Fantastic experience: Dr. Bertrand is great. I have trauma issues with dental work and she is very kind and has a soft touch.

Negative experience: Feeling conflicted with this review. I broke a crown, they got me in on 40 minutes notice even as new patient. Glued it back in temporarily and went back to get it replaced, and they drilled out the wrong crown. So I get 2 crowns for the price of one ($1900). Service was good, staff pleasant, close to home, no wait. They made it right. So conflicted. Update: Well 5 weeks later, one of the two new crowns became loose for a few days before crown and post fell out. No causal event since I had been very careful since my original broken crown. So I am back to where I was in April with a missing front tooth and out +$2000.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alex always works me in and takes care of my dental needs. Every one is so patient and pleasant and professional. The office staff are very cordial. My dental hygienist is great as well!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was this week. Very professional in all aspects of the practice. The front desk girls were amazing, taking care of everything. My hygienist was informative, kind, funny, and did a great job. My new Dentist, Dr. Goodreau was very nice, calm, and made me feel very much at ease. Now my husband has switched too.

Positive experience: I was very disappointed to find out that they were out of my insurer's network after they treated me. I understand that it was my responsibility to check insurance, but they still should have let me know before the treatment, not as I was being billed !

Worth the drive from Mexico Beach. Office staff are all so very friendly and professional. Not many Dentists offer same day Crowns and Cerac are the best!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 10 years and the entire staff, Dr. Goodreau, and Detra have been awesome!!! I won't go anywhere else! They are kind and professional, and really care about their patients. I even went there when they didn't take the insurance plan I was on. I make it a point to ensure Parkway Dental is in any plan I have now. They make going to the dentist an easy appointment. Once again, they are awesome, and worth every penny. I used to hate going to the dentist. Parkway Dental and Detra changed all that. They're awesome! ----- Detra is still as awesome as ever, and very kind. Their newest doctor, Dr. Bertram, is quite awesome as well. The front office staff is extremely helpful as well. This place is worth your time and money. -------- Detra recommended a cordless waterproof water pik to use because I have an area that is getting hard to clean. Said she even uses it herself! So I got one on Amazon when I got home. This place is great.

April was my hygienist again and is gentle and very thorough. She also warms my water as I have sensitivity. The doctor did his check up and is very professional and detailed. Takes his time. My hygienist, Tammy, was very thorough and removed every trace of coffee and red wine stains! I felt that they were very concerned about any oral issues I might have been experiencing. I needed a filling replaced that I didn’t even realize was wearing away. I’m definitely looking forward to return visits!
