Fantastic experience: I have gone to Dr Marlette's office for over 30 years. He instantly puts you at WAease and his staff is excellent as well. I was one of those people who was terrified of the dentist at first. Cleanings were ok...but fillings...crowns...root canals sent me in to severe panic attacks. Dr Marlette picked up on this immediately and suggested nitrous oxide to calm me down. I have not had an anxiety attack since. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Marlette and his staff...

Positive experience: They are efficient and on time. No one can accuse them of being overfriendly. I was overtalked before i could finish every sentence I attempted. They smile and talk fast and operate in a rush probably to maximize profit but do not realize the patients know. Last visit the hygienist went out of her way quickly to illustrate the answer to a question. That is a plus. Bathrooms are always A+ so that is something you want at any public office. They almost never answer the phone. I am sure they want to return calls, so it is at their convenience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Marlette for years and unlike previous dentist always go there with no anxiety or fears. His staff is terrific! They always greet you and are there to help no matter what you need. His hygienist Mary is always happy to see you and does a great job of pinpointing problems. Dr. Marlette is thorough and tells you what is needed and always leaves me laughing. He is also very generous to local causes and contributes to his community. Great staff, great service, great smiles...what more can you ask for!

Fantastic experience: They took so much time and care cleaning my teeth. I was really worried about going to dentist, but everyone was so kind. I wanted to have my bottom retainer taken out. They listened and gave advice; rather than just trying to please me for my first visit they gave me their professional opinion and also option to take it out if I wished. Ultimately I was going to listen to my doctor, but i like that they were willing to listen to my concerns. I will be using them for all future visits, they have a great team!

Fantastic experience: I think her name was Anna I hope that’s right she’s the first girl on the right when you go back anywho. I am really good about cleaning and taking care of my teeth. So when I go they always tell me I am boering because they won’t have much to clean which is a compliment in my eyes. Well how does someone who has such good dental hygiene get to be made feel good about their clean. Well they see Anna because it is hard to make me feel like my mouth is cleaner than what I can do and she accomplish that yesterday she is the best you guys have. I really hope that’s her name if not my kids are there tomorrow I’ll come back and edit it but either way she’s awesome

Positive experience: Friendly staff at the reception desk and the back part where the service is done. The dentist is a very clean environment.Fast service no long waiting. Happy with my service. It’s really a 5 ⭐️ dental but the 4 ⭐️ comes from the 6 month waiting for a basic tooth cleaning. Which they do have a cancellation waiting list to shorten your time frame.They informed me it was only temporary due to being short staffed in the dental hygienist area. Right now I’m at February 2026 for a basic dental cleaning which usually a 2-3 week waiting period . If it’s changes I will update my review.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Florence Family Dentistry! I’ve been going there for about 4 years. When I started, I was coming from a long history of no dental insurance and therefore no dental care. Even though it had been years since I had proper care for my teeth, they treated me with understanding and kindness. I felt seen and heard and not “shamed” and sold on tons of extra services needed since it had been so long. I can’t say that for other local dentists. I briefly had to search for a new dentist in the past year when my work changed our insurance which made FFD out of network. After HORRIBLE experiences with 2 separate local dentist offices, I called FFD and asked to be seen out of network. It was SO worth it to me to come back because I found NO one who matched their level of care for the WHOLE person, not just their teeth! My last visit was amazing. My hygienist took so much time to make sure my teeth looked the best that they possibly could. She was so kind and patient and I am SO appreciative. I could see a drastic improvement from her work. Dr. Marlette is so personable (also not easy to find in a dentist), makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t try to push unnecessary procedures (as I experienced at other offices). I’ve had great experiences with all of their staff. HIGHLY recommend Florence Family Dentistry! They are the best in NKY, truly.

Fantastic experience: Fully meet my expectations for general dental care. So they get 5 stars. But be advised this is a busy practice and if you need cleanings more than 2X/year, you'll need to schedule those well in advance. In other words, when you're there, getting next appointment 6 months out isn't a problem, but getting one 3-4 months out is more difficult. So best bet is have at least next two appointments scheduled in advance if you're looking for 3-4 cleanings/year.

Dr Mackenzie Bindley and his Dental tecknition are hands down incredible. From there capability to make you feel at ease like you have been a part of there family your hole life to there ability and flawless execution of the dental procedures they perform are second to none. I highly recommend them and I know I'll never go see another dentist. Top notch five star dentistry at its finest. Fantastic experience: Awesome! Had an appointment for a problem, but at the last minute someone didn't show up for their cleaning appointment. So I got my cleaning done and my other problem addressed in one visit. Great service and everyone was very nice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started working with Florence Family Dental, but in the two times I’ve gone so far, I know I’ve found a great dentistry! I’ve been very disillusioned with dentist before pushing for thousands of dollars when I’m in pain and just need one thing done, here though Doctor Gribbins, who I met with, and their team have been kind, thoughtful, worked with me clearly and without hassle or making me feel as if I’m about to be in debt just to feel better. They have found better solutions for my health when I just want the quickest way. I’m absolutely in awe of Florence Family and truly after two visits trust them to be my dentistry

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marlette was able to see me right away I have not been to him in a while. He took an x-ray and I was only charged for the x-ray not the work that he performed while I was there as my crown fell out. A crown that was done in Florida long ago by another dentist. scheduling was easy Online and I was called right away. He referred you to get work done and i will be back for cleanings in january.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marlette and his staff are excellent. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I no longer fear my dental appointments. I recently had a crown put on after breaking a tooth. Dr. Marlette and Brandy made me feel comfortable (at least as comfortable as one can be while having a crown put on). Whenever I hear someone asking for dentist recommendations, I always point them to Dr. Marlette's office.

Fantastic experience: I called Florence Family Dentistry to recement my crown. I was able to get an appointment next day. Dr. Gribbons took an ray to make sure the tooth was ok, then recommended the crown.

Negative experience: So today I was told that I would be placed on a call list basically a black list bc I missed my app due to work. Some people have responsibilities and can’t leave work until they are relieved. I called two hours prior to knowing my job would run over so now they are placing me on a call list where I can’t call and schedule appointments even though I have been loyal and pay out of pocket bc they stopped expecting my insurance that my job provides. Be very cautious going here I have spent thousands of dollars with this place on numerous implants I never thought I would be told to find a new dentist but today it happened.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental emergency twice. Everyone at Florence Family Dentistry was so helpful. My last dental emergency was late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in and fix my tooth. I’m so grateful.

Fantastic experience: New to Northern KY. While have been receiving regular dental care at home, recently developed a painful condition that needed to be checked out asap. Saw on my insurance website these guys had good reviews. So called and they were able to see me same day! It's a busy practice, so not sure how often they can take a new emergency patient, but they did it for me. The dental assistant seemed very attentive taking my dental/medical history and Dr Marlette also seemed to listen carefully and address my issues. He recommended a very conservative/inexpensive initial path forward with an understanding should my pain return or persist I should call them and return. Before departing I was offered a return appointment for cleaning and regular exam less than a month out, but that day had a potential conflict for me, so I accepted an appointment a bit more than two months out. That was my experience so far. They fully met my expectations, so they earned this 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: Polite staff, appointment times are in real time, I didn’t have to wait….i arrived just a few minutes before my appointment, filled out medical history form, and was called as soon as I handed it back. In-room X-rays, and a 3d scan of my mouth (which eliminates making a mold the old fashioned way) were just a couple of the clever technology tools that made a routine dental appointment less invasive.
