Fantastic experience: Cornerstone Dental truly deserves their 5-star rating. I’ll admit, when I first saw all the perfect reviews, I wondered if it was either really that great or a red flag. It’s absolutely not a red flag — this place is just that good. I was a last-minute, unestablished patient right before Christmas break, and they went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they get me in quickly for a tooth issue, but they also fit me in for a much-needed cleaning. On top of that, I ended up needing a crown, and they made sure it was done before the end of the year so I could fully take advantage of my dental insurance. That alone speaks volumes. Diane, the first person you see when you walk in, has remembered my name every single time I’ve checked in since my very first appointment. Those little details matter, and they go a long way in making you feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The dentist Dr. Gardner and her hygienists are both knowledgeable and friendly — which you’d expect — but what really stood out to me is their understanding of Sjögren’s syndrome. I’ve unfortunately had past dentists and hygienists who were not knowledgeable or helpful in this area. When you have severe dry mouth, that’s not something you can overlook, as it worsens bad bacteria and oral health issues. Cornerstone took the time to explain this clearly and help me truly understand what’s happening in my mouth. I loved how they talked me through everything they were doing, explained my options, and made sure I felt informed and prioritized at every step. I can’t say enough good things, and I know I’ll have even more positives to share as I continue my care here. Highly recommend Cornerstone Dental — professional, kind, efficient, and truly patient-centered.

Fantastic experience: This visit I had to have an old filling removed and prepped for a crown on this wisdom tooth. They were very patient with me while prepping this tooth. I know it was difficult for Dr Hill also as thst tooth is way back there and very little room. Finally temporary crown was done on this wisdom tooth. They were patient and kind and everyone there works pleasantly together as a team and gets the job done.

Fantastic experience: It started with me calling to make an appointment, as I had chosen them for their 5 star rating & wonderful reviews. I would be a new patient with Dr. Gardner that needed a cleaning and x-rays, so that would be several months out. They suggested I be put on the waiting list. Where some other offices send out a mass text each time there is a cancelation, so the appt is already taken before you can call them. Cornerstone Dental called me personally within a couple of weeks to ask if I would like an appointment that would be available in two days. That in it's self is worth 5 stars right there!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ My visit was wonderful!! My appointment started on time. The staff were courteous, upbeat, and informative every step of the way. They heard my concerns, and met me with options. I even received a message the very next day from their doctor referral. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning appt in six months. Blaze

Today's front desk staff (Diana, Misty, and Shelby) and Dental care team (Lindsey and Sahradawn) always make me feel like I'm part of the cornerstone family!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone there were nice. Doing the X-rays are usually so uncomfortable but not there. Made me feel comfortable and I'm happy to make it my dentist for all my future dental care. Went back to get my fillings and cavities taken care of.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I was very impressed with Dr. Hill, Cindy (hygienist), and the entire office staff. The warm, friendly, and efficient atmosphere really helped coming to a new dentist. Cindy did an awesome job, cleaning and thoroughly checking my teeth. She gave great information, instructions and was helpful with answering my questions, as well. I felt she was very experienced in what she was doing. Dr. Hill was very friendly and gave me a thorough exam. I felt very comfortable with the information she gave me as well. The office staff sent me paperwork ahead of time and were able to check me out when I finished my cleaning. The only thing I wish was different was that they do not take Medicare, which I will be using very soon. I will probably go back anyway, just because my experience was so great! I highly recommend this practice!

The cleaning was very thorough and even will provide you with a plan of action if any services are required. I highly suggest them even if it’s not IN-network. My out of network was super easy convenient and barely touched my pocket. Services aren’t free but this place almost make you feel like it could be. I will not go anywhere else

Not only do they do a great job with your teeth but they also know their patients well and care for them as people, not just another patient. They also have been taken great care of me and my teeth, very passionate, professional, and not just there for other reasons. They listen, they want only what's best for you. Definitely worth going! Fantastic experience: Went in about a chipped tooth and it was very quick and they addressed all my concerns and came up with a treatment plan immediately and explained my options thoroughly and provided necessary medications and sent my referral all within an hour and made me feel welcomed despite not being very comfortable with dentists in general due to a bad experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a judgement free dentists environment that's very welcoming

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tracy Hill since she started in Wichita Falls. I had been to a few others before Tracy came here and I can honestly say that I trust nobody other than Tracy to do my dental work and the work for my entire family!!! I have NEVER had a single complaint and the staff from Diane the office manager and all of the dental staff to include the financial office have always been amazing and so very helpful. If you are in need of dental care from cleanings to crowns you won't find a better office than Tracy Hills Cornerstone Dental!!!
