Fantastic experience: After many years with my previous dentist who's now retired, he recommended the Amsterdam Dental Group and I am so glad he did. From the people at the front desk all the way to the Hygienist - Eileen to Dr. Baumgarten they offer the best of care!

Negative experience: $5000 and a year of pain for THIS? What is this? I know there are no guarantees but this is CRAZY! You can take my promotional photo down, now.

Negative experience: I just lost my husband here to 43 years of marriage. And I just lost my father 2 weeks ago. I called for a dental appointment the girl was very rude they said I was there back in 2012 which I don't even remember because I've been trying to save my husband's life for 2 years at the hospital and then I go and lose my dad. Extremely rude and told me I had to go someplace else no compassion at this officeroever to speak to a person that is grieving for two people

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Amsterdam Dental with Dr. Yoo and my dental hygienist Will. I initially came in for a tooth infection and was very nervous, especially since other dentists had recommended surgery. However, Dr. Yoo took a less invasive approach, which I greatly appreciated. Now, two years later, my tooth feels great, and I’m so thankful for the care I received. My dental hygienist, Will, was exceptionally kind and attentive. He always made sure to ask how I was doing and even remembered details from our previous conversations, which made each visit feel personal and caring. Dr. Yoo was equally attentive and thorough during each check-up, ensuring I felt comfortable and well cared for. The team at Amsterdam Dental truly makes you feel valued and taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Yoo and Will for all your dental needs, they are amazing at what they do!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I was over charged for the consultation and misled. Mika the receptionist has been rude and impatient. Still waiting for a call back from the business manager “Dawn”. After 3 weeks of following up. Very unprofessional. I Would not recommend this office and certainly not trust them with my medical care. So very glad I did not commit to using them for my dental care.

Dr Yoo prepared and improved a wonderful night guard for my upper jaw. He is extremely expert, skilled, patient, and kind in adapting the guard for a perfect fit. Many thanks to Dr Yoo and to Dr Fraiman also for teaching Dr Yoo these skills. Many dentists do not understand how to prepare guards for an individual bite. A poor fit can cause TMJ. Hats off to Dr Yoo!!

Fantastic experience: Attentive, thorough cleaning by Will, along with additional suggestions for my mouth's future good maintenance. I'm unable to evaluate Dr. Baumgarten's care. He reviewed this visit's complete mouth x-rays, offered good feedback, and answered a couple of my questions regarding changes I noticed. But he needed to provide no additional care due to the lack of problems found!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle Ordway was reassuring and informative in resolving my root canal debacle. She referred me to an endodontist who, in consultation with Dr. Ordway, resolved my issues. As competent as she is, I felt that she was primarily treating me, her patient, rather than just my dental problem. Also, she has good teeth herself.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ingber for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience and he took care of all the problems I've had with my teeth. Eileen my Dental Hygienist is very thorough and equally amazing.

Fantastic experience: Two of my implants had to be screwed into place and the filling material over the two screws had come out. I was given an appointment and Dr. Kastan filled them with a bonding agent to keep it place. They are always pleasant, caring and comforting whenever you have to go there. They genuinely care about their patients!

Fantastic experience: Dr Howard Fraiman is exceptional. Highly skilled and compassionate. Everyone in the office is dedicated to outstanding results and follows strict safety protocols.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and thoughtful care. Practice always starts with an update of health status and blood pressure. Staff and doctors are friendly and caring. Very strong emphasis on preventative care. Amsterdam Dental Group is excellent.

Fantastic experience: As usual the service and expertise were supreme. Dr. Kasten made time to see me even though I did not have an appointment. My bridge was loose and he removed it, cleaned it and re-cemented it back in. Though one may believe that the fees charged here are higher than at most dental offices, the services rendered and the quality of care are the more important considerations. And, in an emergency, they always have time to see you. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Broke a molar in the morning…. Was in some pain, so I called for appt and they got me in later that day. Very kind and accommodating and (most importantly) competent and professional. Numbed me up painlessly, fit me with a temporary crown and saved my tooth instead of sending me for a root canal. Dr Ordway and the hygienists were very attentive and kind.

Fantastic experience: It’s the people that work here that keep me here. I just wished that my insurance picked up more of the costs. I had partial set of X-rays and 6 month checkup and cleaning and it was around $330.00. Now I will get PART of that reimbursed from insurance but just PART. I guess that’s the price one pays for perfection!!

Dr. Howard Fraiman saw me first thing the next day and helped alleviate the issue. I am very thankful and I was able to complete my trip.

Fantastic experience: Over a span of 5+ years, I’ve had a myriad of dental procedures/surgeries, including cavity fillings, crowns after root canals, gum grafts, bonding and finally, caps. No other dental group I’ve previously been with has offered the level of care, expertise and precision as I’ve received on every single visit Dr Fraimen and his experienced team members. Dr Fraimen is an advocate for his patients, first. He is warm, kind, patient, and he listens. Always. His work is exceptional and even when warned I will feel pressure or a pinch, It almost never happens. Gail, scheduling, and his his entire team make trips to the dentist a pretty terrific experience. I no longer worry about visits or pain like I used to.

Fantastic experience: What I great experience I had at this office. I visited Drs Fraiman and Yoo yesterday. They were highly recommended by three other specialty dentists. No one I saw previously was able to remove a broken abutment stuck in my implant. After 20 minutes of both doctors working on the abutment with several instruments ….out it came. Positive experience: Dr. Bhavsar was competent in her examination of my fractured tooth, x-rays were taken, and she said they would be sent to Dr. Laudenbach. However, when I got to Dr.L’s office the next day they had a note from Dr. B but no x-rays—so more had to be taken.
