Fantastic experience: Each doctor and staff member was very positive and patient as they progressed through data they each collected. The videos they show through the whole time you are in the chair are calming with accompanying soft music. All their medical equipment struck me as the top of "up to date".

Dr. Shaner had great bedside manner and took time to go over his findings, suggesting a plan of care. So far, so good. Very happy to have chosen Cederbrook Dental for my dental maintenance and care.

She went through the procedures checking the pockets and suggesting what to do to help my gums get better, she also found a crack in an existing filling that Dr. Warner checked out and he"ll be taking care of that soon. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cameron Warner is one of the most kind, friendly and competent dentists I have ever had. I drive 30 minutes to see him becuse he is so gentle and accurate with dentistry. I see him in January and am not in the least bit anxious. Also, my dental hygeniest was very good and gentle as well. She talked to me about what could be done at home and how to utilize the waterpik. They even clean your nightguard while you are there. The office is professional from Marsha on the phone or any of the many others that work there. This is a great establishment that I will highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just moved here over a year ago, and my first time in the office for a new patient visit and x-rays went great. I had some fillings switched out to white and I also had a crown done. I think overall everything went great each time I was there. They seem trustworthy so far with only having you do things that are necessary, which a lot of times dentists can push for work that may not be that necessary. The people are super nice that work there. Everything is state of the art so that is awesome, very clean facility and knowledgeable staff.

Positive experience: The Dentist was 5 Stars. This is a very High-Tech dental office. My spouse went there last month and told me of the care to detail on his experience getting a crown. They took great care on putting in his temporary crown and when he got his permanent crown. My experience was different. My temporary crown does not fit in as his did. It is serviceable but there is temporary adhesive along the side of the tooth and gum. I am totally confident that the permanent tooth will be excellent. I still would recommend this dental office to any one. When I get my permanent crown I will submit a follow up review.

Positive experience: My visit was good but I was surprised when I got there to find that my usual hygienist was not available and was taken care of by someone new and it was a man. I have never had a man as a hygienist before, but he did a very good job. I don't remember his name, sorry. I did request to have my next appointment with my usual hygienist as I am used to her. I also had an old filling that needed replacement and other then the half hour wait between the cleaning and filling, it was fine. Been going there for over a year now and each visit has always been good.

Fantastic experience: I thought my appointment was at 9 o’clock, it was actually at 9:30 but I had another appointment at 10. They graciously allowed me to reschedule my appointment later that day, which is unheard of! I was super grateful. Every time I go there there’s lots of new faces, but everyone is super nice, so they hire well! I would highly recommend ❤️

Kindness, compassion, thorough education, no surprises, detailed treatment plan that I got to be wholly apart of every step of the way. Each person that cared for me was authentic, knowledgeable and relational in their approach every step of the way. Fantastic experience: I would generally give the experience here all 5 stars then I had the portion of the appointment where the hygienist maps your gums… she was rough. She would literally stab into my gums and I would shake and cry out in pain and she could not be bothered to correct her behavior or even acknowledge my discomfort. When I had to finally mention to her I had an extremely painful neurological condition she told me that’s uncomfortable.. it is literally one of the most painful conditions known to man. So even being touched on that side of my head causes excruciating amounts of pain and discomfort. It was very disappointing seen as how everyone else was so kind to me. Update: I’ve had 2 following appointments since the last post with a hygienist(different person) that was nothing like I had thought. She went as far as to learn my history and even research how to make my experience as painless as possible. I have to say they blew my expectations out of the water. They were, kind, attentive, diligent, and in total I spent 5.5 hours in the chair not once did I feel an ounce of pain. I really feel like they are a hidden gem among a hundred piles of rubble. They have flat screen tvs on the ceiling, offered me warm blankets, asked often if I was comfortable and needed anything. And the dentist… kind, funny, with exceptional skills and knowledge making sure I knew what he was doing before he made any adjustments or went on to the next step. So they made sure to be attentive to anything that they thought I might need.

Fantastic experience: dr elton and team are fantastic! 100% of the staff - from the front desk lady, to tech tess and dental hygienist tara - were super polite and friendly. communication at every step was appreciated…never had a question about anything because they guided me at every step. common patient concerns didn’t even occur to me because they were already addressed. things like applying lip balm before starting to avoid chapped crack lips to having a large screen tv on the ceiling to offering me sunglasses. spectacular service! i actually fell asleep during my teeth cleansing because i felt so comfortable. oh, and i’d add that the facility is a beautiful masterpiece. every detail seemed meticulously planned. space is efficiently used but still feels spacious. decor is welcoming and spa-like. great job team cedarbrook dental

Fantastic experience: I thought my last dentist was up to date with the latest technology. Not as much as cederbrook. I've never had my dental work explain to me using 3d and exrays displayed on a screen in front of me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a very conforting experience.

Fantastic experience: This review is by me, Chuck not Karen. The first thing I noticed was the crew was in a back room talking and laughing. I thought this is good, happy workers! The office is very nice and clean inside. Everyone I saw greeted me. My hygienist was very friendly and professional. I felt she was the Dr. all the Xrays and imaging was throughly explained to me. The Dr. involved me in a game plan for my future needs. Not bad for my first visit!

They understood when I wanted to listen to a book and (try to) completely zone out. Fantastic experience: My technician was professional, friendly & explained the cleaning process & I was very comfortable. The dentist came in & reviewed the 3 D X-rays with me & every thing was good. I had a question about the Floride & insurance coverage& she went into my records & it covers 1 treatment per yr so we were good to go. The office is beautiful & the front desk staff all great too

Fantastic experience: Cedarbrook Dental is a beautiful facility filled with wonderfully kind and thoughtful people. I always feel somewhat apprehensive when going to a dentist. Due to the simple fact that I have a love-em-and-leave-em relationship with my teeth. I love them, but it appears they like leaving instead. So obviously self-conscious about the condition of my mouth. I was referred here by Soundview Denture Clinic (Dexter from soundview is wonderful too,) and I'm very glad I listened to him. Fantastic experience: Let’s face it, nobody likes going to the dentist. There, I said it. HOWEVER, when you have to go you should have a clinic that has your back and puts you at ease. That’s exactly what I found at Cedarbrook Dental. I recently had a dental emergency and was able to get seen the same day. Dr. Warner, Hailey and Katie were amazing and all made it to where my visit was comfortable. They made sure all questions were answered and explained things even during my procedure to put me at ease. The entire staff was kind and welcoming which makes for a lovely environment. I know I’ve found my long term dental clinic!

Negative experience: I have to say two years ago this would have been a five star rating and Dr. Elton is fabulous. However, since moving to the new office and the change in office staff the service is less than stellar anymore. There is a new hygienist every time you go in. I received a text message 9 month ago asking me to pay my bill; however, I was only ever in for cleanings so asked for a detailed statement which I just only received.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment with this dentist office this week and I feel strange saying it was the best dentist experience in my life. The online setup process was smooth and easy and detailed. Felt very transparent. If you upload everything before your appointment check in is a breeze. Staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. They are very knowledgeable, ask you lots of questions along the way, ask what makes you comfortable, and create an easy going feel to the experience. They created a through treatment plan, and provided an estimate of costs accounting for insurance. I would recommend coming here for your dental needs.

Positive experience: I had a dental appointment last Wednesday. I came in expecting to take the next step in the process for the tooth implant procedure I am going through. It has been 3 months without a tooth and was anxiously awaiting getting closer to being done. Instead of going to an exam room I was ushered into the business office. Where I was told that my insurance did not cover this procedure. The procedure that had started last November. The tooth extraction was on Jan. 8 and I have waited 3 months for this appointment only be told at that point about the insurance issue. I did not appreciate being caught off guard like that. Why did it take so long to inform me of this and why was the whole process started without looking into this? I felt like I had been called to the principal's office. Marcia was pleasant about it all. She had fully looked into an option for dealing with this. We have added the additional insurance, and I did get the scan that day. I am not happy about the timing of it all. If I had known sooner perhaps I could have started the insurance April 1st and could have proceeded sooner with this very long process.

Fantastic experience: It was exemplary! Not a corporation where you finish the examination and are then handed to the “sales team”! They were very personable, making sure I was comfortable and my needs were being met along with being professional. There were even gifts at checkout (like I remember before $$$ became the number one priority).
