Fantastic experience: My almost 4-year-old son had a good experience. He was really nervous about his visit, but the staff was so kind and patient, which made him feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: It was our first dentist experience for my 2 year old daughter. She was nervous at first but they made her feel super comfortable and was extremely patient with her! She even got a balloon and some goodies at the end of the visit.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3 year old to Bite Size for her first dental visit. Such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in all staff were friendly, they were on time and are so patient when interacting with little ones. Our hygienist Kew explained everything she was doing and took the time to make sure our daughter was comfortable throughout the visit. Kids shows, fun sun glasses and books were a plus! My daughter also loved her little goodie bag and monster balloon! Overall 10/10 experience, we will be continuing dental care at bite size and looking forward to our next visit!

Negative experience: Absolutely trash providers that have no idea what they are doing. I had 2 cavities filled and both popped out within less than 6 months. The dentist couldn’t figure out how to numb me properly and I cried through the entire session. Never go here. Ever. Trash can service.

Negative experience: I asked the hygienist to confirm with the doctor if my child needed vitamin on his teeth. The dentist came and applied it without asking if they can apply it. And there was a copay related. Other that that the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: Really wonderful experience! We brought our 18 month old after a meh experience with another practice and this blew them out of the water! Everyone on staff was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. The dentist we saw definitely listened to us and took our preferences into account and addressed all of our concerns. The hygienists assistant was so good with kids and the whole experience was really enjoyable for our kiddo!

Fantastic experience: We truly hit the jackpot with Dr. Liza! She’s everything you could want in a pediatric dentist—calm, patient, and full of positive energy. You can tell she genuinely cares about each child who walks through the door. My kids literally jump for joy when they find out they have a dentist appointment. She makes every visit feel fun and her gentle approach puts both kids and parents completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughter’s first visit to any dentist. The dental hygienist Kew was very welcoming and knew how to talk to my daughter to make her feel comfortable and have an amazing experience. They put on Bluey to watch and cute sunglasses to wear. After all the cleaning was done they gave her a goodie bag with a balloon which my daughter loved. We love it here and will be coming back!

Negative experience: The doctor told us that because some kids might not stay still, she won't do the cleaning. We went out and the the returned to get this done. My child did not move an inch. Very unprofessional behavior and not acceptable. We paid $275 and she just brushed his teeth! Ridiculous. and then she apologized. Is that how bite size practitioners treat the patients? I definitely dont want to see this doctor again.

Fantastic experience: Bitesize is the best! My daughter needed 2 fillings and the dentist took her time to answer her questions, make her feel comfortable and then executed the fillings amazingly! And my daughter chose to do the 2 in 2 day because they made her feel so comfortable. My daughter said 10/10!

Fantastic experience: First experience for my 5 yr old was great, he received a cleaning and 2nd time a week later for fillings and a crown. This was his first time at a dentist and I must say they did a great job. No pain or anxiety for my son who usually has slight anxiety. He got to wear a glasses and watch his favorite show and received gifts afterwards. He loved fhe experience and I'm surprised. They have a great staff and know how to communicate with children. I picked the right facility for sure.

She followed up by phone the next day to make sure my son was doing ok after the procedure. Everyone was friendly and kind and the space is clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been taking my son to Williamsburg Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry and NO COMPLAINS. Everyone from front desk to dental hygienist to dentist have been very compassionate and respectful. Even when I call, the people I speak to are so nice and respectful and try to find me a date and time that works for me. My son will soon be 9 and he has been coming here since he was about 2 years old ( can't remember). I would not take him anywhere else. BEST PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY in Williamsburg/Greenpoint.

Fantastic experience: Our 6 month old had her first visit. We arrived 5 minutes early and got to the dental seat asap; room even had space for our stroller. We waited for about a minute and her friendly dentist came. She instructed me/mom to have baby sit on me as she was examined. We sang three baby songs to prevent any crying and for the most part worked! Her dentist provided us more info after the examination and gave us more than we needed to feel confident about her care. Thanks to the Bitesize staff and doctors for making Lea's first visit so pleasant and fast!

Negative experience: i used to come here when i was really young, think maybe around 7yrs-12yrs old, this place was really welcoming, but they stopped accepting my insurance and i was kinda too old to be honest but, just recently i went to a dentist for adults, im now a teenager by the way, and the dentist told me theres a hole in my tooth, and it looks a little concerning “as if they’d taken a look and just closed it up not bothering to check further.” then i thought…. where did i go last? here. i came here. the hole on the literal interior of my tooth is not my fault, but poor examination. the good reviews overshadow the alarming bad ones. please take a minute to look at the bad reviews if you dont want your child experiencing future problems……

The staff is so warm and welcoming and made my 3yr old so comfortable with the entire dental cleaning process. (Shout out to Lauren, the dental hygienist we saw who brought the perfect balance of energy, patience and kindness to my daughter's visit). Bitesize really understands how to cater cleanings to kids, explaining everything each step of the way so the kids are comfortable and trusting. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Went to get a 2nd opinion for my 4 yr old. The Doctor was very informative and presented options vs Williamsburg Pediatric Dentist, who wanted to move to immediate extraction of both front teeth due to ‘future potential of an infection.” Bite size has excellent bedside manner and does not resort to scare tactics (unlike Williamsburg Pediatric Dentist, that had my wife in tears). Needless to say, we are moving our child’s care to Bitesize, where she will undergo monthly monitoring and treatment. I highly recommend Bitesize!

Negative experience: If you take your kid to Bitesize and they mark a tooth to be extracted, I would say go get another opinion. And if they already extract a tooth, ask them about spacers, and get another opinion. You will certainly need second opinions if you take your kid to Bitesize. We won't go to Bitesize anymore. I would not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 2 hours since my daughter’s appointment and I can’t stop smiling. I’ve called all of my close friends and family just to brag about this place. My 7 year old is autistic and completely terrified of doctors, lab technicians and dentist. When we entered this establishment her nerves calmed down a bit because of the colorful and child friendly environment, but once they called her name the anxiety began and start started trembling and down right freaked out. We got to the examination room and the staff had so much patience with her she had no choice but to relax. They have a tv on the ceiling so as your child lay back they can watch whatever cartoon they like. They even gave her these gold little coins for good behavior and every time she did great for the next step she was able to go get a prize with the coin. They even extracted one of her baby teeth without her knowing. I decided to use the laughing gas just to calm her nerves and she was a little apprehensive about it but they made that experience fun as well with the equipment they use (which all look like toys). This place is truely heaven sent and I’ll be forever grateful for all of the staff here. My little princess walked out with a goodie bag full of toys from the machine and a balloon of her favorite color. This will be the new dentist for all of my children. I highly recommend you choose this place for your pediatric dentist, they get 5 stars across the board.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist for toddlers! We just had our second visit (my daughter turns 2 next month). We are always blown away by the professional and kindness of the staff. They showed us how to properly care for my child's teeth, really take their time explaining everything and answering questions plus they are so delicate with her. We are so fortunate to be able to come here. They play her fave shows so she is distracted, there's toys, books, the give her little gifts when she leaves. Fantastic experience: We’ve been going here since our son was a baby and every single time we’ve had such a wonderful experience! He starts out a little bit nervous But no matter who we get as a hygienist or a doctor Handle him better than any other type of medical visits we’ve ever been to. They let the kids choose a fun show to watch on the ceiling which helps distract them as well as singing songs and counting numbers, etc. etc. and it’s just what my three-year-old needs to put him at ease! I can go on for days about how much we love bite-size!

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my three kids here for the past six years and the staff is wonderful! During our last visit, our dental hygienist, Kew, was so great with my youngest, who’s 4. He’s terrified of the dental chair and refuses to sit there. I’ve always had to hold him in order to have his cleaning. But Kew let him sit in a little step to do his cleaning and she was able to do the most thorough cleaning to date and for the first time, he didn’t cry! I was so thankful for her patience with him and for coming up with a different way of doing the cleaning. The dentists are all great and my kids love getting their goodie bag and getting a toy out of the machine at the end of their visit.

My 2 year old was seen right away, hardly any wait time, and the time we did have to wait there was a plethora of distractions kindly provided by Bitesize ( toys, books, tv shows). My son is lock jaw with me when it comes to brushing his teeth but was an angel for the hygienist and dentist. Stress free for the parent , and the amount of gifts post visit made us feel like we were in a toy store, not dentist haha. Can’t wait for our 6 month!

They are honest and supportive and if your child needs any dental work (other than the routine cleaning), they always recommend the least invasive treatment first.
