Fantastic experience: I have a fear with dentist and I am not always the easiest to make happy. That being said I was unbelievably happy with my experience. I never told anyone about my nerves yet eve person that assisted in my visit made me comfortable and at ease. I honestly can't say enough about my new dentist and the expert care I received. Thank you all so much.

They were gentle and would stop often to check on me. The doctor explained everything he was doing and what he would recommend. He left the decision up to me and my insurance coverage for services being recommended were reviewed. This is the first dental practice that I feel comfortable with. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been so pleased with the care we have received here. Extremely tidy, modern, ethical and reserved in treatment plans. We have spent a pretty penny here (because of the sheer amount of work needed by my husband) and we feel it's been well worth it in reviving my husband's beautiful smile and repairing past work I've had done. We're so thankful to have found this friendly, warm and considerate group of people! It's not close to us but the drive is worth it as well. We do appreciate their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 4+ years, and full disclosure: I’ve only needed cleanings and checkups—basically the dental equivalent of ‘just browsing.’ I originally picked this place because they had CEREC crown technology (for the imaginary day I might need a crown and want it immediately). This clinic is unbelievably high tech. They do photos, oral cancer screenings, gum recession screenings, and X-rays yearly—like a dental version of a full-body NASA launch checklist. Every visit comes with a super thorough cleaning and exam, all covered by my insurance. And as someone with severe dentist anxiety, I have to shout out Dr. Mercer and Dr. Tori for being incredibly kind, patient, and the only people on earth who can make me relax while holding tiny metal hooks near my face.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steven Miller took the time to discuss treatment options and consequences of the options and helped me make a sound choice. Options were root canal, pull tooth, pull and implant or pull tooth and delay implant. Very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and gentle doctor. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I got my front implants done here a long time ago. The result ended up being more yellow than I expected, and now I struggle to feel confident with my smile. I wish the color had been more natural and brighter. I also wish they had made the implants whiter from the start, bc if the goal was to match them to my natural teeth, there were ways to whiten my natural teeth first. You can whiten natural teeth, but you cannot whiten implants afterward. On top of that, one of the teeth was left smaller than the other. I came hoping to feel more confident, but instead I’ve ended up feeling even more self conscious.

Fantastic experience: I moved down to Knoxville about 2 years ago and have been in search for a comfortable, top notch dentist ever since. I had my first appointment here today. Everyone was so welcoming, very informative and the office is immaculate! Mind you I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. The staff made sure I was okay at every step, they even asked me if I wanted a blanket. I have somethings that need to be fixed and with them having a 3D printer for crowns in their office, I feel like I am in good hands. Thank you guys so much, seriously Edit: Just went in for another teeth cleaning. Dr. Tori and her staff are so lovely. 100/100 completely recommend

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth pretty good a week ago. I was referred to this dentist office by my wife. She told me how nice everyone was there and how good the dentist were. But I was blown away at how true it was. I was disappointed to hear I’d have to wait another week to get my tooth fixed bc of conflict of schedules. And to my surprise the office called me yesterday saying they had an opening and would I like to come in to get my tooth fixed. And of course I took the appointment. Dr. Alani told me the previous day she only needed a hour to fix it & remove a cavity I had in the broken tooth. Let me just say it was a smooth & painless procedure. And I was walking out the office literally in a hour. The work was so good you can’t even tell there was an issue. My front teeth look exactly the same. Thank you so much to Dr. Alani & her assistant Autumn. They both gave me 5 star plus service. I will definitely be going back to get more work done. Thank you to Ezra and the front office for being so kind & welcoming. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist office!!!!! Totally forgot to post this I guess. But I’m still using this dentist office and still no complaints. I have a new Dr. working on fixing my teeth. Everyone at this office is kind and uplifting. Fantastic experience: Very expedient with my appt. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Louis doing my initial implant. Entire staff was great. I recently visited the Farragut office (Oct. 22, 2025) to be fitted for my crown. Once again I was impressed not only with the entire staff and Dr. Tori, but with their equipment and technology. I really enjoy my visits, not only for the quality of their work, but also for the comfort once I am there. I highly recommend this office as their work is excellent, pricing is very fair, and the friendliness of the staff. They genuinely care. This office was a great find. I had a return visit yesterday, 10/7/25 to install my crown and for teeth cleaning. Dr. Tori is the best. My new crown fits perfectly as she took her time to assure it did. For the first time, this crown feels like a normal tooth rather than a foreign object as it normally would. Originally, Dr. Louis put the post in and did a perfect job as well. Along with the quality work, hygienist, Dental assistants, and entire staff, this office is great. Normally I do not write reviews, but this office is so over the top therefore they should be recognized.

Negative experience: In nearly 40 years this has been the best dentist office and staff I’ve been too. Great staff, great service, and top class. Very rare to find a winner. This is the one! Edit: After a second visit, I was not given paperwork to sign and payment was taken. They didn’t have the upper body strength so they yanked left and right gouging out sections of my gums. They covered it up and got my meds wrong. It could have killed me. Wickedness resides within those walls.

Fantastic experience: Cleaning, xrays and eval. Very thorough dental exam. Hygienist (Lacey) was quick to ascertain a problem and explained everything and got the staff retrieving my records immediately. I could go on, but I highly recommend this practice for your dental exams.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a FREE consultation on either Maintenance or Complete upper/lower studded zirconia implants. No dentures for me ! My teeth are SO misaligned, I have G.E.R.D. most my life waking up aphixiating on reflux. I chew 80-90 times to most people's 28 times. And still up to 12 hours later refluxing a peice of food the size of an apple seed. On meds for 30 years. Because my molars are not aligned to chew. Everyone at CSnI , even tho i am originally only a possible new Maintenance patient , were very nice ,pleasant ,helpful ( including my parking lot lost building help on phone , getting there ) , experienced, caring , efficient. Remember , this is a FREE visit for 'implant consultation' . I am 70 and Never had a more thorough ,complete ,cover ALL bases examination !! ( this is my 3rd dentist in 9 months in Knoxville). Plus I have been studying / researching since December 2024 on implants. Sure , you can go to Molar City Mexico ( a real place ) . Or even go to Real Teeth in a Day places. By my research , you will be Very Sorry. Tho you will save some money , do you buy a car with a faulty transmission to save money ? CONFIDENT SMILES and IMPLANTS offers the most comprehensive, lifetime , functional, beautiful teeth. Stay Local , get the best !! Dr Lewis and team , act as family , not cattle pushers. Fantastic experience: I went to Confident Smiles for my initial visit and loved it, keeping in mind I do not enjoy dental visits at all. Caroline did an awesome job with my cleaning and Dr. Mercer was so kind. He listened to all my concerns and we moved forward with a plan. They did a thorough job and were very efficient. They had their next appts booked and written on the card before the appt was even done. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Miller and highly recommend him! He was very kind, patient, and helped calm my nerves. I was able to get a crown the same day after I came in with a cracked tooth and the whole appointment only took about 2 hours.

I was super nervous about getting fillings for the first time and thought I’d need laughing gas, but after sharing how I was feeling with Dr.Mercer, he immediately put me at ease. I ended up not needing the laughing gas at all, and the procedure was completely painless! Dr.Mercer did an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good results from going to confident Smiles And Implants. I have had to have my upper teeth replaced with a set secured by implants and so far it has been a great experience. The temporary insert that I had fit well and the team there have been extremely kind and helpful. The cost was very reasonable too.

Kudos for professionalism, ultra-modern facilities, and especially the clear explanations of all aspects of the (somewhat complicated) procedure. Strongly recommend.

It was so refreshing to finally find an Oral Surgeon who listened to my needs without pressuring me to go into debt with something more expensive. I shopped around until I found the right fit with an honest and empathetic Doctor and staff. I’ll be back; even though, it takes an hour of travel to get there. It’s worth my time. Dr. Mercer went all out to explain things and what treatment plan was best. Of course, this was only one visit and future visits will be needed to truly evaluate them, but so far, excellent. I visited today 7-17-25 due to an issue with a tooth. Dr. Mercer quickly determined the problem and gave me the treatment options. I am also in the middle of an implant. I couldn’t be more pleased with this practice.
