Very friendly and they work with you on appointment and payments . I had no problems with them the times we come here. Now he has retainers..

She came back for the holidays & she called Dr. Herman's office they were very helpful in making an appt & fixing her retainers on the back of her front teeth. She explained how she's in college w/no money & they understood & all they asked of her is a positive review about how great & wonderful Dr. Herman & his team are and it would be free of charge. Fantastic experience: This is the most amazing place I have ever been too. Years ago I was told the only way to fix my underbite was surgery. I decided not to do that. Six month ago I contacted Dr. Herman’s office and found out he could fix it without me having surgery. Their professionalism and the way they treat their patients is absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this orthodontist for any of your needs.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 children in braces- one at Four Courners Orthodontics & Dental with Doc Herman, and one at a different orthodontist in the the area. The difference is HUGE! Dr. Herman and his staff are warm, consistent, and professional. It's the same staff each visit and they always recognize us when we walk in the door. The staff members have several years of experience and are very good at what they do- so good that they have fixed issues caused by other offices, free of charge! They are hands-down the better choice. I will bring the rest of my children to Dr. Herman from now on.

Fantastic experience: I just moved from texas and was kind of skeptical going into a new dental office but absolutely loved coming here. they get you in pretty fast and it’s always a smooth process. I actually used to HATE going into any dental office but I actuallyyyy enjoy coming here, each time:) I think it’s really cool how dr herman always stops by each patient to talk with and check in with them during their appointments, making you feel welcome. they went in depth with me about procedures and how to properly care for my braces and even gave me a goodie bag lol. Fantastic experience: Great environment. Great and helpful staff. Dr Herman has been very helpful on my 16 year old daughter’s braces. She now has them off and smile more often. Now my 12 year old daughter is close to getting hers off as well. Highly recommend this for your young ones to come by and see how right it is for their new smiles :)

Negative experience: The front desk staff's demeanor and communication skills could be improved to create a more positive patient experience. Specifically, their interactions which lack warmth and understanding for their patients. As their communication is not very effective, it is rather rude and unwelcoming.

Negative experience: First dentist office I visit staff was rude first appointment was okay good,second had to reschedule due to the filling to staying and I was supposed to have the other side of my teeth done as well .Staff or Scheduler was very rude saying that I never mentioned about it that Dr's didn't have time to work on me the way it should have been done from the very beginning 3 rd time still having some many pain and issues with the original first appointment procedure. Scheduler told me to go ahead and find another place. Definitely do not recommend because of the Staff . Dr's where okay. Always extremely rushed in their work .

Fantastic experience: This is the fifth child I have taken to this office. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t trust and believe in this Doctor. What really sold me was when I had been told one my my children would have to have 2-3 teeth removed before before braces. Dr.. Herman looked at my son and immediately said it wasn’t necessary. He now has a beautiful smile and all of his teeth. All of my kids so far have had a very positive experience and their teeth have turned out beautifully. I love the office staff as well. Negative experience: I don’t plan on coming back because the clinic seems to not respect people’s time. I was scheduled for an appointment at 11 am but for some reason it was changed to 10. Arrived at the clinic at 10:08, filled out forms since it was my first time. After more than an hour, I have noticed that there was only one folder left on the table so I went to ask when will I be seen but I haven’t even finished my sentence and the lady suddenly said my name and that they were ready to see me. It was already 11:45 that time. My concern is if I did not stood up to ask I could have waited longer. FYI, there were a lot of vacant dental chairs and the person who worked with me was just talking to another woman so she wasn’t busy at all.

Fantastic experience: When my daughter needed braces we visited 4 different offices in Farmington. One place we liked recommended an expander for her. After consulting with her Dr. & otolaryngologist (ENT Dr.) we learned about further issues with mid facial expansion. We decided to go with Dr Herman, his technique would bring the results wanted without any compromising changes. We are so happy we consulted with a group of professionals & did not put her through unnecessary procedures that could create issues in her future. We have had a wonderful experience here. While everyone has been so nice & informative Kelsey has been above & beyond. My daughter felt so comfortable with Jennilynn that the staff noted in her chart all her appointments be made with her. This has made for wonderful vists, relaxing & comfortable, she looks forward to her appointment. I even decided to get braces & have enjoyed every appointment with different staff members.
