Whether it’s the smiles at the front desk when you walk in, or the gentle care of Casey my long time hygienist, it’s hard to pinpoint a favorite part. Regardless of your religious affiliations, this place is as close to heaven on earth as I’ve experienced. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Top notch. Place is spotless and clean. They also give back to the community - supporting youth and other causes. Great office staff and hygienists. Dr. Wright makes you feel at home and is excellent with patients of all ages. I always feel comfortable and relaxed while I am there which is hard for someone who dreads going to the dentist. I chewed tobacco for many years and Dr. Wright and his staff fixed a lot of damage I did over the years without shaming or lecturing me. Thanks to their care, I quit snuff several years ago. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling fall out over the holiday break so I called and left a message. Sunday night I got a text and Monday morning they scheduled me in for the afternoon!! Turns out I needed a root canal and they did it right then and there. I didn’t have to schedule for a later date! I was so pleased since this is not how my old dentist handled things. As many of you know this is not a fun procedure but Dr Wright and his staff made me comfortable through it all. I have never been a fan of the dentist but they put me at ease. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Doctor Mac is the best dentist and gives the best care.

Fantastic experience: I drive almost 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned and see Dr Mack. I’ve gone to him for almost 25 years or so. There are closer options to choose from but none that compare to him and his staff. They always make you feel welcome and comfortable no matter what you are having done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Today I woke up with the worst tooth pain and when I called they got me in within an hour. He’s the absolute best!

Fantastic experience: Needed an oral surgeon and they got me in within a week and took my insurance. The staff and Dr Wright were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He was able to save a tooth by pinning and filling I was told had to be pulled so just 1 extraction instead of 2. I will drive the 50 minutes to get there because it's so worth it to me to have him as dentist and oral surgeon!

Fantastic experience: My son Keegan was struggling with a broken tooth and severe nerve pain. His dentist couldn’t get him in for an emergency visit, and he was suffering terribly. With one call from my mother—who is a patient at Mack Wright—we were referred, and within 45 minutes we were being seen. Not only that, but an emergency root canal was performed right away to relieve his pain and start his healing. He still has follow-up treatment to complete with his regular dentist, but thanks to Mack Wright the pain is gone and he’s finally on the mend. For the first time in days, he was able to sleep peacefully. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate; they truly cared about what we had been going through. I was overwhelmed with tears of gratitude that someone stepped in to help my boy when I couldn’t ease his pain myself. We absolutely plan on returning and becoming lifelong patients. Thank you, Mack Wright staff, for everything!

The hygienists are all very knowledgeable and have proven they genuinely care about your oral health. I was playfully admonished for missing a few appointments. They, along with Dr. Wright administer your procedures gently and offer plenty of comfort options based on your request and level of pain tolerance. Have been a loyal patient and plan to continue going to this practice even though we now live 45 mins away in the Columbus, Oh area. Highly recommended!

She's got some pretty big shoes to fill, taking over for the veteran staff member, and recent retiree Carol. Sarah is up to the challenge and is doing the job and meeting the needs of the patients. Schedule your next cleaning appointment with Sarah! My appointment with Casey this week was great as well! Casey stepped in to sub for a colleague last minute. She's been with Dr. Wright for 7 years and knows how to stay in touch with the patient while doing the work. I couldn't have asked for anyone more professional and caring than Casey. ☺️ Kudos to you!

Fantastic experience: The office staff were so attentive and helpful. As an emergency patient who was not able to get an appointment to assess my broken tooth and crown Dr. Wright's office found an appointment for me the next day. They also set me up for an extraction and placement of the implant post 2 days later with the surgeon who comes to their office on a monthly schedule. The earliest appointment I found all the way to Dayton was in January 2026 and that was just for the initial consultation. By the way my wife has been a regular patient of Dr. Wright for approximately 20 years, but I was not one of his patient's which makes my experience extra special and appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 wisdom teeth removed today. I was awake for the procedure. The dental assistant did a great job of reassuring me and making me feel comfortable. Mack was kind and made sure I was numbed completely and did not feel pain. The entire procedure took at least 20 min, with the extraction taking less than 2 min. I was lucky to have no issues during extraction. The dental assist (Shawn) took the time to explain to me my aftercare instructions, which were easy to follow and thorough. They also assured me if I had any issues to call them immediately. I was prescribed an 800mg ibuprofen which was filled immediately. They even let me keep my teeth, which I know was an odd request. I have gone to this dentist for most of my life and have always felt safe and listened to during my visits. Everybody is so nice. I would never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Place! All the staff was great. They got me in short notice since the dental place I was using canceled my appointment and not reschedule before end of year. My insurance requires 2 per calendar year. The hygienist was especially good.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit and he pulled both my wisdom teeth then and there at 7am. My old dentist had been hemming and hawing about having them removed for months. How I needed a prior authorization and an oral surgeon. Every single time I was there, they put me off. And I have great dental insurance. Dr Mack numbed me up, did a filling and then popped the broken wisdom teeth right out. I was in and out in under 2 hours and went about my day. I had soreness for a couple days, I'm on day 3 now and I feel fine. I appreciate that he was efficient and listened to me when I said I don't need all that sedation nonsense. Also, I'm pretty sure they got me in in less than 3 weeks, which is unheard of in the dental world.
