Fantastic experience: Love the service we get.

Fantastic experience: Today was my little one’s first dentist appointment and I was absolutely amazed! The place is super cute, clean and all of the staff were AMAZING! So happy we found this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr A and all the staff are amazing. Super caring, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! My son loves it, I wish I could be a patient. Plus, the office is absolutley adorable!

Fantastic experience: The first dentist went to is more just for adults and they did not do well with my son. But as soon as we switched to the Mentor Pediatric Dentistry it has been wonderful and he doesn't mind going anymore. Which he is a very hyperactive five year old, and they really work with him and us as the parents. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about them and how they treat their little patients.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. A and his staff. My son has autism, and many everyday tasks can be very challenging for him. During our visit today, Dr. A and the entire team were incredibly understanding and showed nothing but patience and kindness, even when my son was anything but cooperative. They took their time, never rushed us, and made us feel truly supported. It meant more to our family than I can put into words. We are so grateful for such a compassionate and caring office.

Fantastic experience: Dr.A. is amazing and his staff. Hes the only dentist i trusted as a kid and now I'm trusting them with my daughter. I will keep bringing her there because they are the best of the best and care about their patients and i trust them completely. Wouldn't take my daughter to anyone else. Made this review 3 years ago now editing to say both my daughters now go to Dr. A. He has been my first daughters dentist for 5 years now and still same satisfaction including all the work he has done. It all is still holding up very well. He takes the time to care for both of them and Dr. A. and his team have now earned my youngest trust and my youngest has been going for 3 years now. Still wouldn't trust any other team with my babies as Dr.A and his team is always our go to and treats our babies and family like family. Also spoils my girls as well lol. Total experiences between me and my siblings and my kids have been with Dr.A and his team for almost 30 years and I don't see it changing anytime soon!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was friendly and really great with my 4 year old! They are kind, respectful and knowledgeable. And Dr. A is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr A for about 10 years. He makes it not scary for the kids, the staff is wonderful, and the environment super kid friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a shot!

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our daughter to Dr. A for over 9 years and he and his staff are always so friendly and talk to you like you’re humans not just a number like some doctors offices do. We truly can’t recommend Mentor Pediatric Dentistry more. We have told all our family and friends when they are in need of a dentist for their kiddos. I wish all Doctors could be like Dr. A!

Fantastic experience: Bring your little ones here. My 4yo had crowns put on 6 of his teeth, including his 4 front teeth. You would never know they were crowns/caps by looking! The work is amazing. And comfortable. He barely had any pain or discomfort beyond the day of the surgery. We had a cleaning today and it was super quick. Very friendly staff and Dr A himself is wonderfully kind.

Fantastic experience: Dr A is wonderful with our children! Abbie was very excited with her new toothbrush and paste. Unfortunately, she wasn’t cooperative and I was, well, embarrassed. Dr. A. was magical. He showed her, her brother’s teeth, and what a dentist looks at. She opened her mouth quickly enough to get the job done after. (She’s still grounded though for the rest of the day. She needs to cooperate next time. )

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves coming to this dentist office!!! The staff is extremely friendly, take their time to answer questions, and also likes to make sure that my daughter is comfortable at all times. The dentist is amazing, and make sure that my daughter is not afraid of anything. He also takes the time to explain to me what’s going on with my daughter and ask me if I have any questions. This place is phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Dr.A and and his staff was extremely awesome!!!! From the receptionist to the dental assistant. They all gave me and my children a very warm welcome. Greeted us with a smile .. and took good care of my children made them very comfortable we all walked out with smiles.. I’ll highly recommend them.. thanks so much!!! Dr.A and the staff…I’ve been with this dentist quite a while now .. and it’s the best decision I’ve made .truly amazing staff !! is so welcoming and warm hearted .. and I’ll just say Dr.A is a prime example of and wonderful person he melts my heart !!! .. Negative experience: I am making this post on my daughter’s behalf as she is a first time parent with a full schedule and I have the time. Her 2yr old toddler has had 2 visits in this office. The first appt was a good experience , her father brought her in and they gave him advice on continuing to do good hygiene and to limit juice to 2x a week and encourage more water. This visit was quick but it was only an exam which is to be expected. For a little background this is an interracial couple. Only one parent came for this first visit. The toddler had an unfortunate accident which caused her to lose a tooth and impact another. She was taken to the ER and the parents were told to follow up with her dentist within a week. As this has happened mom has taken time off from work to care for the baby. She had follow-up appointments scheduled with the pediatrician and dentist and would need leave paperwork filled out. On the second visit: Both parents come to the appt. the dental assistant comes in and asks “what brings them in today?” Mom begins to explain that the baby jumped off of the couch and hit her face on the coffee table which caused the injury to her teeth. As mom is explaining the dentist rushes in and asks “what brings you in today?”so mom explains why they are there again. The dentist looks in the toddler’s mouth calls out to his assistant that the “central left is missing and the other tooth is impacted”. He then turns to the mom and tells her “so why are you here?” She responds “we are here as a follow-up visit to see what the next steps would be” He says there is not a next step her tooth may come back down we have to wait and see if it does and to follow up in 6 months.” He then says “he can’t fill out her paperwork bc he didn’t tell her to take time off from work and didn’t prescribe medication and this isn’t a serious injury that she would have needed to take time off from work.” He asked her if she had x-rays? Mom says “yes hey took x-rays at the ER but she doesn’t have them” and tried to explain why she needed the papers filled out and he would not allow her to get a word in only telling her that she “should go back to the ER to get them to fill it out bc they are idiots and should have done it if they told her to take time off from work.” He ended the visit saying he can’t fill out the paperwork and that she “can fill it out herself and send it in it will be okay.” He said “if I fill this out it’s not going to look good like I did something wrong here.” Making it seem as if taking a week off from work would have been an improper response to take care of your child. The take away from this experience: Why wouldn’t you take time off to care for your child if they are injured??? Why would you bring in the x-ray from the ER? Why wouldn’t Dr.Armanazi look up the X-rays in the medical database? Why would mom fill out leave paperwork and turn in without a Doctor’s signature so it can be denied?He left the parents feeling rushed, disappointed, and that they were wasting his time. Next steps: Visit yelp, Ohio state dental board, insurance carrier, and most importantly find a new dental practice who is more professional and has the time to properly evaluate and care for patients.

Fantastic experience: Took my 9 month old daughter here due to concerns with bluish grayish staining on her teeth. The office got us an appointment that same week and was able to diagnose the issue and put our minds at ease. They also gave us some suggestions for things we could try moving forward. Staff is also very nice and helpful!

This was genuinely the best experience at a dentist's office that I've ever had in my life, as a patient or a parent. My kid literally did not want to leave. Dr A and his whole team from the front desk to the chair and back were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and did not even remotely try to "upsell" or offer unnecessary services. In fact, Dr A made it a point to say they could do xrays but that they were not necessary, which is super refreshing in a world of private equity dental mega-chains. We went on the recommendation of many friends and family after moving to the area and will absolutely sing their praises from here on. Thanks so much to the whole team! We're excited to return for years to come and that "going to the dentist" will be a positive and healthy experience for our little one throughout her childhood!

Fantastic experience: Dr. A is simply amazing. He is the sweetest most dearest dentist I’ve ever met thus far. He’s my children’s dentist one of my children has level three autism, and he dreads going to the dentist. Doctor A. always takes his time with my son, he’s always so kind to my son. He’s also very understanding and always available. I recently had an incident when my son Silver crown came off. I panicked because my son is nonverbal, so it’s hard to know when he’s in pain Or aware of what’s going on. I called the office, The secretary was very nice. I was letting her know what happened and needed my son to be seen ASAP. She said no problem, come tomorrow morning and he’ll check it out. The next morning I was very nervous and so was my son. When we seen Dr. A I instantly felt relief , he got the job done and no time and we were sent home. I was very thankful of them for helping us. They were very kind and very understanding of my son. Thank you Dr. Armanazi for always being great.

Negative experience: My son likes it here, so that's why we continue to go. In my opinion, every doctor or hygienist there is rude and condescending. They rush you in and out, don't listen to what you say, constantly interrupt and cut you off. And I'm getting really tired of them pushing me to get braces for a 7 year old. Still has 90% of his baby teeth. Expressed concern because he hadn't lost his top front teeth yet (lost 3 bottoms) and then looked at me like they expected me to do something. What did they want me to do? Pop him in the face? He's 7. They'll come out when they come out. All in all, not my choice of dentist.

Fantastic experience: When I was a child I went to armanazi for all my dental work and I am very proud to be able to bring my daughter to him and him still take the same exact care as he did with me with her he is literally the best dentist I've ever met the sweetest man and he really does care and remember his patients ❤️ 100% would recommend every single second of the day!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was pleaseantly surprised by the size of this office, it's huge, friendly atmosfere, all the rainforest and underwater decorations, but, most importantly, how nice the staff was! Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been a patient of Dr Armanzi since she was five years old. She is now seventeen and we have always had wonderful service. Fantastic experience: They were extremely patient with both my granddaughters. They are 2 and 4, the 4 yr old wasn't having it and they were so calm and never got irritated and I never felt rushed. They explained everything even to the 2yr old and she just laid there and let them! Their facility is amazing, the girls were amazed and to be honest, so was I. I would definitely recommend them for young children.

UPDATE: A few years later and we are going here still and still so happy with the care they provide to our babies. Our daughter had her first appointment today and the staff and Dr. A are so good with our kiddos. Thank you for the great care from check in to cleaning to Dr. A checkup- it was a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: We have seen Dr. A and his staff for about10 years now and he is absolutely an amazing and caring dentist!! Our kids love to go to his office for cleanings and other treatments and Dr. A & his staff is always full of smiles and does everything in their power to make sure you as a parent is satisfied and making the kids feel safe & comfortable!! Fantastic experience: Dr. A was amazing!!! His staff was incredible with helping us with paperwork and getting us to feel comfortable with our first visit with my 5 year old daughter. She has high anxiety and they made her feel so comfortable that she left her appointment smiling and skipping out the door! Dr. A was very thorough and explained everything that was needing attention to and stated that he would only work on what needed attention….nothing more! He gave us a complete sense of peace. My daughter unfortunately has lots of cavities and he gave us a plan….then stated that we should take some time to think about it and call back if we wanted to proceed……Our former Pediatric Dentist wanted to drill, drill, drill and didn’t show such concern and compassion. I HIGHLY Recommend Mentor Pediatric Dentistry. Wish I could give them a 10!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 2.5 year old son had his first dentist appointment here and it was a great experience. The lobby was clean and there were video games for kids of all ages to play. My son love the touch screen games. The office is decorated really nice and kid-friendly and my son loved pointing out all the different giraffes and fish and monkeys he saw. The dental hygienists (he had two) were very attentive and did a great job of making him feel comfortable. Not a single tear was shed! Dr. A. clearly loves working with kids and I was impressed with how friendly, welcoming, and caring he was toward my son. We were in and out within 20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Brought my two sons in for their first appt here. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My 7 year old up until today has been so fearful of the dentist that it’s taken me 3 years to get him to go back and they made him (and me) feel very relaxed. This was also my 2 yo sons first appt and although quite squirmy, he made it through! No new cavities to report to top it off!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! My son has been coming here for his teeth cleanings, but Today my three year-old fell and knocked his two front teeth loose. The staff and the doctor went above and beyond and got us in immediately. They were just so patient and helpful and calming not only to my son but to me as I was panicked and worried. Fantastic experience: From start, walking into a lobby filled with gaming stations for the kids, to the walls being covered with paintings that resembled a rainforest to Dr. A allowing my 3yr old “help” cleans her big sister’s teeth.. my kids loved their visit! These are the perfect group of people to work with children. Everyone was so patient and very kind.
