MAC Dental based on my visit today.

Fantastic experience: Amazing is an understatement. I had a nightmare experience at the general dentist I had before mac dental. I was referred to Mac by many of my co workers. The front desk lady terry was amazing every time I called, they listened to all my concerns after going through the nightmare I had before them. Today I had my first appointment, I was beyond nervous but they were all wonderful. The dental assistant was in the room with me was so nice and caring. She did everything she could to make me comfortable. The dentist took her time and explain everything to me. We made a plan of care that was not only fixing but giving me the best option for preventative care. For the first time ever I left a dentist appointment feeling relaxed and in good hands.
