Fantastic experience: This entire dental care team are AMAZING!! My original dental care was assigned to another dentist in Riverside via the VA Health Care System. Went there once and it was fubar. Requested another one and was sent here. Every one here is treated like a VIP. It’s amazing, Elizabeth and Iliana at the front door are the best front line ambassadors then my exam by Dr Berdy, Marsha and Latoya was quick thorough and I left with a complimentary tool to reach under my gum line to better serve me with my dental care at home. Three days later I had my teeth cleaned by Kendal the hygienist and my teeth looked and felt like a million dollars. The dentist even came in during the cleaning to see my cleaning was successful. Today I received a think-you letter in the mail by Dr Berdy had written to thank me for coming to his shop and reminding me of the importance of using the tool to clean under my gums. If you’re reading what his patients say about the shop, you should now be sold and feel extremely confident in everyone’s ability in how they care for their patients. I’m a retired navy veteran and the Dr is also a navy veteran so……it’s a no brainer.

Fantastic experience: Like most people I don't like going to the dentist, but I really like the staff at Berdy. Everyone there is very nice and they really put in the effort to make you comfortable. Not only does my hygienist (Andrea) do a great job, but I genuinely enjoy our conversations. The doctors and rest of the staff are great too. This is the best dental practice I've ever been to!

Negative experience: This place is terrible. They are money hungry people with no remorse of any kind. My husband was going to Berdy for around 6 months, he asked them if they took Champ VA, when THEY told him they did he asked me to start going there since they took our insurance. They scheduled my first cleaning, everything was normal, I met with an older lady who runs the insurance… after I wrote down all my information for my insurance and she once again confirmed my insurance and helped me schedule my next appointment ( they won’t schedule anymore appointments until they confirm your insurance or payment ). A couple days before my next appointment one of the front desk ladies called me to confirm my appointment time while we are confirming my time she proceeded to tell me I owe an $500 balanced for my last cleaning since because of the lack of insurance. I explained to her that I was already confirmed my insurance with their insurance lady, she goes on to tell me they do not accept any champ va so I will need to pay my $500 balance. We argued, how can you tell me BEFORE my cleaning you accept my insurance, do my cleaning, confirm my insurance AND my next appointment but then claim I need to pay $500?? This was NOT a mistake on my part, the lady going through notes and stuff with me on the phone and CONFIRMS the mistake and explains she will take care of most the bill I just needed to pay $250 for the normal fees after insurance, me and my husband agreed that it was reasonable and we still wanted to go there so we PAID the $250… unfortunately by the time we paid my appointment was cancelled and the dentist was booked so I had to wait 4 months for another appointment… 4 months later my appointment comes up, they call me to confirm AGAIN and then claim they will not see me until I pay another $250. Again, I explained everything, sent proof of last payment and now they are refusing to take care of the other half claiming they never agreed to any of that, I should have known better when it came to insurance, etc etc. they get the first desk lady I talked to involved she denied even talking to me on the phone. I refused to pay it and now they are trying to send me to collections for almost DOUBLE the amount of the original “bill”. Check EVERYTHING before you see these people, they do not care about you they are HARDCORE after money.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Berdy as my Periodontist for at least 25+ years. Today's experience was as great as my very first visit to his office. The staff is wonderful, caring and professional and the same goes for Dr. Berdy. Today I decided that even though his group does not have dental insurance coverage I will now be alternating between him and his son seeing for my dental needs. I just pray I can afford out of pocket whatever God has in store as far as my dental work needs will be. Today Dr. Berdy gave me all kinds of instructions for dental care like it was the first time he saw me which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Berdy Dental Group above any other dental groups that I've used in the past. Kendall who was my hyginest today was super. She was very professional and was able to make me feel very relaxed and comfortable through the entire procedure. I used to fear going to the dentist but am totally relaxed when I go to Dr. Berdy's. He takes the time after my cleaning to check out to make sure he sees no problems that need to be taken care of immediately and gives me instructions as to how I can care for my teeth and mouth health for which I am truly grreatful. His entire staff is warm and welcoming. I missed seeing Dr. Kerry Berdy (dentist) today but loved and enjoyed seeing Dr. Berdy who I've been seeing for close or over 30 years. If that isn't a high recommendation I don't know what one would be. He is the greatest and saved me from losing my teeth many years ago. Don't hesitate to contact this group it comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go to for your dental needs. The entire staff members ( front desks, technicians, and doctors) are wonderful. Place is clean and quiet. You get great care and you will never sit another 30 or 40 minutes waiting for a technician to get you in. I have been to other great dental clinics, but BERDY DENTAL GROUP is at a whole different level. You go in exactly at your appointment time, which is the reason why things go so smoothly. Ensure you make it about 15 minutes prior. Among the entire staff, I had the pleasure to work, speak with the following excellent personnel: Dr Berdy, Mrs Kendall, Mrs Eliana, and Mrs Marsha. I HIGHLY recommend BERDY DENTAL GROUP. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Several years ago I was referred to Dr. Berdy because I had deep pockets in my gums. He recommended LANAP and I am very happy I had it done. I've had gum surgery before and by comparison, LANAP was a breeze! Regular cleanings with Leslie have kept my gums in excellent condition. Dr. Berdy, Leslie and the entire staff are open to questions, explain everything, are friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend them whole-heartedly! 2/10/2025 I’m still going to Dr Berdy’s practice. Leslie has retired. I miss her but Kendall is cleaning my teeth now. I love her, too. I couldn’t ask for better care. Definitely 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: This was the by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my adult life. I love the way the employees greeted me and we so helpful and then my doctor was the best he was so tentative to how I felt sitting in chair and even went as far to give great advice on losing weight and how to proper floss and brush to ensure you are doing it right. He is awesome and recommended everybody come here they are the best and coolest part is I even haven’t gotten any treatment I can see that they are even better. Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly office staff, I was impressed that literally everyone was so nice. Dr. Berdy spent so much time with me as a new patient getting to know me. You can tell he really cares. I was also really impressed that when I needed a new crown, they have the ovens there to make it, so all I had to do was wait a little longer in my chair and they put it on. No need for a temporary crown and come back a few weeks later. Wish I could still go to them, but I moved. Definitely recommend going if you're in the area.

Having stayed away from dentists for many, many years, my teeth and gums needed special attention and excellent care. I found that and more with Dr. Berdy! Dr. Berdy is an excellent doctor and a wonderful healer as well. This is very rare in the medical profession these days and he is wonderful! His calm and gentle demeanor influences his staff as well. They are professional, calm, well trained, and several have been in his office for 20+ years. It must be a great place to work! I have been reluctant to begin a treatment program for many years and now I am very happy that I visited with Dr. Berdy. My only regret is that I didn't get started sooner rather than later!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this place for about 2 years and when I first started I had a lot of issues with my teeth and gums. After a few visits my teeth look better and feel better. Dr. Berdy is very knowledgeable and actually cares about his patients. I recently got a cleaning from Renea, she was gentle with my sensitive teeth and was polite as well as funny. Highly recommended. You will not regret it.

Negative experience: Please quit sending me third threatening notices to confirm an appointment with C with no other option and threatening to charge me a fee if I don't answer with a C. I don't know how to send this but I'm trying and I'll figure it out. you have got to stop these shenanigans your business must be in trouble for you to try to steal money from former patients by doing this I have not been to your office for over a year The last two visits I did have you were too busy to see me but you were able to present me with a $8,000 bill estimate for dental work please do not contact me ever again. In order to send this message I have to hit a star which I hate to do but but none of the stars should be lit when I send this but here goes

Fantastic experience: A dentist's review: We have been Dr. Christian Berdy's patients for many years. He was the only dentist to have a CT scan in 2008 when my daughter hit her teeth in a rowing accident. He could promptly assess the damages in 3D and helped us plan her treatment with precision. She still has all her teeth:) I am a dentist myself and I refer my patients to dr.Berdy for gum treatment, implants and unusual cases. They are very happy with his wise and gentle approach. Dr. Berdy stays up-to-date in his profession; we often cross paths during dental seminars and share feedback. I am Dr. Berdy 's patient too. It’s been about 8 years now and I’m not changing anytime soon. I can see the difference in my teeth! The main reason I stayed outside of skill is their customer service! I feel welcomed. They are friendly and knowledgeable without all of the frills. The staff is amazing and helpful! Kendall is amazing and had a great spirit!!
