I didn’t feel pressured, they didn’t tell me I needed to get work done that I really didn’t need, they were very detailed in my exam and explained absolutely everything to me. My hygienist Jordan is probably the best I’ve ever gone to. She was patient and kind, funny and extremely understanding.the dentist was precise and knowledgeable and more than willing to listen to me and help me gain clarity on the actual issues I had. The front office staff was helpful, polite and extremely accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you all at the office so much! You’ve made this process much easier and with no anxiety about coming back!

A simple technique of squeezing the cheek when administering a novocaine even makes that experience painless. Dr. Luerding is a very knowledgeable dentist and his dental assistants are quite talented and certainly above average. Highly recommended!

It was a process and my dentist and his assistant did a fabulous job! I had my teeth cleaned as I do every 6 months. The hygienist did a great job! I really like this Dentist and all the staff! Fantastic experience: I had my first appt with BFD this week and I am very pleased to have found this dentistry practice. Everyone there was very nice and I felt they did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a new dentist, try these folks.

Negative experience: Went in for gum gap check and teeth cleaning. Then had to wait for the dentist for a final check. After a period of no dentist. I waited another five minutes per my watch and still no dentist nor the hygienist. I was tired of laying prone and being cold from the A/C and back hurting. I managed to get out of chair and just left the office and went home.

Fantastic experience: My experience started with Katie the receptionist who was very helpful with my insurance and other questions. Katie the dental tech was awesome, very concerned about my comfort and did an outstanding job working on me. . Super lady. I highly recommend them, my wife is changing dental offices to join me.

Fantastic experience: Today I met Jordan, who took care of my cleaning and x-rays. She made me feel comfortable. I like that aDr. Luerding always explains the results of my exams and discusses treatment plans. All of the staff is always pleasant and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new dentist anyway, but then I had what I thought was a cavity so I called Brevco and was able to get in the next day. The staff was friendly and professional, and Dr Luerding was laid back and made a good first impression. Turns out I didn’t have a cavity, and I’m going back in a few weeks to get A cleaning and go forward from there with my new dentist

Fantastic experience: Lost a crown. They put a temp on and exactly three weeks later replaced it with the permanent cap. All went smoothly. Cost isn't cheap but fair. Friendly, caring staff.

His entire staff is just as amazing!! The office manager, the lady that checked me in and my fav— Katie my hygienist is a true sweetheart! She made me feel comfortable she picked up on my nervousness and reassured me that I would be ok. I haven’t been the best with my oral care and it had been a while since stepping foot into a dentist. I am so glad I found them and I’m looking forward to many years with them. If you are in need of a dentist, a place that makes you feel comfortable and the dentist himself is not only nice but funny. You should really consider Brevco!! Now I will tell you to get an appointment will take a while but hey it’s worth it!! Gem in disguise in Lake St Louis!!

Fantastic experience: First time at a dentist office in about 10 years and I was nervous. They were so nice from the start. They explained and addressed some issues I had going on and helped me come up with a dental plan to get everything taken care of properly! They even were able to get me in significantly sooner because of the call list! I recommend brevco for anyone wanting a genuine good quality experience

Negative experience: We wanted to like this dentist office. Clearly they’re short staffed on hygienists as you can only schedule a cleaning appointment every 10 months. They send out emails a couple times a month to try to fill late cancellations to move people up on their wait lists. The practice also promotes questionable business practices as they recommended a “not covered by insurance” fluoride treatment for $100 out of pocket on separate occasions for both family members. Strange because our oral hygiene and teeth are “great” per the dentist. Much to be desired for an almost 5 star dental practice. Not many options in the LSL region so choose wisely.

Fantastic experience: One of my least favorite things to do is go to the dentist. I was the kid that had overcrowding and hence many teeth pulled. Almost 4 years of braces. And many dentists. And lots of anxiety. Some were okay and some were awful. But this was our first visit to Brevco and EVERY SINGLE MOMENT was the BEST I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had dentists walk out of the room, try to sell me hardware, tell me I needed this or that, but not here. Everyone at Brevco was kind, friendly, organized, engaged, professional, efficient, and with zero pressure. This will be my lifetime dentist office. I’m still saying 4 days later, “I’m pretty sure that was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had!” Absolutely recommend them to anyone and especially those that may have dental anxiety!!

Positive experience: I moved to at. Louis end of February of this year. This Brevco family dentistry was an easy Decision as it was A family group, my Daughter and her family all have been an active part of this dentistry for decades. I’d highly Recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Brevco dentistry as a first time patient was easy. Brittany was pleasant and explained everything very well Dr was nice and easy to talk to gave several options.

Negative experience: I was extremly disappointed in my last scheduled cleaning. There were several steps that were omitted in my cleaning that is normally done. The hygienist did not floss my teeth. She did not polish my teeth, even though she asked what flavor I wanted. She did not check each tooth/gum and record the number that is usually done. Just took a quick look and said they look good. Also they usually do a baking soda treatment,--that also was omitted. I felt that she wanted me "in" and "out" as fast as possible. Then, when she set up my next appointment, instead of being 6 months out, it is 10 months out because of a "shortage of hygenists." When I left, I was overcharged (charged for x rays that didn't happen) but the person did catch that mistake as I was leaving. I'm seriously considering looking for a different dental facility. Brevco used to be really good, but it seems now like a get in--and get out place. I'm glad I have no dental issues, maybe though, you need to have a real problem before you get any time with the dentist. The dentist saw me for about 10 seconds max.
