Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with the dental hygienist today. She was one of the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I told her I was not comfortable with that suction tube in my mouth because it just created a lot of extra air and I was very sensitive to that. She just said that she would turn down the amount of suction and she did. Then she let me hold the suction tube and I used it whenever necessary. She had a really kind, Pleasant and gentle nature. I asked her how long she had been working at Mountain view dental and she said she was only filling in. That’s really sad because I was gonna ask for her to do my next cleaning. Much better experience than I had with the permanent dental hygienist. It was a much better experience this time around than I had with the previous hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Denver a few months ago and needed a new dentist, and I feel very lucky to have found Mountain View Dental Associates. The office is clean and welcoming, my hygienist was very kind and attentive, and the doctor was great. I also appreciated being in the room that looks out toward the park. As a heads up, your first appointment is a thorough exam with X-rays to update their system. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how comprehensive the review was.

Destiny cleaned my teeth this visit and among the dozens of Hygienists who have treated me over the years she is one of the most thorough. Another thing I like about this office is that it is a family practice. They are there to provide a service to the patient and do not try to "upsell" procedures and products during a visit.

Dr. Aous always takes extra time to catch up, and recently fixed a chip tooth repair that had failed, for free, even after warning me that it was in a tough spot and could fail. Fantastic experience: I visited for the first time for a dental emergency. Receptionist was warm and welcoming, and I was treated with care, kindness, and patience by Amanda and Dr. Anis. I did need to be referred to an endodontist for my situation, and Amanda was able to reach out to their office directly and get me scheduled for the following morning. Dr. Anis took the time to answer all of my questions and explain next steps, and I never felt rushed (even though I knew they squeezed me in for a last minute appointment). I truly appreciate their dedication to evidence-based treatments and patient comfort and confidence. So refreshing after a string of less than stellar experiences elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a good visit today after a crown had broken off. It had been put on by my old dentist less than a year ago. Dr. Aous Manshad gave me good advice on how to proceed. Even his secretary helped me out by calling my old dentist for me to explain the situation and ask about a warrantee on their work done last Sept. for this crown that broke off. She also called my insurance for me to see what they would pay. This people at this office were VERY patient with me and considerate. They wanted me to have all the info before continuing. The previous dentist said they have a warrantee so I may not have to pay anything. Let's hope this previous dentist can do a good job and make this crown last longer this time! I received such good caring service at this office of Dr. Aous! I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in how this dentist tries to guilt and upsell you on products and cleanings you do not need. My wife and I both visited, and she left in tears because of how they tried to guilt her. Visiting another dentist confirmed that her teeth were fine, and she did not need to spend money on the additional services that Mountain View insisted were necessary. Get a second opinion, or better yet just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Mtn View Dental for a couple of years now and am a very satisfied patient! I have anxiety about going to the dentist and have found my experience at Mtn View to be very approachable. The hygienists are very friendly and take detailed notes on my progress so I feel like even though I only get 2 cleanings a year, I’m a valued patient. I also don’t feel like they’re going to sell you work you don’t need which is very important to me as a patient.

Positive experience: I have gone to Mountain View Dental Associates for years now and always feel like I receive very professional, supportive, and helpful care and explanations of what is going on with my teeth, including what is upcoming for the next appointment. Update -6 months later- mountain view called me to tell me they no longer accept my insurance- and offered to sell me their own- and so I no longer go there anymore and I don't appreciate that they suddenly don't take my insurance.

They sensed my personal crisis, & saw me 3 hours later. I was warmly greeted by front office staff who had been told about my crisis. They had already checked my dental insurance for eligibility. As a new patient they asked about my level of fear of dentistry, & what was most important to me in choosing a dentist. I sensed that they cared. They proposed an efficient, cost-effective solution for my crisis, and said the procedure could be completed in 1 followup visit before my trip. Fantastic experience: Mountain View Dental Associates is a great very comfortable homelike atmosphere. People are always scared of going to the dentist, but before your appointment they make you feel safe and secure and answer any and all questions that you need. I had the pleasure of working with Destiney to get a bunch of work done on my teeth. She was open and honest about everything the whole way through and made sure I felt comfortable throughout every step of the way. I believe going to Mountain View Dental Associates will change the stigma and the narrative of going to the dentist. I got in with in minutes of my appt. time. & front desk ppl were extremely nice... I received a deep clean also next visit, 0 pain, very gentle... ALSO Carly, was/always is very gentle. Negative experience: I've been going to mountain view dental for 20+ years. Dr. Anis and Dr. Aous Manshad are incredibly skilled and caring dentists. Maybe I'm old school but in a world of constant notifications having incessant texts confirming your appointments or redoing forms is unnecessary. Every time I interact with the administrative staff they are rude and disrespectful. It's really unfortunate because I felt the staff with Dr. Runnings office were my second family. I hope this changes because it really is great having a local dentist office that feels like home.

Fantastic experience: Is it weird to say you like going to the Dentist? I am a relatively new patient at Mountain View and I feel taken care of when I go. The first visit is extra long so they can be very thorough. My cleaning yesterday was also super thorough and comfortable. I have had two hygienists and they have both been great! I had Amanda today and she was great at giving me me context and walking me though things. Both Drs have been thoughtful to come and introduce themselves to me and I feel really safe and cared for by them and the whole staff. Sooo happy I found them!
