Dr. Amee, Dr. Shah and Dr. Le are all equally amazing! I know them best because I work along side them each and everyday. The assistants Evelyn and Carrie will make you feel right at home. Front office staff Karina and Edith do their best to schedule and answer questions about insurance. This office team atmosphere will make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Edit: I’ll start this off by saying I’m absolutely petrified of dentists and I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews before visiting. My personal experience, I wouldn’t go back. The staff is kind — but after repeatedly letting them know how anxious I was, I felt very dismissed. I had my gums measured, x-rays taken & a level 2 cleaning with a laser treatment to kill the bacteria. They were extremely rough and I’ve never had that painful of a cleaning before. Granted I don’t go to the dentist every 6 months but it definitely wasn’t my first time nor the first cleaning I’ve had. To top it off, they push you to scan a QR code to write a 5 star review here and then proceed to tell you what to say. I wasn’t asked — I was told. They literally hover over your shoulder until it’s posted. I’ve thought about editing this review for a few days now because I left their office very unsettled but figured maybe it’ll help someone who’s also just as terrified as dentists. Maybe choose somewhere else if you’re someone who likes to feel comfortable and reassured during dental work.

The staff were professional and welcoming, and they made us feel completely comfortable throughout our visit. Dr. Shah was honest and caring . he suggested that my daughter doesn’t need braces right now and advised us to wait a little bit instead of rushing into it. Fantastic experience: Update : the doctor called and resolved the situation and went above and beyond to help us. I will continue to recommend this office !The staff were super friendly and were able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment because I was in extreme pain . I couldn't close my mouth and my teeth were hiting each other causing one tooth to hurt . My jaw was throbing and my whole face was swollen so they said I had a hot tooth and would need to come back the next week for an extraction . I left in more pain than when I arrived and as the hours went on the pain got worse and worse to the point I couldn't handle it so I went to the hospital and turns out I had a dislocated jaw and it was causing my teeth to shift and nerve / muscle pain . When I called and spoke to staff about what happened all they said was they would see if I was able to get a refund because they already put me on a payment plan for the extraction . Now that my jaw is back in place I have no pain at all , not even in the tooth that was going to be pulled and im completely back to normal ! I'm glad I decided to go to the hospital

We had done several consultations with other orthodontist, but I went with Justin Dental & Braces due to Dr. Shah attention to details and approach to orthodontics! We drive an hour from Sunset to Justin - that’s how wonderful they are! We have truly been treated like family and will continue using Justin Dental and Braces for our general dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old son got his braces work done at Justin Dental and Braces. The entire staff including Dr. Shah were amazing. We had a great overall experience. Dr. Shah is excellent with kids and helped a lot with the initial anxiety and concerns. He did a great job with explaining the process and at each step in the process. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best part was that for every appointments, there was hardly any wait time after you walk-in/check-in at the front office, which is great when you are taking time off to bring your kids to an appointment. Highly recommend them to anyone!!
