I love both dentists, the hygienists, and the front desk staff, especially Emilou, who always goes above and beyond. For exceptional care, this is the place to go. One recent story is I was 8 months pregnant and my tooth cracked at night, and they saw me the next morning! Talk about care and responsiveness.

Fantastic experience: I got my usual dental cleaning today with Susan…our favorite hygenist. I had some staining on fillings for gum recession and she did a power wash which helped a great deal but one tooth was stubborn. Dr. Crosbie fit me right in and took care of it!! No coming back. I left delighted.

Always welcoming, kind and friendly. I had a major procedure that needed to be done that I lacked all of the funds, and I had to wait a couple of months. They were so accommodating and then the time came to get it done. Could not have gone better. Brayden was the one who went over and beyond to create my new front bridge. She truly loves what she does and enjoys creating the perfect ending; Like she was doing it on her own teeth. I was so very happy with her work and she was such a pleasure to be with. Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice! I did Invisalign and then bonding, they were so helpful and answered all my questions, I was hesitant and they were so patient with my questions. I LOVED the results I love my smile looks so natural and they were mega professionals. I went to another dentist before them and what a difference! The other dentist screwed up my fillings and they did a comprehensive assessment for me and executed it beautifully. If I can give them more stars I would! And absolutely wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Dr Crosbie for years. He and the entire staff are phenomenal. Most recently, I had a cracked-off tooth and they squeezed me in as soon as I was back in town. We set the follow-up for three weeks later to set the crown but it came in early and they texted me to see if I was available the next day. The entire office is very client friendly. I’m a customer for life!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Dr.Crosbie for 15-plus years and he and his team have always provided excellent care. Most recently, I needed to have veneers on three of my front teeth. He and his team did an amazing job. The shade of white and the shape of the veneers look natural and beautiful. In the past couple of years, I’ve had to have several crowns replaced. I have some sensitivity in several areas and Dr. Crosbie is always careful to check first and numb any areas that might be in the least bit painful to work on. They are a caring and competent practice and I would not go anywhere else for dental work.

I had a root canal done and I was so terrified but having both of those girls to help me through it really made it SUCH a great experience! Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding the dentist for years. My last dentist experience wasn't great and I now I was having issues on both sides of my mouth so I had to go. I was nervous but North Dallas Dental Group was awesome! From the moment I walked in the front desk was welcoming and never seem to forget my name. The dental hygenists were kind and calming. Everything went great! To fix both issues I had to make three visits. By the second visit, my nerves were gone! Cracked filling fixed effortlessly and the crown was easy. My cleaning was stress free. I have found my dentist for life thanks to Dr. Crosbie and team! I highly recommend NDDG!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at North Dallas Dental Group for many years, and the main reason is because of the great care I've received. Dr. Owen takes time to explain your treatment plan, then performs it with professionalism. My hygienist Susan, is by far the best hygienist I've had; I know my teeth are cleaned right. The office staff makes you feel welcomed, and Emilou treats me as a friend.

Fantastic experience: I have not gone to the dentist in several years but I made an appointment here on a recommendation from my coworker and I LOVED IT! Everyone from booking the appointment to my teeth cleaning was a superstar, they made sure to tell me everything I needed to do in order to keep up my dental health and even got me a special rinse to help with cavity prevention! 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Dr Crosby and his staff are the best, extremely courteous and professional I needed to have something checked on short notice and they figured out how to work me in the same day I called. They are a very busy practice so I was surprised and very appreciate. Update 8/15 - went for a cleaning with hygienist Madie who did a great job

Fantastic experience: This practice provides the best dental experience I’ve ever known. They stay on schedule, so little to no waiting. And the professionals are very pleasant and competent. Also easy to schedule and manage appointments. Very helpful with insurance.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! The receptionists always remember my name and are so genuine. Every hygienist on staff are helpful through every step and hold conversations with you. It’s very a personable and calming atmosphere. They also set you up with preventive measures against cavities so that you don’t have to get fillings, even though that’s how they make their money. I found this office because it’s right around the corner, but if I ever move, I will make the trip. This place is worth it!
