Fantastic experience: Dr Rebol and all his staff are wonderful. I have been with him since Dr Manley left and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Rebol truly puts his patients needs first and doesn't try to push anything on his patients that he truly doesn't feel is needed. If you're looking for an awesome dentist, you need to see Dr Rebol. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I like many, am not a huge fan of the dentist. I went last week to have a filling done on a chipped tooth from last year that wasn’t able to get fixed til now. Dr. Rebol was seriously amazing and communicated the whole time about what he was doing, took pictures and showed me, and made me feel at ease. The constant communication during the quick procedure was great for me and left me without stress of not knowing how things were going. I have definitely found a new dentist! I referred friends before i went because they came highly referred and when i went in for a consult, i knew it was going to be great. My friends have also had amazing experiences and that says a lot! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I really hate that I’m giving them one star as I liked them for years. However, every receptionist and office manager failed to tell me that my insurance was not paying for my appointments. They let me rack up a $3000 bill before they informed me of this balance and refused to book any more appointments with me until the balance was paid. Am extremely upset and disappointed with the lack of professional behavior, exhibited by their staff.

Fantastic experience: Rebol family dentistry is 10/10. I recently had a filling done and it was the most painless experience I’ve ever had. The staff are so kind and make every visit quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, dentists, environment, all of it. I mean, we really all are going to go to the dentist because of the hygienists right?! (Haley!) Love the 7:30 appointments, and they are friendly even when i am not awake yet!

Negative experience: My wife came in for TMJ symptoms and was never advised to see a specialist or informed about standard, more effective treatment options like TMJ splints. Instead, she was steered toward Invisalign—a far more invasive and expensive treatment, likely motivated by profit rather than medical necessity. Traditional TMJ treatments would have been not only more appropriate, but also covered by our insurance. We’re in the process of filing a formal complaint with the dental board due to the lack of transparency and misleading care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Rebol since 2023. I’ve had ALOt of various dental work done and it’s rare to find a dentist and staff that doesn’t make you feel like you’ve done wrong. They’re supportive.. and I haven’t had any new work since coming to them! They just keep up with maintenance and the staff are always so friendly! Plus, their chapstick is the best! -jenny Meyer

Fantastic experience: My last visit was to get Invisalign installed. They were incredibly friendly, as always, and explained the steps before starting. It was fast and painless and set me up with a follow-up. They were also very accommodating as I was on crutches from an accident over the weekend. I've since had my wife switch from her dentist to Dr. Rebol, and she was very impressed during her first visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rebol and his staff are excellent. Besides bring highly skilled, he had a comforting 'chair side' manor. Technology is excellent. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: This place is so shady. They gave me a dishonest estimate, resulting in a bigger bill than I agreed to, and when I got angry about it, they proceeded to fire me as a client with a long excuse about not being able to see clients anymore where they have to ask for a refund from insurance. They made me feel badly for expressing my frustration when the frustration all started with their unprofessionalism, then almost tried to get me to apologize for getting angry. All in all, they will let you go as a client if you express any issue with their services, all under the guise of laws that do not appear to exist. Avoid this office if you believe in freedom of speech.

Fantastic experience: Who doesn’t love going to the dentist, right?!? But seriously, dental care is no joke, and the team at Rebol Family Dentistry is the best! Everyone is extremely professional & thorough in their craft, but just as importantly they are friendly, caring & treat you with special focus & care. Dr Rebol performs a soft tissue exam at every 6-month checkup/appointment, which is an important aspect that we had never had at prior dentists! We have been using Rebol Family Dentistry for over 10 years & could not be more thrilled! Highly recommend checking them out & moving over to their practice for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion from a crown that I felt was just not quite right from my previous dentist. She suggested a root canal more than a few times. My intuition felt the need have this either confirmed or not necessary. The exam from this office was much more thorough. He was able to adjust the crown in just a few minutes that the previous dentist never offered as an option. Jenna (spelling?) was very welcoming and actually listened to my concern. Needless to say, I have switched my dental care to this office and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dentist since I’ve moved around a bit. When I was in Asheville I found Rebol Family Dentistry and they were great. I moved an hour away and decided to go to a dentist closer to me. The other office left me in pain and with more problems. Dr Gillette helped me with my dental emergency. I’m not turning back, even if I have ti drive an hour, I’m happy to be a patient at this practice.

Fantastic experience: So…hadn’t been to the dentist in 20 years. Finally got the nerve, and insurance; made an appointment. I was terrified. But let me tell you, compassionate, understanding and gentle. Those are the best terms for the staff. They explain everything they’re doing. The best and most gentle/ thorough cleaning I’ve gotten. They don’t try and upsell a bunch of stuff. Upfront pricing, excellent referrals for oral surgeons. I also just got a nightguard made and they really take pride in their work. I have a whole new perspective on dentists visits. My anxiety is gone. They are below the areas pricing too. Maybe more of an adult office not pediatric environment. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I really love Rebol! No surprise bills (actually got a refund once!), they fit us in quickly when we have issues, they work to accommodate my work schedule & my teenagers school schedule. The crown they did was the least painful I've ever had, and I appreciate their dedication to ensuring it's 100% right. For my teens recent fillings (first ever!) They did a great job of helping them relax and not overly worry about the process to the point my kiddo was bragging about them to me. It takes a lot to impress a 17 yo. I also love their welcome gift, patient appreciation activities, and comfort menu.

Look, there are dentists minutes from my house, but I drive an hour to get to Rebol Family Dentistry—because they are worth it. I highly recommend RFD!

Fantastic experience: Kelly, my hygienist is professional, sociable, and friendly person. She made my day telling me I had clean teeth. It did not hurt and I did not get a "shower." Then Dr. Gillette comes in to see what Kelly found with all that picking. Sure enough, he has a job to do. Replace a crown. He checked my jaw at the temple. Safe there. It would interfere with my talking and I cannot have that. I like to talk, a lot! They have tablets with Treatment Plans: one for dental cleaning and one for the crown. The font is about size 11. That is why I have glasses. This is a fun office to come to because everyone is friendly and have positive vibes.

I was terrified of leaving my old friend and dentist’s wonderful care only to find an even more capable and awesome dentist. I have recommended family and friends ever since he began in his humble office in Doctors Park to the present day bright and welcoming office he well designed and built. His staff mirrors his warm and friendly manner while giving their patients great confidence in their ability and knowledge. Also being on a retired person’s tight budget, this Dental group is very conservative about my dental needs and never made me think I needed more dental procedures than I actually do . Fantastic experience: Got me in quickly for an emergency. Pain erupted on an upper molar. Once examined they arranged a referral for an oral surgeon to take care of extracting the tooth. Also arranged for a Rx to protect against infection since I recently had knee surgery. Wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Rebol Dentistry for probably almost 10 years, or soon after they opened. Was referred by a friend and continue to recommend them to new friends to the area or those looking for a new dental provider. The hygienists and front staff, as well as dentists ( Dr Rebol and Dr Sparks) have always been great. Always willing to explain procedures and even make a retainer 3 times after getting a new crown because i felt it just didn’t feel right.

Positive experience: Always have had great care and love them for my dental needs. I am however irritated by getting blasted by their emails which do not have an "unsubscribe" link to click. I have emailed them to be unsubscribe which did not work. I then called to be unsubscribed and the lady said "I did it this morning" and guess what, weeks later the emails keep rolling in. Please don't waste my time like this.

Fantastic experience: Ended up at Rebol Family Dentistry on a Friday because of an urgent tooth situation. Most other dentists are closed on Fridays including my own, which I found out after calling over a dozen places. This practice was literally amazing! Just the fact they were willing to work in an urgent new patient on short notice was appreciated. Everything from the administrative and check in process, customer service, and competence was top notch. The office was peaceful and modern with current technology and practices. I felt respected, listened to and not rushed. They even gave out a new patient gift. I have been in health care myself for decades and have watched the culture of caring and quality of care decline in so many ways. My experience at Rebol Dentistry renewed my faith that we can still get it right. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Great initial exam experience at Rebol family dentist on 10/19/23. Kelly, the hygienist, was professional and friendly. Amended review—I was sent for an implant consultation for a tooth with a loose crown and was told that my tooth was cracked horizontally and could not be repaired—quoted $8000. I went to my prior dentist who X-rayed and replaced the crown for $250. Always get a second and sometimes a third opinion.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best, calmest, most understanding experience here today that I’ve ever had at a dentist. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt so taken care of. Everyone was so incredibly nice and patient with me. I have horribly bad dental anxiety and had put off going to the dentist for to long. My friend referred me here when I couldn’t find anyone else to help in a 911 and they took me in next day. I was planning to just go and figure out this emergency situation, but after today’s visit this will officially be my dentist. Fantastic experience: My first time at Rebol was friendly, accommodating, and efficient (best part of all for me!). I felt confident in their dental technology and expertise to diagnose dental issues and provide a confident solution. They also fit me in very quickly for this and a succeeding appointment, and worked with my limited schedule. Costs for each issue were clearly defined and presented up front - no surprises. I would say this was a 10 rated first visit!

Fantastic experience: Rebol Dentistry family of workers are always an inviting bunch of folks, friendly, courteous and very likeable. I missed an appointment and I received a text and was able to reschedule on line. They also do some cool things thought out the year such as a baseball event for customers always a good time. Dr. Rebol hasn't had to do too much work on me because the prevention keeps a check on possible areas of concern. Yes I would and have recommended them to others.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rebol did a crown preparation on my tooth this afternoon. The whole procedure was completely painless. His manner was very smooth and gentle, not in a hurry, and very confident in what he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. His assistant, Jasma, was very professional, pleasant, and made the temporary with ease. I was extremely comfortable the whole time I was there!

Fantastic experience: Rebol Dentistry rocks. Quite literally with their piped in music. But mainly because the staff is kind, efficient, and empathetic. Dr. Rebol even came in over a July 4 weekend to take care of an emergency dental issue that I had. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Front end staff were great and communicated really well to streamline my first visit. The dental hygienist was amazing and performed my cleaning quickly and effectively. Didn't try to upcharge me or sell me anything I didn't need but talked comprehensively about what options there were for me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of dental work over the years and seen many different practitioners for everything from orthodontics down to the most basic cleaning. And I think I can say with all sincerity that Dr. Sparks may be the best that I've been to. He's fully engaged in the conversation and listens intently. He's honest and straightforward. And he's just extremely good at what he does. That's a combination that's hard to beat. I feel very fortunate to have found his practice.

Fantastic experience: Rebol Family Dentistry is absolutely wonderful . Dr. Rebol extremely talented , focuses on developing a plan with you according to each individual s needs. I just have 4 temporary crowns yesterday afternoon. I experienced no pain or anxiety . Dr.Rebol as well as his whole team are like family. Jessica was his assistant yesterday and Kelly my dental Hygienist. I 100% recommend Rebol family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr. Rebol’s practice for several years now and have always had a practically pleasant experience, considering I’m at the dentist’s office. From the front office to the dental assistants and techs and the doctor himself, these are super friendly people, and you will be warmly received and respected as a patient. I especially admire that I am treated as a co-participant in making treatment decisions. Dr. Rebol always comes in and explains clearly any problems he sees and outlines any options that might be available. They also worked me in same day once for what I considered a dental emergency, although I’m pretty sure it was old hat for them. Well let me say, Rebol Family Dentistry is unmatched by any other dentist I’ve been to. Their receptionist booked my appointment within a two week period, called to remind me and welcomed me with a smile. Their office was clean and they offer homemade cookies to clients. They also gave a really nice first time appointment gift at the end. The dental hygienist Tonya gave me a tour of the office and made sure I was super comfortable before starting the cleaning.
