Fantastic experience: I was so impressed today with the technician I had cleaning my teeth. She explained things that I never knew before and it was very patient and tender but yet did a thorough job. Dr. Croton is always pleasant and kind as he works with you and is thorough with checking your teeth and making sure that you’re doing the things that you need to do to maintain good dental care. As I listened to the staff work with children that we’re getting fillings as well as getting cleanings. Elisa very gently cleaned my teeth in a short time and then called in Dr Crowton who performed an exam and gave me the thumbs up. Negative experience: Cancelled on me while I was sitting on his parking lot during a snow storm because I was ten minutes late for a 1.5 hr procedure, when I asked about rescheduling I was basically told to go screw myself, I guess they had better things to do that day. No, you tried to reach out to me the day after I posted this review, which is about 1.5 months after I texted you, and about 5 months after my appointment was supposed to be. To me that seems an awful lot like an attempt at damage control.

My crown had fallen off last night. I called first thing this morning at 8:30 and I was in by noon, and the crown replaced. Awesome bedside manner great staff very friendly.
