My hygienist, Caitlin was AMAZING! She was so nice and we instantly connected! It was the most gentle cleaning that I have ever had in my life and my teeth are so clean! I love how they take real pictures to show you your teeth! I love the Perio Protect to help your gums. Dr. Stephanie is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. It is obvious that the office works as a team and are patient focused! I would give them more than 5 stars!!

A lady sat with me while my tooth got numb, saw I was shaking a bit and asked if i was cold. I said cold or nervous or both, she got a blanket and put it on me, which helped. Fantastic experience: I have been part of this office. The staff has been consistently positive, even when new staff changes through the years, their dedication to find someone that meets their value has been seen, and appreciated it. My teeth has been in great shape thanks to their expertise. In the years I have been with them, I have never had a single bad experience, and convinced they would handles it very professional. The only con to this place, that I did not ding a star because I feel that it must be related to how insurances may have been taking advantage , and perhaps issues found after they reached insurance. Prepare to have the full amount ready, once the service is completed, they would send it to the insurance, and insurance will send you however much based on your policy it's cover. Other than that, the place is good. They have a dog ask if he's around, such a cutie when he's there.

Fantastic experience: Super accommodating and helpful..From the beginning felt the staff and professionals were quality. Had tooth pain, and after discovering it was cracked, they arranged to have it pulled... the same day! Very cool…..It’s about a year later now, and had a front veneer pop off. Wanting to avoid the look of a old hockey player prior to a family reunion, Stephanie, Trina, Amy and the team came in on their days off to help! Beautiful teeth once again!

The staff here are friendly and caring. They communicate clearly and concisely the observations of conditions, treatment options, along with expected outcomes, and specific dental care practices/products I can use at home to help maintain oral health. Any questions or concerns I have are handled with a sense of genuine care and respect. All of this occurs as staff are seamlessly coordinated among various procedures. The result is: I feel welcomed with warmth and friendliness instead of being just another patient. I feel meaningfully informed with a dental care plan about what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how and when it will be done to improve and maintain my oral health rather than left in the dark wondering about why some procedure was done and worried what comes next. I feel a great deal of reassurance from the professional staff knowledge and experience. They know their stuff and are constantly upgrading with the latest technology. And because they are an amazing team, before I know it, they're all done and it's time for me to go! A big heartfelt thank you to everyone at Gentle Dentistry!!!

Negative experience: I left looking worse than I walked in. And with an ADDED broken tooth. But some other teeth did get fixed. They Did Not respect a request I made regarding my own care. Also, they said they forwarded my X-rays/records, but didn’t so that delayed my treatment at another place, and they charged me for a cleaning I didn’t receive of ~$124. I had so much hope for this dentist…☹️

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been so afraid to go back to a dentist since we were at our last dentist. Today was the first time in three years that I’ve been able to get her back into a new dentist because she was so afraid to go because of her past experience. She is special needs and not everybody gets that. at least until today I knew from the minute we walked in the door that Gentle Dentistry was an answer to my Prayers over the past few years. My daughter’s experience was such a Blessing and the compassion and care for my daughter was so much more than just a visit to get her teeth cleaned. The way they listened and the way they made her feel so comfortable goes way beyond a visit at the dentist Everyone was so helpful and you could tell they all Loved what they do , what a comfort for me as a momwhen we got home my daughter said mom I had funwe are VERY THANKFUL for this office and ALL those that are apart of the staff there❤️ What a Blessing

Fantastic experience: Went in with a broken tooth and a short deadline for repair. Dr. Stephanie made the necessary arrangements to get my crown there in time for my trip. Upon arrival for my coronation (I joked) asking where was the pomp and circumstance for my event. After my crown was placed the staff put out a red carpet allowing me to use my queen wave as I exited the building! Much laughter and many smiles soon followed!! A crown to remember!!!

They have always explained everything, they listen to my fears, they do whatever they have to do to make me comfortable and feel safe! I love Dr Stephanie, my hygienist and really I love them all!! It's an awesome place!! Someone came in today scared, and the person who was going to work with her came out, got down on their knees and talked to her in a gentle, calming voice. I have never seen an office do what it takes to make you feel comfortable, work with you and have patience with you!!

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with gentle dentistry! They were very thorough and w/my mouth pain. Doctor Stephanie diagnosed that I have nerves and tendons from my slightly infected/impacted teeth going up into my sinuses. I'm planning on getting further work done there.
