Fantastic experience: Searcy Family Dentist is located at 1639 East BeeBee Capps Expressway in Searcy, Ark...It did indeed feel like a Family friendly environment...from the front desk, to the cleaning technicians, to the Doctor it was great!...I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to going to the Denist., but no more..Sarah was my teeth cleaning tech..she put me at ease immediatly with her great smile and happy attitude! I give her 5 stars !.. .

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentist. Some were decent and others not so much. However, I was referred to Searcy Family Dental and I am grateful I went. They were not only welcoming and helpful but very very thorough. I don't want to speak negative about the other practices. They were able to do what I needed. I just felt less like a patient and more like family. If you had a bad experience at Searcy family Dental then you had a personal bad day! They are AMAZING!!!

Negative experience: I was seen at this office for nearly 3yrs, having multiple procedures. Yet not 1 person caught that I was overpaying because this office was not in my dental network. I received treatment plans, and I asked specifically for what charges I was responsible for, and still no one informed me I was overpaying. I was clearly annoyed, but still paid out of pocket for a routine cleaning. I finally called my insurance, and was told I paid at least 10% more than I should have on every single visit! Then I received a letter from them stating there was a breakdown in patient/doctor relationship, and they could no longer see me. Seemingly taking no accountability for dropping the ball, and dismissing me after I’ve repeatedly paid more than I should have. Lol. Unbelievable! I’ve never had such an issue, and I certainly wasn’t returning to continue to be taken advantage of. Highly disappointed! I actually thought the dentist was decent.

Fantastic experience: They have been so friendly since my first visit in February. The staff and the dentist appear to work smoothly together. They make sure you feel relaxed and explain everything that is going on. They put my health first and were very patient with me when I had to reschedule my appointment. They followed up with me the day of my treatment to be sure that I was okay after my procedure. I am glad I chose to come to this office and appreciated the hard work of the staff from reception and billing to the assistants and the dentist. Highly recommend . Edit 05/05/2025 Been a patient here for many years since original post . Everything is still true. They are great at making sure you have great dental care and work with the patients and what they see as best outcomes. I fully recommend this office and their professional and friendly staff .

Fantastic experience: First off let me start by saying that I am new to the area, l didn't know the place from a Hole in the wall but was referred there by the little Rock VA! I immediately asked to be switched to make this dentist office my permanent place to take care of all my Dental needs! I'm used to doing things a particular way and cutting straight to the point, no run around or jumping through hoops, and Searcy Family Dental is the perfect fit for me, I'm an Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran and they made me feel welcomed and were the most tentative and professional folks I've ever met at a dentist office, not to mention they know how to have fun and make you smile! I can't believe I'm saying this about a dentist office but.....I look forward to going back!
