Marlenny, the dental hygienist, was warm, friendly, gentle with my mouth, and described what she was doing prior to doing anything. I just moved into the area, and I’m happy to have found a place that ticks all the boxes so far.

Dr. RO came in and explained to me what was going on with my chipped tooth and that i needed a crown. They took very good care of me and would recommend this place to my friends in the area.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Complete Dental Care. Dr. Ro, the Dentist and Implant Specialist, provided excellent care. Dr. Park, the Endodontist Specialist, also provided excellent care. Katee, the receptionist, Yazan, the dental assistant, and Angelica, the dental hygienist, were outstanding. The staff was attentive, and the office provides great compassion and hospitality. They also gave special attention to my needs as someone with Sjögren’s disease, which requires a gentle and careful approach. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came in today for a routine check and cleaning as a new patient and had a great experience. Very clean environment, everyone was so nice and talked me through each procedure which I loved. Meena was a great hygienist. Look forward to coming back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist! From August 1st - I was assisted today and had a pleasant visit. I was seen for fillings and the doctor was very thorough and helped very well throughout by Marlenny. I am very happy and look forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: My first visit for an emergency (my mom referred me because I chipped my front tooth) and I already know this is my new dentist office! As a person who is extremely anxious and apprehensive about even going to the dentist, I must say I felt completely comfortable upon walking into the office. I was pleasantly greeted and helped filling out my new patient forms. My wait to be seen was minimal. I was handled very gently and walked through every step of the processes that were done. All my questions were answered thoroughly and with patience.

Fantastic experience: If I can give 6 stars I would. Everything is just perfect. Starting from reception (Katee) is an amazing person, where you feel home. Dr Charles and Dr Lim do not believe in 99% ( incredibly thorough ). The entire procedure was absolutely painless. Meena ( The Hygienist ) has magical hands ( very thorough ), did the entire deep cleaning and I had absolute zero pain. Even when I was given anesthesia. They do use advance laser therapy that you can surely appreciate as it takes care of any ( if any ) remainder of plaque/bacteria. I can't thank enough Dr Charles for his advise and recommendations and the excellent service him and his staff provided. I had needle phobia but not anymore. At the end of each procedure you are also advised on how you should take care to maintain your dental hygiene again( no 99% ). I do not mince my words. I am thoroughly impressed which is rare.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Dr. Ro’s Complete Dental Works. First, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist. This experience was followed by Marllene who performed x- rays and the prep work for my visit. Marllene was clear and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Afterwards Dr. Ro took a look and found no issues so I was ready for my cleaning! Meena performed my cleaning. While doing so she always made sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Afterwards Meena and Marllene performed the whitening treatment. Last but not least Meena completed my visit with some fluoride. All throughout Marllene and Meena checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you for another great visit ! I highly recommend their dental services.

The Dental Assistants/staff maintained the same level of professionalism and etiquette as Dr.Ro/MeeNa. Its obvious that they're an establishment that has pride in what they do which is why I'd 100% recommend friends and family here.

Out of all of the dentists I’ve been to Dr. Ro was able to break down and even draw pictures of what was going on with my tooth/gums in super detail. Meena also did a wonderful job with my cleanings. Fantastic experience: Meena the dental hygienist was awesome. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and she was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Although there were some scheduling issues, Meena apologized right away (even though it wasn’t her fault) and made sure I was able to get a cleaning.

She takes time to clean your teeth and constantly checks to make sure you are comfortable, my teeth feels squeaky clean. The staff is also very amicable and Dr. Ro is hands down the best. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Never had a bad experience and the staff is stellar. Meena was my hygienist and she's always super thorough. She's the reason I floss every day and use a soft bristle tooth brush. She is constantly pointing out the areas that need work and how I can improve, and I am super appreciative of that and excited to see her on my biannual visits! I also usually have Dr. Ro but he was out so I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lim. And please don't let the youthful appearance fool you - he is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I'm super happy leaving and always happy to come back. Thank so much!!!!

Fantastic experience: A friend suggested complete dental works to myself and my partner. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and friendly everyone here is! From initially calling to schedule an appointment, arriving, being seen and taken care of by Carmen & Dr. Ro, providing documentation, initial patient consult and cleaning…. Everything was a pleasant experience, staff is all very friendly. They explain things as they go and make sure you are comfortable with their actions. The (Teaneck) office itself is clean and new. All equipment looks new and well maintained. This is just my first visit but I expect that I will be satisfied with CDW as my new dentist office. Also a plus, they have in house ortho!

Fantastic experience: After having nightmare sessions with a different dentist in NYC, I've finally found an amazing dentist that's understanding and gental with my teeth and mouth. From the start to the end they weren't aggressive with me, but gental and always asking me if I'm okay and if I'm comfortable. My previous one just went in and when I said it hurt they would say almost done. I'm super glad I found this group of dentist because going to get a teeth cleaning doesn't feel like a nightmare anymore. I'm looking forward to my next appointment ☺️

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of needles especially after having a bad experience years ago during an extraction. Since becoming Dr. Ro’s patient I will not see any other dentists. That is why I initially was apprehensive to have my root canal performed today by Dr. Park the root canal specialist. Dr. Park explained every step of the procedure and was very patient with me. I felt minimal pain and discomfort throughout the whole 2 hr process. Any time I complained of sensitivity or discomfort Dr. Park immediately addressed it and ensured I was ok before he continued the root canal. Carmen the certified dental assistant has such a warmth. She also goes above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable and genuinely cares about each patient. Thank you both for making today’s experience a memorable - in a good way !

Negative experience: The amount of time that he spends on each patient is minimal and optimized to maximize their patient flow. They botched my filling. I have attached the xray, I spent another 800$ to fix this in nyc. You will save yourself money and time if you avoid corporate practices and use well knows practices in the city .

Negative experience: Dont recommend it to anyone. Not a good dental office. Overpriced. And they actually make people write good reviews on here in order to get in their weekly raffle. Reviews are false! If you dont believe me go to the office you will see how they get you to write a review in order to enter the raffle. Hygienist is the worst in this place. Terrible cleaning. Made all my gums bleed i was in so much pain and im a person wit zero cavities. For new patients you will be at the office for more than two hrs. DONT COME HERE!

Fantastic experience: Came in for a visit and the team was fantastic. Accommodating for a last second appointment. Scarleth was wonderful and had some great tips for helping me on the chair (I’m not a huge fan of the dentist). Was one of the best visits to a dentist in a long time.

Fantastic experience: This place has been so good to me and my family when it comes to dental treatment. I have went through a lot to get my dental health where it should be. Dr. Cantuarias saved an old root canal for me a year ago and she was so reassuring that she would save the tooth! I recently completed a deep cleaning and man can you see the difference. Shout out to Dr. Ro for completing my tooth implant yesterday I can smile with confidence now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received at both locations. Thank you to the staff who are also very kind and welcoming❤️

Positive experience: As a first time patient I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer (I think she's the dental assistance) she was super kind and gentle. The payment coordinator can do a better job in doing their due diligence by checking each patient insurance instead of assuming the insurance wont pay and charging the patient. Also, the reason they have 5 stars and great reviews is because they encourage you to write a review while in the office so you can be entered in a raffle ..

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office, on the phone and especially in my MOUTH was awesome and so caring!! I have a real fear of dentist (one traumatic teenage visit) but Dr Ro was soooooo understanding. Enisa the hygienist, Scarlet and Jennifer the dental assistants even wiped my tears and tried using distraction techniques help me relax. Dr Ro listened to my concerns and adjusted his plan of care accordingly. Listen come to this place, it's the best dental office in TEANECK!! I did cheat-- I needed the gas whatever it HELPED

Fantastic experience: Aug 2023- Here at my favorite dentist office again. As usual staff is amazing and wonderful. My whole family is always taken cared of here. Will never go anywhere else. 2 years ago- Doctor and staff were friendly and caring. Took the time to explain procedure details and the insurance coverage. They worked with me to get me in asap when I had a cracked tooth and nerve was exposed. Great place!!!!
