Fantastic experience: INVISALIGN UPDATE: I started my Invisalign treatment today, and it went much better than I expected. I anticipated it would be unpleasant and uncomfortable—and even overwhelming—but it wasn’t at all. The reason? The dental practitioner was outstanding. Eddie was knowledgeable, personable, and professional, and he patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). By the time I left my appointment, I felt confident and comfortable about starting Invisalign. Overall, this dental practice continues to exceed my expectations. True Invisalign experts, well-trained staff, and impressive certifications. Highly recommend! Whereas some places can barely manage a hello, this office was the complete opposite—welcoming, cheerful, and refreshingly friendly. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this office for a number of years and I’ve always been treated incredibly well. The equipment is state of the art, cleanings are painless, and the chairs have warming as well as message capabilities along with a television set on the ceiling. It’s kind of like getting a great, painless teeth cleaning and spa experience combo. I also had Invisalign last year and the experience was fast and really easy. The ENTIRE staff is amazing, always responsive and friendly.

Negative experience: my mom took me here 2 weeks ago it was great for the first visit but when the lady cleaned my teeth i felt she was rushing me and treating me like i am a child becasue i have cerebral palsy and am short she must have thought i am a child but they have my details. they offer coffee and drinks and snacks its all to get you to pay more and because my mom had the regional center pay for it i guess they thought they could help themselves to my budget. i told my mom im not going back i can get my teeth cleaned in agoura or westlake village near me where i live. really bad experience.

Negative experience: I would give this place a zero if it was available. Very predatory methods. My daughter who has disabilities went for teeth cleaning. What a scam. The technician, heavens knows what she used on my daughter's front teeth but it damaged her enamel. They come out with menus and mimosas instead of focusing on the patioent. ITs all very shady and gimmicky. A basic teeth cleaning does not cost nearly $600 - I got to Westlake Village which is expensive and generally pay around $400. People look around before you fall for this dental practice's 'snake oil charms'. Ventura and Los Angeles counties do not lack for mediocre or bad dentists but these guys take the cake for costly and shady!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and Dr. Potts is Amazing! I need allot of dental work and Dr. Potts spent the time and explained everything to me! I highly recommend De. Potts and now we will make appointment for my daughter as she is now an adult and needs an adult dentist! Thank You!

They really make a huge effort to make you feel like you’re experiencing a VIP experience- complimentary drinks when arrive (I’m talking mimosas, sparking water, etc), snacks, massage chair, aroma therapy to help make this the best experience possible. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the dentist was knowledgeable, and when I got into my room they surprised me with a new patient goodie bag. I highly recommend especially if you’re a nervous person at the dentist, all this extra stuff will for sure help you feel more at ease

Dr. Potts and his very able staff made my experience easy-peasy, quick and relatively painless. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facilities are very high-tech, like being seeing by a dentist in Star Wars (I watch too many movies). Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Potts and Moorpark Center for Dentistry after my previous dentist retired. Front office staff was nice. The office is very clean and comfortable. Jennifer and Apple took good care of me. My cleaning was really good - I saw Angela. She was great and left my teeth feeling new again after a year of no cleanings. The painted on fluoride treatment was great - never had that before - always the awful tray with foam. Finished up with an exam with Dr Neta. Can’t forget the warm face towel at the end. It’s like going to a spa. Oh and it’s nice they have a CT machine for imaging so I don’t need to go out to get more advanced imaging for my awful teeth. See you in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic, high class office with a down home, comfortable atmosphere! The receptionists always make sure I am welcomed; the friendliness and professional manner of the assistants and hygienists is profound! And no wonder, the dentists are spot on!

Negative experience: It’s all great until you get the bill. It ended up costing me close to $500 more for out of pocket than what they quoted me and what I agreed upon before stating services. Do your self a favor and when they give you the form asking what your nervous about before starting treatment circle the “cost” option and call your ins provider to get the quotes instead of relying on them and going for their “recommended” services. My child has been going to Blooming Smiles in Northridge for 8 years, and prior to my visit here; I was going to Thousand Oaks dental spa and I have never had to pay more than what was quoted to me before services were performed.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. They are pleasant and responsive, they offered you drinks and small snack. They make you very comfortable. when Dr. Potts orders a treatment they come in and show you the financials or the treatment plan in a fast and responsible way very confident and they are pleasant. Dr. Potts is a very good dentist gives good advice and does excellent work. The dental hygienist are very pleasant and nice. Also, they offer good tips for good dental hygiene and do a good job cleaning your teeth.. Also, it is easy to schedule appointments. They have lots of openings and available hours.

Tess did my cleaning, she was very nice, sweet, and gental on my teeth and gums. She tells you what she is doing. Let me tell you my story. **The Long of It:** I am a 65-year-old man who hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 30 years. As a child, I endured both medical and dental trauma, which left me with deep fears and internal shame. For years, I hid my smile, pushed through days with toothaches, limited what I was willing to eat, and endured the embarrassment of other people’s comments—most of whom thought they were being helpful, not realizing how much I already knew and felt. After researching all the dentist offices in my local area, Moorpark Center For Dentistry stood out as the number one. I finally found the courage to call and make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Potts. They got me in right away. When I arrived, the first thing I was asked was how I was feeling and if there was anything they could do to make me more comfortable. I shared some of my story with the assistant, and she immediately expressed empathy, promising that both she and Dr. Potts would do everything possible to change my experience. When Dr. Potts came in, I explained more about my situation and my trauma. We talked about alternatives to help me get through whatever needed to be done, but he made it clear that the first priority was making me comfortable and assessing everything together. Dr. Potts even offered different sedation options I hadn’t considered, always thinking about how to make things easier for me. Since having my teeth done, I haven’t had any negative remarks, but interestingly, I haven’t had anyone say, “Wow, you fixed your teeth!” either. Friendly staff, state -of-the-art equipment, welcome package, and an impressive "menu" to help you relax. My hygenist Angela was great, and very patient, so were the other staff who put me at ease, and Dr. Zachary Potts gave me an honest assessment. No high pressure sales. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had an appt with Moorpark Dentistry on April 2nd 2025. The attention to detail and the newest equipment were astonishing!! The cleaning they performed was detailed and pleasant…my teeth feel great! They (Dr Potts) did repair a chipped tooth and clean up a small cavity with the help of his assistant . They were like a well tuned machine…same page and just synchronized the whole way through. Great day for me and some good dentistry style humor…. SOLID TEAM THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the dentist. This morning I was literally praying for God to help me go to my 10:00 appt...sad, I know! I feel like I have very sensitive teeth, gums, etc., and it’s a battle for me to get there. Anyways, I was SO happy I had Vivian do my cleaning. What a wonderful experience. She was SO understanding and patient with my issues. She offered me this numbing cream for my gums and it totally helped, felt no pain at all (at no extra cost) The cleaning went amazingly well and I was finished and out of there in a reasonable time....and I got a thorough cleaning! Fantastic experience: I actually sat in the office while my beautiful wife had work done (as her emotional support husband). The staff was really organized and efficient. Everyone was smiling (important indicator for office culture). It was like watching a well trained orchestra. Fantastic experience: Today my daughter and I had a visit. They were very professional and thorough. The reminder email told us what to expect and they followed through. Everyone was happy and accommodating. They showed us the equipment and procedures that have changed. It was very impressive. Though they were busy we really didn’t encounter other clients. They definitely have thought of all the details for clients to feel comfortable and have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: The people were very nice and extremely professional and Dr. Potts was also very good in explaining things. It's very expensive. His prices are extremely high but I'm sure the care is excellent. I am currently getting the same treatment in Mexico for $1500 an implant to be fair, I just went there because I cracked the crown and needed an emergency crown glued in. If you have insurance I'm sure makes it worth your while. But for me at 72 I don't carry dental insurance any longer cuz it never pays for anything.

There’s a tv monitor mounted on the ceiling so I got to watch an episode or two while my teeth were cleaned. I had a very relaxing time.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Moorpark Center for Dentistry from beginning to end. I was able to get an appointment the next day for a non-emergency issue, which was amazing. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the office is clean and well-maintained. I also really appreciated the state-of-the-art X-ray machine! It made the process quick and efficient. I felt very comfortable here, even though going to the dentist usually scares the crap out of me! So far, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: The first time you walk into Dr. Potts office you realize that this will be a different dental experience. Waterfalls cascade down the walls and plush chairs surround the waiting room. The entire environment has a spa like atmosphere. The people around you are drinking wine, tea, and gourmet coffee. What is going on here I thought? The drinks are just part of the 'VIP' menu, which also includes lip balms and essential oils. The wine and beer is for those who need 'liquid courage'. The staff, dental hygienists, and doctors, are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They do everything they can to make you comfortable, explain any and all dental procedures and make you want to come back as you sit in your vibrating dental massage chair having your teeth cleaned.

Everyone there was so nice and welcoming, and I was unbelievably comfortable with the team that worked with me. They answered all of my questions, and even asked me how I best receive information, which I thought was such an amazing way to start off my relationship! These kind folks treat you right. They curate everything to your needs and they even cater to all ages when it comes to comfort and security. Not only do they have a comfortable and clean office with great staff, they will even give you a goody bag as a first time patient! I felt so good here and it’s an experience I’ve never received before at a dental office. Seriously, I will only be using this dental office from now on.

Fantastic experience: I’m going to be really honest. I hate going to the dentist. Hate it. The dental anxiety is real. I hate this office less than any other I have been to. That’s probably the highest praise a dentist is going to get from me. They’re actually really good with making me feel as comfortable as possible, and making me feel heard. I was worried at first because other practices have said they’re great with anxious patients when they really aren’t. These people genuinely are good with anxious patients. And they’ve never tried to upsell me. My kid hates all things medical and dental too and they’re great about it. They let my kid be snarky and sarcastic and they don’t take it personally. We don’t even live in Moorpark anymore but we make the drive to come here because it’s worth it.

They were patient and understanding which made it so much easier for me as they checked him. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Is this a Luxury spa or a dentist office? From the moment I walked into the building the atmosphere was so welcoming. The place smells of lavender and the reception and front staff are so sweet and attentive. Definitely a place I would recommend for all your medical dental needs. Waiting room with music TV and the sounds of natural water along with the comfy couches make u forget you were home. I am truly so impressed I jumped onto Google to make this much deserved 4 star review. BRAVO FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THE MARK IN GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!!

Fantastic experience: The team at Dr. Potts office is top notch. Everyone is so kind, the equipment allows you to be comfortable during any visit and they even offer any drink of choice upon your check-in! When I first went I didn’t believe it but sure enough they’ll make you a coffee, grab you a flavored water or pour you a drink while you wait for your appointment!! And if that’s not enough pampering you can click a button to heated massage chair and relax while watching tv during your visit. Beyond the service component of this office they take their job as medical providers very seriously and are very through. I’m so grateful we found this office!!! Highly recommend them!!

They seriously go above and beyond to care for their clients. To offering you a snack or drink, playing relaxing music, letting you choose what to watch, from offering you a blanket or neck pillow, essential oils, numbing gel for sensitive areas, and more. I hate going to the dentist and I get anxiety but they definitely do everything to make you feel comfortable. It’s also a clean and relaxing office and the dental rooms are pretty private too. I highly recommend this place!
