Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was very good. She was helpful throughout the whole cleaning process and gave excellent feedback.

Negative experience: I contacted Warner dental for an emergency visit for a filling that fell out from another dentist that did not do good work. They happily got me a quick appointment at 7 AM. I arrived the dental assistant wanted to do x-rays I said they are not covered under my insurance two times a year. She said don’t worry if insurance doesn’t cover it, we’ll just write those off. So then I asked at the end of that appointment. Is there any charge he said no all he did was look at it. Then I got the filling done Paid the difference From insurance. Then less than a week, the same Filling fell off again. The dentist looked And claimed it was the tooth next to it, which, when I looked in the mirror and felt with my tongue, it was the same feeling he repaired. He said I’m just gonna smooth it out. Then I asked what I would be charged for at the first visit and the third visit and they said nothing don’t worry about it. But I receive text messages weeks before the end of the year. To get other work done I said I had to wait until benefits from the new year. They still claim I owe $55 for a limited exam without a cleaning without x-rays because they decided to try and charge the insurance which denied it. Don’t waste your time they won’t tell you the whole truth, but then charge you later because you won’t continue to get work done there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hansen is really great. He is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spends as much time as needed answering any questions that you have.

Negative experience: For being in the medical industry and caring for your children should be a no brained. Well if your child gets sick in the 48 hour period prior to their appointment and you call in and ask if they want you to bring in a sick child and the answered is no. They will still charge you a cancellation fee. So make sure to tell your child not to plan on getting sick for at least two prior to their appointment. When I cancelled all my upcoming appointments and explained I was going to take my business somewhere else. They state, “well this is your first offense.” I felt like I was a criminal. I would not recommend having appointments scheduled during cold and flu season.

Fantastic experience: Called to make an appointment as a new patient and they got me in the very next day! They were very helpful and quick. Had a great experience which is something I have never said about the dentist. Really glad I found this place and lucky its close to my house.

Fantastic experience: Great communication and attitudes. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day, the front desk staff, dental assistant and dentist all had great, positive attitudes and were willing to take the time to explain anything I asked. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: So this establishment has left me smiling every time I come in and every time I leave they understand when you're a busy person and they know how much they help, the one thing I can state is they've always went above and beyond for me and they were honest with me as well that's one reason why I still take care of my mouth is because I have them telling me how I can fix things how to make my mouth better, love them to death I tell everyone to go there and I hope this gets far around the world as possible so they can grow and show their amazingness everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Going to Warner family dental in West Jordan was the best experience I have ever had going to a dental office. Everyone is so warm and kind from the second you step in the door, to the moment you leave. The receptionists are incredible. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help. I had an issue with my insurance, they were so patient and willing to help me figure the issue out. Then, they extend my appointment time so I could still be seen after that little hiccup. Which meant so much to me. The x-ray tech,Michael, was very kind, patient and through making sure all the x-rays were completed correctly, that I was comfortable the entire time and that I understood the process. Then, the dental assistant, Sid, was amazing. She was very kind, welcoming, and professional, talking me through everything that was happening, being gentle in everything she did, making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything as we went along. She asked me questions and got to know me as a person, which made me feel very relaxed and trust her more in this tricky, uncomfortable situation. Dr. Doug Hansen was very professional, kind, supportive and probably the best dentist I have ever had a privilege of meeting. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone that needs a new dentist like I did. This was my first time at this dentist and I was blown away with how incredible they were. They made me feel like I mattered, like I'm family.

Negative experience: I have to change my review because there was an incident with a hygienist who hurt me while cleaning. I told her that she has been the only person who has treated me there who has hurt my mouth. She is also a person who does not respect limits and tends to overstep them, in this case with my husband. We do not know that person and she has been the only one who has overstepped the boundaries with both me and my husband. We have been clients for over 4 years and the quality of care from the doctors is truly impeccable. However, after being regular clients, they called me to tell me that they were not going to treat me because "the poor thing" does not feel comfortable with me. Despite my family and I speaking English, they assigned us this person who speaks Spanish and who definitely has no customer service ethics. And then she plays the victim in the situation because when the incident happened, I did not even report it because I did not give it the importance that she apparently gave it, when the affected person was me and not her. This person works in the Herriman office. This is why I canceled my family's appointments and am switching providers.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, but when I do, I go to Warner Family Dental! They are the best from the front office staff to the hygienist to the assistant and yes even the Dentist!! They are kind, compassionate, and caring. They really listen to you and care about how you are feeling. They do great work too!!

Negative experience: A different dentist every time and hygienists that have all of the finesse of a jackhammer. Oh, and if your job changes insurance and Warner is out of their network, don't expect them to show you the courtesy of mentioning it to you. Just expect them to dump a bill in your lap. At least I helped pay for their new office though.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our first appts today at Warner Family. We were greeted warmly by name (probably helped that we were the last appts of the day and showed up late—oops). The office is modern and welcoming, a big change from the little practice I’d been going to for years. My hygienist scanned my teeth with this wand, and suddenly they were up on the screen. I couldn’t stop talking about them—like I’d never seen teeth before. He even got through my cleaning without hitting my usual “zing” spots, which is a miracle. Then the dentist came in—bald, glasses, lighthearted. He explained things clearly and patiently let me go on (and on) about my teeth like they were headline news. The only funny part was he stayed behind me while talking, so I was stuck in that V-shaped chair twisting around like an owl in a recliner. All in all, a great first visit. Tiffany has always taken such good care of us, and it’s clear the whole Warner Family team does the same. We’ll definitely be back.

Negative experience: We ware there fist time they said the deep Clean for my wife half side for 192$ for Copay and the we paid and for next visit they going to clean the half again which is only 89$ now today went there the dentist said it’s 89$ for the bottom side and if we want to get clean from the top right side it’s about 179$ which is they not told us they said first 89$ and then start charge us more the staff is not cooperate and very rude shity service don’t recommend to the family I toke My kids to there but now we change our Mind horrible service

He was able to fit me in quickly, and the office’s technology allowed them to create and place the permanent crown the same day—no temporary crown, no return visit. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. My husband has had some extensive work other places and nothing compares to here. Doctor Bennet explains things throughly and takes his time. He will answer any questions you have and shows a great deal of empathy. We also had a great assistant, whose name I hope I spell correctly, naervey, she’s amazing kind and kept us company throughout my husband getting a new crown. Plus they print their own crowns. No temporary needed! It was really a good trip to the dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr.Warner is amazing! I actually came to see him after having a not so great experience with a different dentist that I had been back to 5 times to get help with some pain after a root canal. The other dentist was quick to dismiss my pain and send me on my way. When I came to Dr Warner he was more than thorough, he did multiple X-rays and examined each tooth to find out where my pain was coming from. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I felt very heard. He discovered that my previous root canal was done poorly and that I still had an infection in that tooth. I felt so relieved to finally have answers. He prescribed me antibiotics to fight the infection and now 2 days later I’m feeling so much better!! I truly wish I had found Dr Warner sooner. His office is also VERY clean and the rest of the staff I worked with were extremely nice. I will now be seeing Dr Warner from here on out.

The receptionist got back to me super fast and when I expressed concern and thought of questions about my treatment and asked to talk it over with Dr. Warner, he got in contact with me and was able to accommodate my concerns. They’ve added some really cool 3D scanning technology that helped me to visualize my teeth and understand more clearly what Dr. Warner was talking about. I had an emergency after a skiing accident where the impact knocked my teeth out of place, and he took care of me right away with such skill and kindness. I truly trust him with my eyes closed! I forgot the name of my hygienist, as I’m terrible with names but she’s super awesome. The doctor who did my fill-ins last year was good as well. Also, their prices didn’t hurt the wallet as much as other places have in the past.

Positive experience: I have to say the Doctors at Warner Family Dental are fantastic. We have been seeing Dr. Warner for 3-4 years now and have really enjoyed it. Dr Warner has a great bedside manner, very knowledgable, and truly cares about his patients. My struggle has been with the front office and getting a pre-authorization completed for some bridge work for my son. We started the process in January 2024. Each time I called I was told they hadn't seen anything, and that I needed to call my insurance and push it through. Fast forward to January 2025 and we STILL didn't have a pre-authorization done. I mentioned my frustration to the Dr during a cleaning and I was again told "it takes a while and you need to call" Being that I work in the Dental Insurance space, I know it does NOT take a year to get a pre-authorization. By the end of my son's cleaning I had a treatment plan presented and was being told my insurance had a missing tooth clause and that I would likely be on the hook for the full amount, which was over $5,000. Again, this is my wheel house and I knew what I was being told wasn't correct. I came home and called my insurance company directly. I was told what I suspected. I did NOT have a missing tooth clause and they would cover my son's bridge at 60%, and they also told me that no pre-authorization had ever been submitted from my dentist. I then went back to the office to show them the real numbers and have them submit the Pre-Authorization. Less then a week later, the pre-authorization had been completed by my insurance. So, bottom line is, if you need a cleaning, or minor dental work, this is your place. If you need Major Dental work (Crowns, bridges, etc) either plan on micro managing their insurance staff to get the pre-authorization done, or walk away and save yourself the stress and excuses.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Warner Family Dental. After my initial cleaning and consultation, Dr. Jason Bennett recommended crowns for two of my healthy teeth, citing the need to protect the roots due to old, large fillings. I trusted the recommendation and went ahead with the procedure. However, after the crowns were placed, I experienced significant pain for about a week. When I returned to the office, Dr. Warner, not Dr. Bennett, examined me and suggested I might need a root canal, though they indicated they couldn't assist with that. Upon seeking advice from friends in the dental field, I was informed that crowns should not have been recommended in my case, as there were no cavities or cracks in the fillings. This feels unethical to me, especially given the cost of the procedure ($1,700) and the additional discomfort and uncertainty it caused. I won't be returning to this practice, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if they are recommended similar treatments without clear, necessary reasons.

Fantastic experience: I arrived to Utah to visit family for the holidays. Two days before a tooth cake and inflammation of my upper gum was killing me. Hours after arriving I contacted the Warner Family Dental Clinic and were able to see me within 1 hour.. the team of the dentist were amazing, friendly, professional. Immediate xray results identified an infection. The doctor proceeded to perform a root canal and tackle the infection. He did an amazing job . Fixed the problem, I will as able to remove the pain the same day . I had an amazing experience. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! The staff is great, and the dentist are awesome people who care for your teeth. I always choose to have Sara one of their Dental hygienist clean my teeth because she is amazing at what she does. I always leave with my teeth feeling much cleaner. 5 PLUS STARS Update: The staff is absolutely amazing and my hygienist Sara is the BEST. My teeth have never felt so good. Both of the Dentist are very specialized and actually care about your teeth. I have recommended them both to my family and friend's! 20 PLUS STARS!!

Fantastic experience: First of all, I have always hated going to the dentist! I feel like every time I went they would tell me that I need to have this or that done! Then I would walk out with a $3500 bill! Not here! I had such a great experience here! They brought me right back at my appointment time and got my teeth x-rayed, cleaned, and flossed! Both my hygienist and dentist were fantastic! They asked me what I wanted to do with the small issue with my teeth instead of telling me that I needed some outrageously priced treatment! They helped me understand what options I could choose and what the benefits of each were! They were so helpful! I will definitely be coming back and also telling everyone about my experience here!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Warner. He is very nice, attentive and professional. The staff is friendly and accommodating , from the front desk to the dental assistents and Dr. Warner, they all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I’m forever grateful to have such an amazing Dentist! We used to live two blocks from the office, now we moved 45 minutes away, but honestly they are worth the drive! I highly recommend him to everyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: The dentist I saw, Dr. Bennet was SO nice and helpful. He seems very professional, and the place inside was super neat, very updated and cool looking, but it doesn’t feel ‘cold’ if you know what I mean. They have a tv screen built into the ceiling right above your head as well. The receptionists there were also very nice! They told me when I asked about payment plans that they are starting to work with Cherry Credit now and they only do a soft credit check so it doesn’t ding your credit, and they also said told it’s super easy to get approved for it, you can do it super quick right there in office. So then you’d only pay Cherry the small monthly payment until your dental work is all paid off. I think it’s 0% interest for quite a while but don’t quote me on that. I’ll be doing it when I go back in on Wednesday to get my work done.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I had a filling break (from a prior dentist), and they were able to get me in quickly and even stayed late to help me out. Very friendly and personable. Glad to have found a new dentist. Adding to my review a couple years later- and I'm super happy with Warner Family Dental. I've gone through multiple other prior dentists that I wasn't happy with. These guys are awesome- and I hope we're able to stay with them for a long time.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided the dentists for a few years due to an experience somewhere else where a doctor wanted to redo my whole mouth with root canals and kept changing pricing on me. I finally decided I needed to go in especially being postpartum and a tooth bugging me. I went in and the ENTIRE staff was soooo sweet and made me so comfortable. They were so personable asking about me and my baby and my teeth concerns. I was not pressured and Dr Hansen was so nice and honest! Turns out I needed ZERO root canals like the other doctor said and I was able to get a crown on a broken tooth same day! They knew I was short on time due to my baby being with family and were so awesome and kept checking we were good on time. They treated me like royalty, offering drinks, movies and even put an eye mask on me. Being a new mom and someone who fears the dentist this was 5 star service and I look forward to going back! I have always been so scared of going to the dentist, and they really took care of me. The whole staff is so pleasant! And Dr Hansen is the best! They definitely have made that fear of going away!

Fantastic experience: As I have gotten older I have lost the ability to get numb easily for dental work to be done. In the past it has taken a lot to get numb. During a previous dental experience prior to coming here, I was jabbed 9 times in my mouth and still didn't get numb. Dr. Hansen has taken the time to figure where my nerves lay and is able to numb me in less than 3 pokes. Usually takes only 2 pokes. He is more than willing to stop in the middle of a procedure and numb me up again if needed. He asks constantly if I am still doing OK. What an amazing dentist! Awesome place.

Fantastic experience: My kids love going to Dr Warners and Dr Nelson's office. All the staff is very kind. They work very well with my kids that have anxiety. Telling them everything they were doing and that everything will be okay. I would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for years as a family. Our kids love the office, and as a parent it’s so nice to be able to schedule everyone within the same hour. My daughter started having some extreme pain around one of her teeth, and when I called they squeezed her in at the very end of the day so she could be seen. The reception staff is always so kind, and you can tell that the hygienists enjoy working there. Strongly suggest this dental office, whether you’re an adult or a child.
