Fantastic experience: Between Dr. Kim and all of his staff in the Glendora office and Summer & Tabitha in the Rancho Cucamonga office, they were all amazing. For Dr. Kim finding a way to squeeze me into his busy surgery schedule because of the pain I was in truly shows that he cares deeply for his patients. Thank you all and if I ever need oral surgery again you are at the top of my list. Just hope I don’t need it again.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Kim and his entire team. I came in with severe pain from a wisdom tooth infection, and they got me in for a same-day consultation and scheduled my surgery for the very next morning. Dr. Kim was incredibly attentive and caring.He explained everything clearly, helped me understand what needed to be done, and really reassured me about the healing process. Summer was amazing at making me feel calm, and she explained each step so thoroughly. Elly and Brandi were also so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Right before the surgery, I felt completely at ease. I closed my eyes, and the next thing I knew, it was already done. Even the PRF blood draw was painless. Overall, an amazing experience. I’m truly grateful for their care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Getting your wisdom teeth removed is scary. I was very scared to have surgery, but the staff here is so comforting and validating. They answered any questions I had and made sure I understood what was going to happen so I wasn’t scared. Emmy, Summer, Tabitha, Lyanne and of course Dr.Kim did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable and safe. A wonderful team and very nice, professional staff!

Positive experience: Update: I want to provide an important update to my previous review. The on-call physician was extremely attentive and acted quickly to ensure my son’s prescriptions were submitted as soon as possible. I am very grateful for his responsiveness during what was a stressful situation. Additionally, Moriah, the office manager, was genuinely apologetic and took the time to listen to our concerns. More importantly, she followed up and followed through exactly as she said she would. Her professionalism, accountability, and willingness to address the issues directly were truly appreciated. While our initial experience was not a positive one, I do feel that sincere efforts were made to correct the situation once it was brought to their attention. Everyone can have an off day, and this experience may have been an unfortunate example of that. I appreciate the individuals who stepped in, took responsibility, and worked to make things right.

Dr Kim and his staff were very caring and concerned about my comfort… checking with me throughout the procedure and offering me little breaks. I was given a thorough explanation about my aftercare. Fantastic experience: Wisdom teeth removal went great! Was super nervous at first. Didn’t feel the IV go in because of the cold spray they used, they were all so catering and definitely helped distract me. And then I was out, and “appeared” in a different room with no pain and was all done!! They sent me home with everything I needed. As well as a smoothie and ice pack that fits around your face comfortably! Great instructions as well for aftercare. Definitely recommend these guys. A couple of my teeth were impacted sideways which I was worried about, but no issues! Thanks IEOMFS!

Fantastic experience: This office is just amazing and top notch; from my prescription being sent to my pharmacy ahead of time, surgery going very smoothly, to the thorough explanation of after-surgery care. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, I received appointment reminder calls and after-surgery follow up calls to check on how I was doing and answer any questions I may have. Special thanks to Dr. Kim and Summer for ensuring I understood the procedure and for answering all my questions. There are also little things - such as asking if you'd like to listen to your favorite music artist during the surgery and the hand-written well wishes - that make you realize that this office genuinely cares about their patients. I live an hour away from this office but don't mind the drive because of the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely wonderful and positive experience at IEOMFS with my 9yr old who has a LOT of dental anxiety and needed 4 baby teeth extracted. The entire staff (from front office to back office and patient-facing) and Dr. Kim were so patient, supportive, kind, and reassuring every step of the way. I do not have enough words to properly describe how well they cared for my son and how appreciative we are for their skill and compassion. The office is well run, clean, professional, and has patient safety at the forefront. For example, an anesthesiologist was present since my child is a minor and had not previously had any sedation/anesthesia and was therefore not a “typical” patient. The attention to detail by IEOMFS is exceptional: communication/scheduling was clear and timely, they sent us home with a perfect post-care “goody bag” (gauze, chapstick, ice pack, tea bag), and they even gave my son a mango smoothie in a “souvenir cup” to take in the car ride home. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend IEMOFS to others. I wish we had come directly here instead of trying to do the extractions at our dentist first. Thank you IEMOFS, especially Abby, Brandi, Summer, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Steve! You are so wonderful and so appreciated!

Fantastic experience: 5 star experience. Overnight one of my wisdom teeth inflamed up and I was in major pain. I called their office and they got me a same day consultation and the next day removed 3 of my stubborn wisdom teeth. I was nervous to be put under but it felt like I blinked and I was awake and teeth out. Dr. Choi was very professional and extremely informative about the whole procedure. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love everyone who works at Inland Empire Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Dental. Everyone is very professional and as soon as you walk into their location you get a very homy and comfortable vibe. Dr Kim is wonderful and so is his assistance and his nurses. Dr Kim also helped me out in understanding why I have had issues with my bitting my lip during very stressful times in my life. Out of all of the dentists that i have aeen over my lifetime, I'm currently 65 yrs old. Dr Kim is the only Dr who told me that I am bitting my lip in my sleep due to stressful issues going on at that time. The ladies at the front desk had all of my paperwork together and they were very efficient in explaining what and why I was signing. I especially love Andrea. She will stay on the phone with you to make sure that she has answered all of my questions and concerns. After the procedure they give you this AMAZING Mango smoothie . I didn't even know that if I would like a Mango smoothie. It is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this facility. I also have medical issues, which they were more than accommodating to help me with. So that i am comfortable. I would rate IEOMFS with 100 stars if that was possible. I also received a Starbucks card so that I could get myself a cold coffee on my way home. As long as I didn't drink with a straw. Any fears that I had going into this treatment has now flown out of the window. I'm looking forward with their helping further down the line in getting an implant put in. And finally resolving my situation. Thank you soooooooo very much for all of your kindness. You all are an amazing group of professionals to be around. I absolutely will be recommending IEOMFS to anyone who ever finds themselves in my situation. Thank you again for being so kind to me and telling my husband my after care from my surgery. Fantastic experience: This is my second visit. First visit was an emergency visit to have a cracked molar surgically removed in January. My second visit today six months later was to begin implants procedure started. Both of visits were great, even the emergency visit. Dr Sang Woo Kim is great. I fact the whole staff are very caring and thoughtful. Definitely a good choice for oral care.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. Everyone is so nice and very professional. Dr. Choi is an amazing doctor. He made us feel very comfortable when I was anxious about my daughter’s surgery. Surgery went smoothly and we had such detailed instructions for post procedure. They even gave us a frozen smoothie when we were leaving after surgery.

Fantastic experience: My son had a very good experience. He didn't feel any pain at all on the day of the procedure and the days that followed. He was taking his meds religiously and following all instructions, which were very clear and easy to understand. Overall, he had a great experience and felt good knowing that he didn't go through pain. One of his friends had swollen cheeks after the procedure (different clinic). The staff was wonderful. I had a brief chat with Dr. Choi about BTS, so that was a treat. I learned that his wife and daughter are ARMY. He was very nice and friendly. I forgot the name of the nurse, but kudos to her as well, very caring and friendly. Aidan loved the berry smoothie! You are all amazing! Thank you!

The practice has great processes at every step, from initial consult and scheduling through post-op follow up. The anesthesia process was great as well as the post-op pain management making an uncomfortable procedure super manageable. I’m hyper afraid of all dental procedures but would return to IEOMFS for any future needs. You will be in good hands with them!

I did not want to be sedated for my surgery & the doctor was able to accommodate me. The procedure literally took like 5 minutes it was so fast I could’ve believe we were done. Fantastic experience: FIVE STARS for Dr. Choi and his staff! I got my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and had almost no pain and no swelling. Scheduling the initial consultation was quick and easy, and his office staff were able to provide me with estimated costs, breakdown, and even squeeze me in for a same day appointment. The actual consultation was also quick and easy, and also very informative. Dr. Choi answered all of my questions and I walked back to the room next door and scheduled my procedure before leaving. All of my prescriptions were called in prior to my procedure so that I had time to pick them up and have them ready for postop. The actual procedure was so fast! I remember going in, pulling my arm out for the IV, and the next thing I remember was being in the recovery room. I was sent home with ice packs/head wrap, green tea bags and a syringe, and even a mango smoothie! Pain and swelling were minimal postop and I had no complications. The office staff even called me to check in on me, which was so thoughtful. I have zero complaints, and would recommend Dr. Choi and IEOMFS to everyone! Thank you for the best experience!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here from Young Dental in Upland, Ca and was extremely pleased with the customer service and all the insight that was provided to me prior to my wisdom tooth extraction. Every staff member was courteous, friendly, and informative which made my wisdom tooth extraction a lot more comforting than I anticipated. They were able to do a same day extraction and am grateful for their service and doctor 10/10

Fantastic experience: Had my surgery on tuesday and i was extremely nervous about being put to sleep, the workers helped me feel calm and the guy who did my IV was too smooth! i don’t even recall falling asleep just waking up , i was shocked on how fast it was! they provided me with a ice pack strap, smoothie. Fantastic experience: Inland Empire Oral Surgery did an excellent job taking care of my father and his tooth that had become loose and infected. We got in the same day we called and as soon as possible! He is doing great and is in no more pain!!!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience! The staff and surgical team were so friendly and attentive. Although I had opted for general anesthesia, Morgan and Elly still asked me what music I would like to listen to so I may be more relaxed. Dr. Choi did an amazing job! 3 days post surgery and I feel ZERO pain. Luz and Machelle checked up on me post surgery as well to make sure I was doing okay. Overall great experience!

Fantastic experience: The surgeon was amazing. From the minute I walked into the office, the staff was very friendly and professional ,answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. At the completion of my surgery I received very clear aftercare instructions, and supplies. I have experienced very little pain. Surgeon was at bedside to speak with my wife and again give both verbal and written instructions. I had a wonderful experience, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I accidentally lost a tooth in late September 2024. My dentist immediately referred me to Dr. Christopher Choi. Dr. Choi and his entire staff were exemplary and professional. I had an implant installed within days of my accident with very, very little pain. I just had my follow up visit (January 2025) and I am now due to have the permanent crown installed. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Choi enough! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome and at ease. My 7-year-old daughter needed oral surgery under general anesthesia, and as a parent, I was understandably nervous. Dr. Choi and his team were incredibly patient with my daughter, making sure she felt comfortable before and after the procedure! The care and attention they gave my daughter were unmatched, and they ensured she was calm and safe throughout. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. My daughter recovered beautifully!

It was quick, I had no pain, he talked and explained everything he was doing during procedure. His assistant was very friendly & answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental surgery office to anyone in need of wisdom tooth removal. Their staff there are super nice and very understanding especially with people with anxiety . From the minutes they called me to the back they where very compassionate about how I was feeling and about how my anxiety was elevated. They took the time to explain my procedure and took very good care of me. Now that I know what the surgery is like, I was worried and stressing over nothing. Fantastic experience: I was there today and I was full of worry and anxiety. From the moment I walk through the door their crew elly, crystal, and Luz started to make me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I am sorry but I didn't catch the young man name who put my i.v on my arm but he also made me feel calm about the whole procedure. Dr choi came into the room and explained to me the procedure and also was super kind about how I was feeling. Got my wisdom teeth out and am pain free. Thank u for the mango smoothy and the bag for my recovery. Highly recommend this office for all your needed. Will definitely go back if I ever need anymore work done on my teeth. Fantastic experience: My younger son had three of his wisdom teeth removed here. We had a bad experience at another oral surgeon with my older son - he was vomiting as they rolled him into our vehicle and the experience went downhill from there. My younger son has experienced very little pain, swelling, and no nausea. They sent us home with ice packs, medication, and clear instructions on the day by day activities. This office is extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them to anyone requiring an oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: IEOMS was amazing! We were referred to Dr. Choi by our dentist for my son’s wisdom teeth removal. They saw us in a timely manner for the consultation and scheduled the surgery within two weeks. We were called back within minutes of arriving and everyone was so kind and helpful. The surgery went great and the recovery instructions were clear and helpful. They called to check up on my son a few days later and put my mind at ease for my concerns. Dr. Choi was friendly and personable to my son, he was easy to talk to. I felt confident with him because he was confident in his skills. Fantastic experience: From the consultation to the day of my procedure, everything was great. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and patient. The nurses and drs were very kind as well. I felt very comfortable. After waking up in recovery they made me a smoothie to take home and were very informative with the at home care instructions. They called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
