Fantastic experience: I was referred by Dr. Letícia Silva to Healthy Family Dentistry and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and care. The clinic is modern and impressively high-tech, creating a sense of trust and calm. Dr. Ramos was excellent, Wagner, the dental assistant, was attentive and kind, the receptionist was prompt and courteous, and the clinic manager ensured everything flowed seamlessly. Even the cheerful Spanish I heard “Qué chévere!” added a human, joyful touch. From entrance to exit, every interaction was exceptional. A place where technology meets genuine care. I Highly recommend it!

Negative experience: An employee offered an additional service and it was presumed it was going to be a service covered by my insurance. They did not inform me that it would be an additional cost, or what the cost would be. No representative requested or required me to sign ANY documentation that I was agreeing to either the service or the price of the service. The front desk advised me that if I did not pay I would not be allowed to leave the premises. The charge imposed for these goods and services is significantly higher than any reasonable market price, and the pricing should have been indicated prior to being administered, with the option to decline the goods and services. Be careful. This place will rip you off.

Negative experience: This was the most unprofessional, horrific dental experience i have experienced. I am not a negative review writer or hater, only positive, but this needs to be said. I called the office made an appointment, explained my needs , cleaning, which I know comes with exam and X-rays. My name was called , walked to my seat. She then proceeded to tell me I would have a comprehensive exam and X-rays, to which I then said and a cleaning. She said I would have comprehensive exam and X-rays only, not welcoming, not friendly. I explained that I made the appointment for a new patient visit, cleaning and was never told otherwise. She went to check came back and said r rays and exam only, am I going to do this, stay or NOT rudely. I said no I will not and not be treated rudely. There was another person watching over , as she then walked me to the door. I will be notifying my insurance plan, who can then remove this practice from there list. As I was trying to find a new dentist online this evening, this practice may be in-network, but never came up as preferred dentist.

Negative experience: Terrible experience! They left me waiting for more than one hour on a dentist chair just to cement a crown. I had also a cleaning after the first procedure but they said I had to schedule another appointment to do so. It was their fault to delay the procedure and I lost my time completely. I don’t recommend this dentistry clinic at all, they don’t respect their patients’ time. I will never return.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I was very nervous to have a filling after not having any cavities for 30+ years. I told the assistant Gill and then Dr. Garcia my concerns. They both made me very comfortable and were able to treat my cavity without even needing novocain. Very gentle. Amazing dentist that listens to your concerns and treats you with respect.

Fantastic experience: It took three dentist offices and twelve hours until Healthy Family Dentistry found the problem. I called this morning at 11 AM and was able to see the greatest dentist. He said that I had a broken tooth which has caused a lot of pain and confusion. The other two offices didn't find the cause until I got to Healthy Family Dentistry. Fantastic experience: Dr. Garcia is someone I can trust to always tell me the truth. Even if it’s to tell me that I don’t need anything done. He is truly professional and he is very gentle with his patients. I cannot say this for a lot of dentists I’ve met, who are great dentists but are very “heavy handed” and you spend weeks recovering from a simple cavity fix. Dr Garcia is one of the special ones. I fully recommend him. As for my hygienist Angie, she is absolutely fantastic! Very detailed in her cleaning and she always listens to my concerns and is careful not to cause me any pain or discomfort.

Negative experience: I bought their insurance for $159. They told me I need a deep cleaning. Took 1 hour,felt like a normal cleaning. It was $1000 WITH their insurance. So just be aware. I will not be getting the rest of ny work completed there. Google the normal cost of a deep cleaning and go else where. This is my personal opinion.

Positive experience: Today I went for part 2 of a root canal. It was intricate & more complex because my mouth has curvatures & a smaller instrument had to be used. It went well; actually only 4 injections to numb were needed as compared to 7 last time when the 1st part was done . It was a much better experience today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marcos is the best! He takes his time to explain everything that needs to be done and more. He is very friendly and patient. Very good at his work and always professional. I had an emergency with my tooth, which my previous dentist couldn’t identify what it was, and Dr. Marcos saw me the next day and helped me. I was traveling for my honey moon the following weekend and he was very flexible with the schedule and made time to see me last minute. No complains.

Fantastic experience: This office is THE best - from the front desk staff to the doctors. As soon as you walk-in the lobby, the front desk staff will greet you with a huge smile! They are very approachable and helpful. Also, they will talk to you as if you have been their patient for years (it was barely my second visit.) The dental assistants that I have met were knowledgeable, resourceful, and most importantly very honest- they walked me through each step of the process and told me when the procedure was almost done. Both doctors were pleasant and professional. Each doctor showed me they care for their patient’s comfort. Both of them told me their top priority was for me to be pain free. One of them even noticed that I was a little bit uncomfortable without me complaining or saying a word. They do not hesitate to provide you with more anesthesia if needed. I have been avoiding dentists for the past 2 months because I was scared of feeling pain, but it was a pleasant surprise when the root canal was completed with ZERO pain. Excellent customer and medical service. 100% recommend this office. The wait time in the lobby was probably less than 1 minute and they told me the appt would take 1 hour. I was checking out at exactly 1 hour. Also, they have excellent equipment and the entire facility looked sterile clean! I will be coming back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Garcia’s office for 15 years. He is the most compassionate and caring doctor. I have anxiety with dental work and he’s SO patient. Today I got a crown put on, I needed a few breaks, it was no problem. I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable or bothersome. His staff is wonderful and very caring too! I cannot say enough positive things. They keep the waiting room moving and seldom do I ever wait more than 5min. (Don’t run late! You’ll be asked to reschedule.) Their office space just doubled in size with the new edition and all of their equipment is state of the art.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional office staff. At first I was told my insurance would be accepted. So I take time off for an appointment. 30 mins prior to the appointment I was advised via phone that no one actually checked my insurance and I wouldn’t be accepted as a patient. I wasted resources due to office staff not following through on their duties.

Fantastic experience: It has always been a wonderful experience for me from the very first time I visited Healthy Family Dentistry. Today in particular I was met with a very caring dental assistant. As she prepared for my procedure I was experiencing some discomfort due to anxiety. She was so tender in her care as she took my blood pressure to make sure I was medically stable. She alerted my favorite Brazilian dentist, who rushed to my side and made sure I was safe and ready. As usual we spoke about our common interest, football and in particular Brazil's game coming up the next day. He always remembers me because his wife and I shared names. Every one in the office treated me like family even if they were seeing me for the first time. I do recommend them. Thanks for your hospitality.

Negative experience: Love their service, their professionals and I have been a client for years. However, this Monday I called in for a certain easy procedure and the lady on the phone made me an appointment for today, Thursday saying clearly and repeatedly that it would cost me $50. Today, AFTER the procedure, the other lady at the desk told me emphatically that it would cost me almost double! $90!!! There was no negotiation, there was no "let me talk to someone around here so you don't get screwed up this bad". It was just a "can't do anything about it" and that's it. I don't mind if their price was $900, if they had told me the correct price on the phone. Anyone has the right to charge whatever they see fit. I would just go somewhere else. Very simple. It's so unjust and unfair. I feel like I was robbed.
