Fantastic experience: I was scheduled for a 4:00pm appointment and was taken back at 3:50pm. Lindsey the hygienist was excellent. I will be seeing her again in 6 months. She was so gentle. I always dread going to the dentist, she made my visit pleasant. Best experience that I have had at a dentist office. If you need a hygienist, please give Lindsey a try at Premier Dental in Bells. Dr. Olivia is great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve Kail, was wonderful today, I have known him my entire life! I have always known that he was a very smart, kind, and wonderful Dentist!! However, I was amazed how well, he communicated and included my shy daughter!! He explained, All of the details, that Using Invisalign could offer, Versus to braces The old school , way that I was familiar with and still ended up getting veneers as an adult ! ‍♀️Also, for the same amount of money I was very impressed and trust them all % Thank you!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. The front desk called to check my insurance because had not received my new insurance card. Had great repor with Everyone. Everyone is very professional. Dr. Kail was very honest and correct what my dental problem was. I had recently went to another practice and was not happy there. It was dirty and not a friendly atmosphere. They told me that I had bigger issues. They were very expensive. The only thing I wish is I could get a sooner appointments for my cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had top-care from Dr. Olivia, a partner with Dr. Kail. First I received excellent care from the dental assistant and hygienist, and then Dr. Olivia checked in on me and said I was experiencing some pain due to receding gums around a tooth and recommended a toothpaste for sensitive teeth to help. Everyone was professional, careful, and kind. I highly recommend Premier Dental and Dr. Olivia.

Fantastic experience: I recently requested for new patient entry at the Bells facility and was pleasantly surprised. Their system and staff are incredibly friendly. The beginning history sheets are a little exhaustive, but necessary. For my first appointment i arrived 15 minutes early and was brought back within 10 minutes. I might possibly have a slight, definately non irrational, fear of the pain endured in dental offices but was surprised that this place ( so far) has minimized any pain i felt. There is always going to be some poking and proding but after I let them know my slight issue with it, they seemed to understand. Billing was painless as well. They took my Delta Dental Insurance and even reduced the bill further for being in network. The explained the charges to me before doing any work and were cognizant of my out of pocket fees. I will update again after a few more appointments, but so far one of the best around.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the area and looked for a dentist with experience in implants near me ... This is how i decided on this office ... I've had a cleaning done on my introduction visit in June i think ... But it's today visit that took me by surprise and I'm impressed enough to write this review ... They sent a text on Saturday wishing me a happy birthday which reminded me that i needed my crown put back ... I got a text back today monday with a same day appointment!!! Both lady dentists and their staff are friendly and welcoming

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Olivia were very professional during my visit. They devised a treatment plan for my dental challenges, and provided excellent details about how to resolve the issues. After many years of caregiving for my late mom, and eating too much sugar, I failed to take care of my oral and physical health properly. Thus, I developed peridontal disease. What I appreciate the most is the staff and Doctor Olivia were not judgemental about my condition. In addition, they also showed me pics of my condition, darn scary looking. Thankfully, Premier Dental devised a plan to help me out of this health challenge. Today was a good day!
