Fantastic experience: I do not enjoy going to the dentist at all. However my appointment with Dr. Hetrich was the best I’ve had. She was great she listened and answered all my questions with detail. I did not feel rushed in the least and enjoyed the new technology they used. My cleaning was very thorough I felt set up for success once I left. The entire staff was very nice I’d highly recommend RDA.

Negative experience: My crown falls out for the second time almost within one year and this is not considered to be an emergency for them to put it back in. Although the tooth is sharp under the crown and cut my tongue when i talk or eat. Sad.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit, and I saw Meghan and Dr. Leedy. The building is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and the practice is warm, welcoming and spotless. I’m a weirdo who loves teeth cleanings, and Meghan did an amazing job. My teeth are stainless and beautiful again! Both Meghan and Dr. Leedy work gently and have great personalities to make the experience enjoyable. My husband also sees them and has only great things to say. As for myself, I look forward to being their client as long as I’m a Raleigh resident. Update: almost a decade later these people are still the best!

They are always very accommodating to your needs I could have gone anywhere, but their staff, and their ability to work with you kept me going there.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved here and needed help with a broken crown. Raleigh Dental Arts got me scheduled immediately to put it back on. The crown was too damaged to remain in place so I made another appointment for a replacement. I was scheduled right away. When I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and I didn’t have to wait. After X-rays they discovered that I had breakage on the backside of another crown. They made time to replace both crowns in the same appointment. I was concerned about the color of the crowns matching my other teeth and they were able to match them perfectly. The results are incredible. I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: I’m a 61 year old and had my first visit to Raleigh Dental Arts. It was like going from a Blackberry to an IPhone 17. Jerett welcomed me immediately and gave me a tour. Liz scanned my teeth using high tech video. What a difference from a mouthful of Goop and metal trays. Jackie cleaned my teeth while I watched TV on a screen above my head. Dr. Pyle then came in and did a thorough exam and offered some great tips to maintain a healthy mouth. Excellent experience all around!

It's a million times better than a sleep apnea machine. no more noise from that air machine. I can carry mine in my pocket whenI traveling--if I want!. Fantastic experience: Mrs. Liz is an amazing sleep apnea specialist. She was able to get me set up with an oral appliance that not only fit my needs, but exceeded them as well. She's always responsive and knowledgeable on any questions/concerns that I have. I'd gladly recommend anyone suffering from sleep apnea that can't handle the CPAP machines, to stop by and see what she can do for you. Also, while you're here for your sleep apnea, might as well get a good teeth cleaning and check up from the rest of the amazing staff here.

Positive experience: I have been a long-time patient at this office and overall have appreciated the care I've received. However, one frustration I've had is that whenever there is a new dental hygienist, I'm automatically switched to them rather than being scheduled with the hygienist I normally see. Unfortunately, my experiences with the newer hygienists haven't been positive and I would prefer to continue with the hygienist I know and trust. Consistency in care is really important to me, and I think giving patients the option to stay with their preferred hygienist would make a big difference. Jessica & Meghan are amazing hygienists.

Fantastic experience: First off I am a difficult customer, I have avoided getting my teeth cleaned for many years, until I found this place. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by a warm staff looking to help. Then I was greeted and welcomed by Jaclyn and explained why I have not been to a dentist in so long, it was due to my gag reflex. She went out of her way to calm my down during x-rays/pictures and the cleaning. Her patience and support got me through it. When Dr Hetrick came in to overview my cleaning and start to layout my healthy teeth strategy, it was done in terms/language I could understand and apply. I will be back for any and all of my dental needs!
