Fantastic experience: To begin with I haven't always been a huge fan of the dentist, I had a bad experience as a child which left me with some anxiety. However, now as an adult and a patient of Brockport Smiles the anxiety and apprehension I once carried with me is now gone. Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to have crowns put on my two front teeth that have been cracked and slightly discolored for years, primarily because years ago, my mother had had several crowns put on her teeth by someone else and I hated the result. They were longer and larger than her original teeth and made her look 'horsey,' and you could also tell from her gum line that they were not her own. I expressed my concerns with the staff and asked that they duplicate the look of my own teeth. When they put my temporary crowns on, they were still too long for my liking. I again expressed my concerns, but they assured me they would be addressed. Still, I was apprehensive when my appointment to have the permanent crowns put in arrived. I was thrilled with the result. Great color and the length I was hoping for. Definitely my smile, but at 73 new and improved! I would highly recommend this office if you want a cosmetic refresher. --Happy Camper

Fantastic experience: Went in for a regular checkup and cleaning today. As always, I was well treated by all staff. My appointment itself was very smooth and skillfully completed. Kristina is awesome and always done a great job while being very friendly. I never feel like she’s trying to rush through the appointment. Afterwards, the business staff were very friendly and chatty with me while resolving my billing and suggesting ideas to help my future billing needs. It was very much appreciated. They were able to squeeze me in and take out all of my previous fillings and use new technology to improve my teeth with inlays. I have had these for 5 years now and have had no problems! Fantastic experience: 10 outta 10 recommend. Everyone was so nice. Personalities were warm and inviting. Didn't try to "sell" me on anything. Offered several different options and solutions to my problem, along with pricing so there weren't any surprises. Went above and beyond on a new patient visit and in that moment I decided I'll never go anywhere else. I watched children and folks with disabilities come in and be treated with kindness and compassion. Nurses come out to chat, so that they felt comfortable and confident. I don't think I have ever in 45 yrs of life walked into a dental office that was so warm and inviting. Anyone with fear of the dentist, high anxiety or just sick of the coldness of the typical dental visit where you feel like a dollar sign walking in to be taken advantage of... please go see these folks, they'll change your whole perspective on oral care. I know they did mine!

Fantastic experience: After moving from Brockport three years ago we visited three dentist office. The first one my wife’s crown fell out after two days. The second canceled three cleaning appts. because they couldn’t retain hygienist. The third improperly filed an insurance claim that dragged on for months before it was resolved. So we are now driving 11/2 hrs back to Brockport Smiles where we know we will be treated professionally by Dr Thaney and very knowledgeable staff. My visit yesterday confirmed that they are #1 in customer service and as sad as this sounds I was very happy sitting in that chair getting a new crown installed. Lance Alexander Shortract NY

Fantastic experience: I went to Brockport Smiles Dentist office last week. It was the first time. The staff is excellent and works extra hard to make a person feel welcome. I did have my teeth cleaned. The clinician was very thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. Upon inspection of my teeth by the dentist I will be needing more serious dental work done. I will be going back and will write when I can tell first handedly of the experience.

Fantastic experience: First appointment today, they already had her x-rays from our previous dental insurance was already uploaded and they were expecting our arrival. My son needed some treatment. I asked if there were any opportunities for him to get it done today due to his schedule and they were able to accommodate him same day and get him to practice on time. Hands-down best experience highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have had some bad dental experiences in my past, which led to a lot of anxiety and straight up fear of the dentist office. I didn’t go due to lack of insurance and my anxiety combined for years, BROCKPORT SMILES CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR ME. Dr.Thaney is amazing and so down to earth, I could easily talk to him for 2 hours, and all of his staff are the kindest, most compassionate health care professionals I’ve ever met. Which is saying a lot because I literally work in healthcare. The best dentist office you can get!

Negative experience: They are very very nice. But they said I had 7 cavities, went to another dentist and he said I have NONE- clean bill of health from my new dentist! Bport smiles charged $1500 for 4 cavities and urged me to come back for the other 3, that apparently aren’t even there. Was told I should get Invisalign, my new dentist had NO concerns about my teeth. Feel very scammed by this place unfourtunately.

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a portion of a molar and was fearing the worst. Dr. Thaney examined me and told me that I would need a crown to be placed over the broken tooth. The best news was that it could all be done in one visit as they fabricate it at the office! I just had it done and the whole procedure was painless and I walked out with my new crown within the time frame they said it would be done. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Thaney and Brockport Smiles. If you're in need of a dentist or are considering switching to a new dentist, you can't go wrong by choosing Brockport Smiles.
