But the people that work here made me feel so comfortable and when the dentist came in to talk to me he shot me straight and had a plan set. Aim even gave me options if I wanted. The atmosphere. Is very warm. Uplifting and encouraging. I would have gave gave them 10 stars which they only allow me to give five. Thank you to all good wonderful stuff here!

Fantastic experience: What a great dentist and person. He is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to. I had a tooth extracted and there was absolutely no pain. He spent time asking about me. He was concerned about me throughout the entire procedure. He really cared . He is a credit to his profession. The office was very inviting and his staff was very friendly. I moved to Cadiz 14 months ago and I have found my permanent dentist . My wife will be visiting him shortly for her dental needs. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Wells. Negative experience: Was a rushed appointment with my daughter. Was told that the adult teeth that are growing behind her baby teeth would push the baby teeth out and they are not. Now the adult teeth are growing crooked while the baby teeth are not getting looser. Can’t see the orthodontist for 3 more weeks and the pediatrician had to loosen the baby teeth during her well check visit. She said they need to come out! All he had to do was take the baby teeth out before the adult teeth got crooked!

Fantastic experience: I am a 70-year-old male. I have been going to Dr. Wells for about 20 years now. Dr. Wells, as well as his entire staff, actually make going to the dentist, a pleasure! His office staff, all of his dental hygienists, as well as Dr. Wells himself, Are such a pleasure to deal with. The few times I have had to have a dental procedure performed, it has really, not been all that unpleasant. Not like going to the dentist when I was a little boy, or even a teenager, or even into my 20s, I would give Dr. Wells five stars out of five stars! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Wells if anyone is looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great teeth cleaning. Was surprised that hygienist didn't offer to let me see the dentist after the cleaning. The receptionist said the charge was the same whether I saw the dentist or not and offered to let me see the dentist. Just feel that seeing the dentist should be offered every visit.

Negative experience: Excellent dental care poor costumer service! I went to an appointment for a teeth cleaning/X-ray under the assumption my insurance would pay for it (my insurance calls for two free teeth cleanings a year) after one of the employees checking me in told me they accept it after I asked. Later I received a bill in the mail for the full amount and ended up haveing to be behind on the bill because I couldn't afford it killing my credit score too just because I wasn't informed properly. I went to go pay the bill on the 29th around 12pm and apparently they take lunch around that time. That's fine, the problem is it isn't posted anywhere so the clients could be informed so I don't waste my time. Then today I went to go pay my bill but, they told me they're already cleaning up and closing (30 minutes before closing). Luckily I was able to pay it regardless after drawn out excuses but, I won't be bringing my business here anymore sadly I really trusted the practitioners here. My time is just as important. The hours they're open is an inconvenience for people who work 10+ hours a day I have to call off to get the proper care my teeth need. I dealed with the inconvenience due to the skills the practitioners could offer but, I can't deal with poor customer service. I hope your business as a whole works on that it really deminishes the quality of your business and sends out a message to your clients you don't care about our money or time.

The technician who usually does my teeth cleaning was not in but they kept my appointment and Angelique did a fantastic job filling in for her. She was very pleasant and VERY FUNNY!! 3/16/22 - Dr.Jay and Cheyenne did a FANTASTIC job today when removing my molar for replacement by an implant. Dr. Jay made SURE I was in no pain during the procedure using extra novocaine and I certainly appreciated it. He was quick in the removal and the bone graft. I was in and out quickly and painlessly. Thank you Dr. Jay and Cheyenne!! I highly recommend this dental office for any of your dental needs!! 3/23/23 I called Dr. Jay’s office today as my temporary implant screw became loose. He immediately got me in for an appointment and actually finished some steps in the implant process that would have been completed next week. This office is always caring and accommodating to your needs. If you need a fantastic dentist call Dr. Jay Wells!
